What can I say other than WOW!! It was our first time ever and damn was it fun!! Lt Dan and dang I forget the other guys name but he was way cool too! They made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We had a good time with Dan and Zach. We experienced so much nausea from this activity which is not their fault. Not from the boat ride but from actually being up in the air and jerking around. Only complaint is the picture package. We read previous reviews at how poor the picture package is, and we wanted to ask other people on the same boat to take our pics and we would take theirs but no one passed the vibe check, so we took the risk. We paid $40 cash for the pics, and boy.... we look like little dark bodies in the sky. You can't even see our faces in the pics. We are just shadows of bodies with a parachute. Very poor picture quality and photo taking skills. So for us, that is why there is a -1 star. read more

Bad experience! Visiting from Fl with the family. Show up designated time. After $45 cab ride there and back to our hotel. told the boat had just broken down. First thing 8am. No call to letting us know and would not reimburse for the now $80 in cab rides. Could not get us on the next day and did not seem to care. Very unprofessional way to run a business! read more

I made reservation with Xtreme paraail 1 week in advance. Matthew at xtreme parasail sent me an email confirmation to honor entertainment discount. As requested by them, when I called him to make payment, he didn't know how to apply the entertainment discount. While we have informed Entertainment publication about Xtreme parasail misleading communication, we are surprised how they dont know how to honor their own BOGO coupon! We wasted precious time during our holiday week because this company backed out on the promised reservation. They also mislead us about honoring the coupon after promising to accept it. No specific reason was provided except that they didnt know how to apply it in their system. We sent an email to the company owner, Greg, to share our disappointment. He has NOT cared to reply to the email either. Not a great experience with them and we DON'Trecommend anybody to use their services. read more

I'm 52 years old with 2 knee replacements. My daughter 23 was going up and I was debating to try this. I'm so glad I did. Captain Sun Dance and Kylie were amazing. They talk you through everything and making everyone so comfortable. They even take pics of you up in the air for a little extra charge and give you an SD card with all your pictures. We were the first couple taken up and it being my partner's first time para sailing , who is also afraid of heights , I wanted a gentle lift off from the boat. What we got instead was a wild and violent lift off that immediately scared my partner because we were violently jerked around as we went up in the air. It tells me that Lt Dan and Kyle are not very experienced at handling their boat and insuring that first timers have a pleasant experience. I will pick another company next time. read more

Easy booking and even got a discount online. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time on the boat and felt very safe and comfortable. The kids wanted to do it again as soon as they got back on the boat from parasailing. My only recommendation would be to have Islander music on the boat while having guests to make it feel like a Hawaiian experience. We did the 1000 ft parasail.... It was absolutely peaceful in the air and just breathtaking views! I much preferred to be in the air than on the boat.... I had an amazing time - my 1st time parasailing! Over Waikiki was so beautiful! The boat time is about an hour, the actual flight time is not an hour. (flight was less than 10 minutes, as 5 sets of people went up on my ride) Our trip was with Capt Dan & Kyle - both were friendly; Kyle put everyone at ease for our flights.
