Music with explicit references to cocaine was playing loudly -- not ideal, especially with a child present in the shop at the time. At one point, an employee made a loud comment in our direction -- "sharing is caring" -- which didn't relate to anything happening. When I asked what he meant, he smirked and said "oh, nothing," offering no explanation. Between the lack of basic customer service and the uncomfortable behavior, the experience came across as unprofessional and, frankly, a bit unsettling. I won't be returning. Hoping management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated.

I hadn't noticed this small business all of these years! It's in the same complex as Tiny Pyramid! Aloha Key Awards & Gifts is a great place to make awards and gifts for special events. They can engrave and personalize items to commemorate achievements! They also carry blank keys for duplication. I'm particularly interested in the Hello Kitty keys - and saw that they also have logos of sports teams such as the Rams, Jets, Browns, Cowboys, Chargers, Lions, Raiders, and the 49ers... There are also Disney characters and sports themes such as baseball and golf. I'll have to remember this shop because my nephew is a 49ers fan!

Everyone but this guy was double the price and longer wait time to arrive at Kakaako along Ala Moana Blvd. He had the best rate way under $100, and he was immediately available -- within 10minute arrival! I was lucky. Later on, a neighbor was locked out and I recommended him but he was out of town, unfortunately for her. I would still recommend this guy for plan A if you are in Kakaako or nearby areas -- bookmark on yelp. Always keep a plan B too.
