Very happy with my Deluxe Pedicure My nail tech Ha Na was meticulous, and took very good care of me I showed up soaked by an unexpected downpour of rain. Ha Na placed a dry towel over my lap to help me get warm. The treatment within the Deluxe Pedicure made my skin feel soft and revitalized. If you find yourself in need of a pedicure asap I'm certain Professional Nail salon will fit you into the schedule. Located behind Ross at the shopping center /mall. read more

Professionail - Gel pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Lihue, Hawaii

Believe the reviews before you come here. I asked for a regular pedicure and service was awful. She didn't clean the nails or trim the cuticles. She didn't do a massage, but did manage to put lotion on only one leg. Somehow I got talked into a manicure which consisted of drilling my nails down (for what I have no idea), soaking my hands in cold water and buffing them. She insisted on not letting me get nail polish. Overall just a bad experience and I should have believed the reviews. read more

For most of my life I've never really liked getting my nails done because they never came out how I imagined or hoped. Helen and Holly changed my life. I love going to get my nails done now and I always know that my nails are going to look perfect. The small shop often gets busy so I always make an appointment so I know I won't have to wait but even if I did, their work is always worth it! read more

The only location I could find that provided dip/powder manicure. Very happy with service. Gel pedicure very well done as well.

This place is terrible. Walked in. Made me wait for over an hour. Just because I asked for manicure. But they wanted me to do gel so I walked out. Al the lady's in there do not talk English , they only talk foreign language and they talk about the customers. They can kiss my ass! read more

The service was extremely horrible. The tech was rude and kept asking me to do a deluxe service which I knew I didn't want. I clearly stated a regular spa pedicure no extras as I am not from Kauai and I have a regular nail tech back home on Oahu. I was just wanting to get my toes repainted while trying to kill time. She kept insisting I do the Deluxe and would talk in her language laughing saying she only wants spa, spa only, to the nail tech working next to us, whom didn't acknowledge her rudeness. She didn't do anything but file quickly, no scrub no lotion which shows on the menu as a spa treatment. I will not return again. Very unprofessional. read more

I've seen both Helen & Holly numerous times. They are very quiet and kind. Always accommodating to my work schedule. They both do amazing work on my nails. Book in advance, they are super busy and have lots of requests for fancy artsy nails which can cause your appointment to go overtime as per your requests. I try to message them the art design prior to my appointment so they can allow time for it. Thank you girls!!! I appreciate you read more

I've been going to Helen and Holly for years now. They are the absolute best! Definitely best on Island. They always work with my schedule to get me in. I love them, and recommend them to anyone that asks! read more

I've gone to Holly many many times and she is the absolute best! Every reference picture I've ever given her she has done spot on. She is so gentle and patient and will always ask my opinion after each step before moving forward. I am outside barefoot a lot and when I have apologized about my feet she is soooo kind and has zero stress. She completely fixed a really painful ingrown toenail for me once. I have had multiple appointments with her where she stayed long after everyone else left in order to complete the sets with perfect execution. I've never gone to anyone else since finding her. They are busy so walk ins are tricky but as long as you book an appointment with Helen or Holly ahead of time, you are good! Their prices are also way cheaper than other places I had gone to on island. read more

Worst Service Ever! I had a 4:00 appointment for a dip nail appointment and walked out at 5:30 only because I had to leave. I did not get dip nails but gel polish which is not what I wanted. I did not see any cleaned tools or new emery boards used, I never washed my hands and they didn't even trim my cuticles. Worse was that they didn't even offer me a choice in colors.... If you call to make an appointment, be assured they do not write your name in any book and you're basically going to be a walk-in like everyone else. $80 later it took me over an hour and half and I got some gel polish and an attitude from the technician that It wasn't her problem. Place is dirty and old! Perhaps it was because I was not from Hawaii but this is a DON"T GO THERE kind of salon! read more

