Do note that there are (IMHO) mandatory upgrades like the insurance plan ($25/day), which allows you to return the bikes after hours, and the phone mount ($15). While these costs may seem steep, the insurance is A MUST and the phone mount is essential for navigation, so it's worth it. Make sure to do a thorough test lap to check the bike's capabilities. We had a small hiccup as one of our bikes couldn't exceed 35 mph, which we unfortunately didn't notice during the test lap. This caused some delays but didn't significantly detract from the overall fun. read more

The video showed envelopes and a secure lock box but all there was, was a mail slot. Super fun renting a moped for the day, can't wait to use that experience to try to get my motercycle permit. Had reservations for 3 days but ended up having to return after one because my bag got robbed from the bike. The basket in the front, be careful of people taking your belongings while riding around the island, there's a lot of theft happening in Hawaii now a days. The guys were nice enough to refund me for the 2 days we didn't use, but charged us for the day rate instead of the week discount / day which makes sense. Super helpful training on the bike with the guy for the first 15 minutes. He walks with you around the block until you're comfortable. You can park the bike back at the stall at the end of the night if you're staying close (if you buy their parking package) with the insurance coverage. Beware that you can't go on freeways with the moped and it only goes up to 35 mph. They prohibit you from going to the West side of the island (too dangerous and roads are bad). SO STAY AWAY FROM THE WEST SIDE read more

WE HAD THE BEST TIME! We rented a scoot coupe for 8 hours pickup starts at 830am and turn in time is 430. We honestly only did about 6 hours or so but we saw so much. Check in was fast and efficient, a safety video, some helmets, and a really helpful map with some suggestions and guidelines (thanks Brandon) and we were on our way. The tank of gas they provided was plenty for our whole day, and we motored all over the designated area all the way to Chinatown and back stopping at our leisure. We saw so many different beaches, historical places, and the sights and sounds of the different areas were incredible. Definitely way more fun than just renting a car for the day. Turn in process was super easy (thanks Ian and z) and all around I highly recommend seeing Waikiki this way! Absolutely would do this again! read more

We had a great experience easily renting mopeds from this location. Other than a long wait to get going (lots of paperwork, a safety video, deposits, a road test), it was an awesome experience to ride around the island on these. After they impart the fear of God into you to ensure the moped doesn't get stolen, you're really nervous about ever leaving it alone or securing it correctly, but this really is the best way to see lots of sights and following their provided map is easy to get to tons of fun locations. Follow the directions to get the hang of riding, and go! Just be aware it's really tough to find safe and/or free moped parking near Waikiki so it's probably your best bet to return them before closing rather than keep overnight. They suggest you don't ride at night anyways. read more

Super fun rental! Hadi set me up with a sweet Roughhouse 50 Sport Model, it got me over to Hanauma Bay in about 45 minutes. Its definitely the best way to get there now that the bus is cancelled and the parking is all messed up there. Gotta love how easy it is to park a scooter in those crowded parking lots along the shore! They had a great map with the safe routes to places all over the island all marked out. Hadi even gave me a location of a tiny neighborhood beach to check out, that was really cool to get good tips from a local like that! I even got over to the beaches on the west coast. We got there when they opened at 8:30 AM and ended up waiting 1.5 hrs to finally hit the road. The check-in process is inefficient with long lines and multiple redundancies. We rented a coupe for the day (until 4:30 PM), but could not fully utilize our time and ended up coming back early. Very little freedom is afforded as the coupe can't tackle steep hills or travel to other parts of the island (within timeframe and fuel constraints). read more
