It was my husband's and my anniversary so he treated me to the 90 minute outside massage. They give you a locker, towels, a robe, and slippers. The co-ed area has a lap pool, two jacuzzis, and a tiny cold plunge (more like a seat). You can order food from a phone. They had iced tea and flavored water along with nuts and candied fruits. On the women's side there was a sauna and steam room that smelled like eucalyptus and a cold shower if you get too hot and a jacuzzi. There are cold small towels throughout to wipe your head, shoulders, or wherever. You wait in the ladies area before being called into a hall with bathroom along the way and rock waterfall. There's another co-ed sitting room with more tea water and apple bananas and cold small towels with recliner chairs. Then you go into a jungle looking area with small huts where you get your massage. I very much enjoyed my massage and felt like I went to outer space at least twice. I forgot my worries and came to the conclusion that I truly have none worth fretting about. I think service could've been more helpful and friendly. I came the day before to prepare but they only confirmed and did not go out of their way to help me feel welcome. They asked if they could include the service charge (i think about 20-21%) which ended up being $78, total bill was about $390. We're the type that like to tip and even more so bc we want to support the islands and the workers who feel like family to us so of course we don't mind but I can see how some ppl would given that service wasn't all that great (besides the kick-*** massage - no complaints there). In sum, it was perfect but for the price could be better. I still want to come back.

I'm thankful for my wife. Upon arriving i got a nice robe and fresh slides. Sweet! I was shown to the lockers to drop off my personal items. I was also able to store my big luggage in their office. It's so convenient. Everything is so clean. Limitless towels and lemon water and tea. Shaving cream and razors. Lotions and body spray. Each individual shower is lined with lava rock and has its own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. It's a rain shower. So classy. I spent time in the pool. Then got into the whirlpool so I could get onto the COLD PLUNGE. Oh man, did that feel really good. All aches and pains gone. I did that twice. Then the eucalyptus steam room was very rejuvenating. I did that twice and topped it off with a cool coconut towel as I watched Georgia tech beat Colorado. We were there from 1pm until 7pm and it was an amazing experience. Oh yeah, they also delivered food - we ordered a turkey wrap and Cobb salad. Both delicious and filling and we didn't have to leave our lounge chairs! I felt so lazy and it was magnificent. The service was top notch. If I needed anything at all, staff was there every time. I did the wave massage thingy. Even at the strongest setting it was pretty weak. I'll just go for a human from now on. I highly recommend.

I was staying down the street and thought the location was convenient. I wish I would have gone with the Hyatt farther down the road. First, the spa consists of two adjoined hotel rooms. I don't know why it wasn't located next to the fitness center, so showers and locker facilities would be available. Yes, the hotel room had a bathroom with a shower however there weren't towels, etc. I began my experience with a Lomi Lomi massage and the masseuse was very concerned with finding out about my specific needs. The massage itself was good. I don't have any complaints and I felt like I received a benefit from it detox, relaxation, etc. What I didn't like was that I was not offered a robe, the room was bright, and the atmosphere was just not welcoming - it didn't feel like it was the oasis it should have been. Also, you could hear the people in the next room and they knocked on the door several times interrupting the relaxation. Next, I had a facial. When the esthetician arrived, she had to unpack all of her stuff, clanking around making all kinds of noise. She was a contractor and not a hotel employee. Again, I just didn't feel like the experience was special. During the facial she talked about her skin care line and frankly wouldn't shut up. I don't mind a little conversation or if the practitioner is explaining what they are doing but I was on vacation and wanted to relax. There was no use of steam to open my poors and she claimed that I didn't have any clogged poors, however when I got home I could plainly see them. The only enjoyable part of this facial was the papaya mask that was very cooling to the slight sun burn on my nose. In no way does this compare to some of the better spas that I have been to. The spa at the Mirage Hotel in Vegas - amazing! I felt ripped off. After spending $360.00, including the added gratuity fee I left disappointed and feeling it was a big waste of time and money.