I started consistently getting my nails done since October of last year just before I went on my trip to Washington. I've been obsessed with every gel x set. I usually see holly but if she's not available I see Helen. Both girls are extremely talented and my nails always come out looking so good. Something about getting my nails done makes me feel feminine and pretty. I always get compliments on my nails and I refer everyone to check out their Instagram page. Both girls are professional and good at what they do. I will continue to see both of them. read more

Had appointments for two gel pedicures and still had to wait 30 minutes. It was obvious that they didn't write our appointment down. Standards pedi is $35 and gel is $10 more but we were each charged $55. ( not $45). No explanation. Just cut nails, applied gel and light lotion applied at the end. No cuticles, no massage, nothing else. Wrong color was used and spilled polish in between toes. Total joke. Very dirty and not professional at all. If we hadn't needed polished we would have left. Don't waste ANY money! read more

I was a lucky walk in, as this salon was BUSY! I happened in at just the right time, as most of us know an appointment is best but I took a chance. I needed a full mani/pedi and I have to say, this was the best I've had in a long while. They KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING in this shop, and the time taken with each client is appreciated by me, as I took it all in while having my nails done. These people are efficient, knowledgeable and the work is quality. If they don't warmly greet you while you stand at the counter waiting, it's because they're attending existing clients. Be patient and wait, it's very VERY WORTH IT. Prices are reasonable and work is Supreme. I'll be back in a few weeks. My nails are sensational read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone on island or visiting; I went to them awhile ago and absolutely loved Hollys set she did on me. And I think I went again and it was okay but I didn't tip that much 1). Because I'm not rich and later when I'd try to book with her again she wouldn't answer or shrug me off. When I went in today they were so so rude and I was very polite and it was obvious they didn't want me as a customer and they not only asked who I usually go to but they gave rude comments about me just voicing what I wanted. So to be nice I said it's okay and didn't go through with the appointment. VERY disappointed and they've also given me a year or two ago now (ingrown) toe nails that I have fixed now from surgery thank god. Needless to say do not go to this salon or more importantly to Holly or her other gal. I feel like the nail place otherwise is decent. read more

I went there last week Thursday. The owner was not there. I felt so rushed the whole time. I was getting my pedicure done. They talked their dialect among each other, and not even paying attention to any of us customers that the people beside me they were kind of feeling the same way I was feeling, and they had to look on their face which was unpleasant as well. Then I went off to do my fill on my nails I was told to come in at five to have a specific nail tech. I went at five and the same lady that did my toast did my nails she was in a rush. She cut me with drill, pulling my hands. I could tell that she was in a rush then she put the color on and it wasn't to my liking so I asked her to remove the color. She went on doing every single nail and then I asked her I told you to take off the color because I didn't like it then she got upset with me because she had to remove the gel polish topping. Then went on to request another color and she rushed me so I just chose whatever shape of my nails is not even. At this point I was so pissed off and upset. My blood was boiling so I just paid and left and then called back to speak to the owner or get her cell number because she was not there and I know the family personally and I know this is not the kind of work they put out, they didn't want to talk to and I'm like no I would like to talk to her because this is the first time I've ever experienced this and if she was there, this never would happen. And about my fail I haven't ended done my nails a week ago, but it looks like it's been over a week because she took out the fill while being so upset to do the color change with the drill!!! my money, not yours so please take consideration of others while doing your work.. read more

Horrible horrible salon! I had two nails break and this was the only salon I could find that does powder dip nail color. Not only was my nail tech rude but she used dirty, used nail file & buffer on me. She also failed to shape my nails after applying nail powder so they turned out looking bulky and wide! Have to add that it took her almost 2 hours to do. Will not return here or recommend. This place should be inspected by health department read more

I usually get my pedicures done on the mainland and now I remember why. This location is convient and close to my home but notworth the money. I got a male for my pedicure. Did a horriable job. Didn't even pain my entire nail. I always leave a tip. I did again this time but it was not worth the $53 plus tip I spent on my gel pedicure. Luckily no one will be looking that close to toes but for the price they charge you should be getting quality results. I mentioned it and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Unfortunately he was very rude cause I understand and speak Vietnamese!! Will never get a pedicure done buy them ever again!! read more
