What a great experience…read more What a great experience. I'm very fussy about my nails and after MUCH research decided to go to Aaron at Nail Emporium in Lihue while on vacation in Kauai. LOVE LOVE my nails and had a wonderful time while I was there with my friend who got a pedicure, Aaron, Trish (who also does nails) and another customer. I asked Aaron about the ONE bad review that was online and he explained to me that the lady who came in insisted she wanted her nails done right away. He explained to her that he had another customer ahead of her and she got upset and stormed out - wait your turn lady!!! Did I mention I LOVE LOVE LOVE my nails and the professionalism and care Aaron showed while I was at his nail salon. Highly recommend Nail Emporium.

After having my nails done at another salon for a few months I noticed my nails were separating from my nail beds, I honestly taught they were all going to fall off. I visited my dermatologist and was informed that I was growing a fungus, probably from unsanitized equipment or cheap product. Make sense; cheap product...cheap price! I was advise to take the acrylics off and with medication, after a few months my nails started to look normal again. As I contemplated having my nails done again, I did some heavy research. I was told by so many people that Sherri is the best, so I gave her a call to make an appointment. I have been going to Sherri for 13 years now. She's very knowledgeable on her products, has the most current OPI colors and or trends and most of all takes the time to make your nails look absolutely gorgeous! I have never had any set backs or been unsatisfied with my nails. Sherri is a very sweet, kind and caring person, from the moment you meet her she will take you under her wing to educate you. She has become more like a family member instead of my nail tech. I am truly blessed to have such an amazing nail tech and friend. She is absolutely the BEST!
