It was my very first time on a jet ski, and I didn't want to ride alone. My bf was the one in charge or booking it and driving. His booking experience was great. The person who helped him out was super chill and helpful. He answered all his questions and helped us book it. When we arrived, I was a bit nervous, but our group and guide were super cool and gave me some tips. The guide went over what we can and can not do, how to operate the jet ski, etc. They do provide you with a little cubbie for your phones because you're not allowed to take them with you. After trying to figure out what was going on, I was told that they assumed I "didn't come," so they gave my slot to someone else. I paid for my Uber ride there, only to have to turn around and pay for another ride back. The whole experience was disorganized and frustrating. I understand that mistakes happen, but this level of poor communication and lack of professionalism completely ruined my plans. I can't recommend this place based on how I was treated. With the Jet Ski laws around the island, I really appreciated what this company has accomplished and the service they provide for tourists. We had rode jet skis before in Maui, so we had an understanding of what to do. He showed us the basics and then let us do our thing. Had a great time -- 100% recommend. Few things: Hawaii heavily restricts where you can operate jet skis because of marine life, so you won't find any in Waikiki. And let's be honest -- do you want a bunch of drunk tourists in Waikiki to have easy access to jet skis? It took us a 20-minute/$16 Lyft each way. The course is plenty large. Staff is super friendly and responsive, and the description is spot-on: leave on time, 5-minute boat trip out, 5-minute instruction, 45 solid minutes of jet skiing, which is plenty of time. The photo package we purchased for $30 was well worth it. They take tons of great pics and you get them all. This is a totally reasonable business strategy/offering that gives you a ton of professional-grade photos; not just talking a $30 single shot. Would definitely do again! read more

Previously book at the jet ski company in Hawaii Kai with a party of 4 and waited 3hrs and was told it "was busy" so we ended up leaving and refunded the cost. This experience was 1000x better. Arrived at designated spot and boat showed up on time. Took our party out and we were on the water within 10 min of arrival. Wide open full throttle with lots of open space. Just got done with our jet ski event today that was at 1130a! It was freaking AWESOME! The owner is super chill and it was just an incredible time all around! So happy we did this! Easy to find, just follow GPS and once you turn in, the docks where they pick you up will be on your left, lots of parking. He picks you up on this big ferry that says Aloha Jetski and take you to the course. He will go over how to use the jet skis which is really simple. And you get 45 mins to ride. The jet ski course is very big, a huge triangle you just follow the booeys, this was my first time on a jet ski so I was a bit on the driving miss daisy side especially in the beginning, getting passed safely by the others, Also! The jet skis has this really awesome safety feature implemented in them where if you or the other riders are near by, the jet skis will automatically start slowing down till you get further away then you can pick up speed again. You try to stay 100ft away from each other and just follow the course, which is really big, the owner also went out there on the jet ski showing off the course. Very comfy and big jet skis! Husband was out there as an observer on the deck cheering us on, taking pics, but the owner took better ones so we paid for those. It is 30.00 for airdrop or 35 for sd card if y'all decide to buy the pictures, I think they're worth it, I should have got the owner's name I was having way too much fun but looking at the reviews I believe his name could possibly be Tim. Super cool guy, they also accept tips which we decided to do for him providing the fun! Jet skiing guys, worth every penny! read more
