Kevin was extremely thorough in planning the installation and purchase. All members of the crew are very professional. After a full year with the heat pumps, we are extremely pleased with our purchase. Essig ran cameras thru the pipes revealing no compromise in the lines thus, saving my parents thousands & performing a simple de-clog. The second time was a few weeks ago when a very old, unmaintained, oil furnace quit in the middle of a deep freeze leaving my elderly mother with Dementia without heat. They "repaired" the furnace enough to buy us some time to make a decision regarding replacement & even made a house call off the clock when my mother accidentally thru the kill switch on the heater.
