For a couple hundred bucks once every couple years and a piece of mind that my vents are clear is totally worth it! Would recommend hands down every time. Payment was super easy as well. The first they found that Lowe's did not install the dryer correctly and all the lint was going into my ceiling tiles. They fixed it AND cleaned out my drop ceiling. We called another company to come out, it was obviously shortly after that the issue was not resolved, so we called Zack-Vac for a second look/opinion. They arrived when they said, the team went to each and every vent and took a picture before cleaning and then after- sharing as they went along. They were able to determine that the other company only cleaned about half the vents- the rest were pretty much untouched.
