Although I made a appointment for a mani/pedi, they didn't seem to expect me or know what I wanted. Unfortunately, the manicurist did not speak English so we had many communication issues. Choosing the colors was way more complicated and confusing than it needed to be. We never got it right. She began to only file my toenails and asked for her to cut them as they were very long. She cut the toenails only on one foot! I didn't really notice until she was working on my fingernails and it was too late. She then wanted to cut my fingernails when I was asking for her to file only. I can't see how it was confusing but she had no idea what I was saying. One of the other staff members tried to translate a bit but it really didn't help. I have a problem with one of my fingers but she didn't understand what I was saying at all so she hurt me. I was so hopeful that I had found a good nail place. It's been difficult to do that since my manicurist for about 6 years left the island. Well, this is not the place for me. read more

I love wiki nails! but I have to be more specific when i go to be with who i want to do my nails, i had 3 great experiences from 3 different people... i went 10:00 for mu appointment and walked out pretty unsatisfied, usually my coffin is sharp and on point, especially after being charged 10$+ for the shape. but it doesnt have a coffin shape. also there was debris that was cured onto my nails... I would redo with them and someone else but already was in there for 1 hour and a half :(( read more

I was excited to get my nails done and have had a pleasant experience here once in the past. Unfortunately I was really disappointed today by the way I was treated by the nail tech Bang. The second he sat down I could tell he didn't want to do my nails and kept giving me a hard time for every step of the way. I've never had an experience like this before at a nail salon. I showed him an uncomplicated nail reference pic I had on my phone. He said said okay he could do it no problem but then proceeded to push back throughout the entire process including choice of nail shape, color of nail polish, even number of coats of nail polish! Again I've never had such a strange difficult experience at a nail salon. Getting your nails done should not take so much negotiation and should not be so uncomfortable. Lesson learned. My good friend got her nails done here and they were absolutely stunning and perfect! (I'm very nit picky with shape) So I decided to try Wiki Nail Spa out. Bang was my nail tech guy and let me say this...I FOUND MY WEDDING NAILS! And my new nail guy!! I didn't even show him a pic, all I said was that I'm trying to find my wedding nails and I want a very neutral look. And he nailed it! The shape was absolutely perfect, not thick, symmetrical, and all the same length! He's also extremely fast! As for the spa itself, it's very clean and modern! I was so disappointed I started buying my own nail kits online to do it myself because me with no experience painting with my left hand could do a better job. I just moved here from Oahu and it was unreal how bad it was. The lady who did my nails also didn't seem to care either she just wanted to go home. They even called me before my appointment and said if you don't want to come it's okay... in my mind why wouldn't I want to come if I made an appointment. In conclusion I hate this place. I was excited to get my nails done and a pedicure but was highly disappointed on the way I was treated. The woman who did my luxury pedicure was great. I have no complaints there but when it came to getting my nails done, it feel apart. The technician named Son, was rude and condescending as soon as I sat down. I have never been mistreated or made to feel so uncomfortable while getting my nails done in my life. He obviously did not want to do my nails for whatever reason. He had a chip on his shoulder before I even sat down. After his continuous rudeness and roughness, I had enough and we exchanged words. Fortunately, the young woman took over and did an incredible job which I appreciated. I just won't go there again because of the rude behavior and hostility of that technician Son. Tourists, do yourself a favor and go someplace else or make sure you don't get Son. The other technicians appear to be more friendly and willing to help. I was visiting my cousin who is a local, and a family friend recommended Wiki nails for a mani/pedi. My cousin got a pedicure and I got a gel manicure with Kevin. He was so fantastic! My nails are short and thin and in rough shape. He took such great care and attention. My gel color was pretty bright and I have had bad experiences back home with uneven coats and brush strokes, but Kevin did such a wonderful job. He was extremely thorough and inspected each nail to make sure they were perfect. We had a very small window for an appointment since we needed to go to the airport, and the salon was pretty busy when I called, but they went out of their way to squeeze us in. Went in for a gel mani pedi and initially wanted a design the artist said she could only do stickers and then when she put stickers on it looked horrible and crooked as if she took no time or thought into it at all. So I took all the stickers off and left w just color, and there was no after care and I left w paint underneath my nail on my finger and my cuticle was sloppy and not a clean paint job, very disappointing. It was fine until a few hours later the paint on my toes started to come off, not just chip but completely come off. Then the next morning my nails started chipping away and when I called and asked for a refund and I offered to come in and show them they were very rude on the phone and said they can only redo it and not refund me, when I expressed I didn't enjoy my experience and don't want to return unless it's to get my refund they said no nail salon in the world would ever refund someone they only redo which I know is very incorrect I decided to just keep the chipped nails and never go back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

overall service wasn't as bad as other places i've been to, pedi is perfect. but the nails yikes, after leaving the salon i noticed a lot of mistakes in the brighter lights. i've had my nails for about a week now and it's already over grown from my cuticle, one broke 3 days in ( i do nothing i'm a stay at home mom ) some nails are shorter then the other & is lifting. while getting my nails dons by "bang" he had his earphones on the whole time, no sort of conversation, felt very rushed. don't get me started on the phone calls he was answering while doing the nails. nails over lap sides. probably won't be visiting them again. read more
