The motor needed to be replaced so we had them replace it and everything worked. A couple weeks later we noticed that even though the AC was running the house wasn't really cooling down. This time we called Lea Weaver and Son. I told them what was going on and that I also wanted to have my thermostat replaced. A guy comes out and looks at the unit and says that the condenser should be replaced. Apparently he didn't have it the part because he sat there and did nothing until another guy showed up about 30 minutes later (of course they charged me for that time as well). They replace the condensed and it seems like it's blowing colder air so the 2nd guy leaves and the first guy comes to me with the paperwork to sign. I told him that the job wasn't done because I wanted the thermostat replaced. He tells me I have to call them again to have someone come and install it because no one said anything to him about a thermostat. I try to quick call but he rushes out so that he doesn't have to put a new thermostat in and I'm sitting here like what just happened? I spoke to someone there who said they would have someone come out immediately the next day. He comes and installs the thermostat (took him like 10 minutes) and they again charge me as though I'm a completely different customer. Oh and the air conditioner that they replace the condenser on still did not work. I know there is supposed to be a warranty on their work but I refuse to call them and have them come out here again. They could offer me a lifetime warranty on their work and I will still never use them ever again and I'm even replacing the outside unit with a ductless system which I spoke to the guy about but will get someone else to install it. If it was 150 degrees out and they were the ONLY AC repair company I would just go swimming.

Immediately they told us they could replace the baseboard. They provided us with several options. After choosing a baseboard, Santos Mechanical quickly ascertained the parts, removed the old unit, and replaced the new unit and parts. They worked efficiently, maintained a neat working environment, and completed the job with functionality and an excellent appearance. In addition to the replacement of the unit, our entire system had to be drained. After completing the replacement Santos Mechanical had to refill our entire system which has two different phases. They had to be in our entire house where they carefully moved furniture when necessary. They were very careful to cleanup as they went from room to room.
