    Iced chai tea latte
    Hannah C.

First time to this brunch restaurant today with friends and we were so excited because the pictures online looked amazing! We like that we could join the waitlist especially on a weekend to guarantee our place in line. When we arrived we were seated right away outside on the patio. The umbrella at our table fell on us twice which was really inconvenient but the manager was able to take care of us. We loved our drinks! The chai latte was pretty good, the pb & slay was super sweet if you're into that. The ube matcha had great flavor too. The crunchy french toast was so delicious! Great flavor & great texture. The breakfast sandwich was so good, but I just didn't care for the jam on it very much. Huge portions here great menu overall, can't wait to be back again.

Came on a weekday by 10 am to meet a bunch of girl friends, we were 6 . Table are not large so can feel a little tight on the seating. We were charged the large party group so automatically added 20% gratuities. Staff was friendly and attentive, came over several times to ask if we needed anything. The food presentation and taste were both good. Started to get busy around 11:30 pm. They did split our checks which was nice. Would definitely come back again

Tried Haven Haus for brunch after seeing it recommended on Yelp, and overall it was a pretty good experience. The food was an 8/10, but the drinks were closer to a 4/10. We ordered the crepes since we're big crepe fans. They were a little different than what we expected since they weren't stuffed, but we made it work and they still came out really sweet and enjoyable. I ordered a caramel latte and my husband got a Coke Zero. Even though the drinks didn't hit, the food definitely made up for it. Service was quick, but it felt a bit impersonal since we had three different servers and didn't really get the chance to connect with one. The ambience was really nice -- super chill, and the interior is honestly really pretty if you're into taking pictures. I'd definitely come back and give it another try. I didn't even get to order what I originally had my eye on because the crepes distracted me real quick, so I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu next time.

Great place to take family and friends. Good location in Old Town Temecula and this place had a great use of space so you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Our waitress was amazing and cute. Because this was my first time I asked her to order me her favorite and she suggested her favorite omelette to my friend. We shared the Autumn breeze coffee flight it was amazing, Leisa got the Meat Lovers Omelette, and I got the Meat Lovers Skillet both were fantastic. My skillet was packed with meat my eggs were cooked perfect, her omelette also was packed with meat and we both loved our breakfast. We started up a conversation with the group next to us. They ordered the brunch board and it looked amazing can't wait to come try it with a couple of our friends. I was able to take what I had left and give it to my husband for lunch and now he wants to go there. I will definitely come back.

The second time we went for lunch, and everything was great including the service. This time I had the Haven Hous Wrap with Grilled Chicken with side salad and my wife had the Hog & Slaw with Fries. Both were excellent and great presentation.

Haven House was such a great experience! They have plenty of options to choose from. I love the fact that they have a coffee bar and a regular alcohol bar. We decided to get some nachos and it was the best decision! It was so delicious!! Can't wait to try more options.

This was my first time at Haven Haus Cafe. We showed up on Sunday morning at about 11:15 and it was busy. We had about a 20 minute wait - not bad. They have a nice lounge area at the front of restaurant where you can hangout while waiting for a table. Once we were seated our server got us started with coffee and water. Even though they were busy, she was chill and didn't make us feel rushed, which was awesome. We ordered our brunch and in no time, it was served up hot and fresh. I ordered the Bacon Avo Benny - excellent choice! The eggs... poached to perfection. The spinach... sautéed just right and was seasoned to complement the wonderful Hollendaise sauce. Hollendaise sauce... rich and creamy at the optimal consistency. Bacon... prepared at the ideal crispness and the applewood aspect/flavor was right on. Avocado... ripe, lush, and buttery. The venue has a bright (roll up windows), modern vibe that is undeniable. (They have outside seating too.) Lastly, our server was a Pro. She knew when to check-in on us and was absolutely attentive. We really liked her. (I feel bad because I can't recall her name! Ugh... I'm always great with remembering faces!) We really enjoyed our brunch and will be back to try their lunch soon!

A gent opened the door for us to enter the establishment, very classy! Most definitely a chic environment that screams for photos to be taken. The good news is that the food was quite well seasoned, the staff continually checked in on us every couple of minutes, and the service was fast! We guarantee we will be back to visit

Popular brunch spot, very busy, wait was about 30min for two on a Monday. Ordered the Haven Haus Wrap, really tasty, a lot of flavors and the spinach tortilla wrap adds a nice blend to everything inside it. Highly recommend !! The Double Smash burger is a THICK boy and is a bit overwhelming, it's definitely not smashed at all. The place is cute with high chairs, low chairs and booths, nice little vibe to it with decor everywhere

Service was ok. I was in the middle of eating, in the act of chewing even when the waitress asked me to pay the tab. I understand if she was leaving it going on break and needed to close the table but that was not the situation. She didn't just drop the bill to be paid later but asked to pay as I was putting tough steak in my mouth. Ambiance was nice. Fits in with the Old Temecula vibe. Food was just ok. My steak was really tough and dry. I ordered the Mediterranean Dish. My sister really liked her Breakfast skillet. I also ordered the coffee flight and really enjoyed that. It looked really sweet because I usually just drink my coffee black but I like trying new things. It was perfect imo, definitely recommend if you like variety as I do.

Food and customer service were great! This place is definitely photo worthy if you're trying to get a good flick for the gram. I sat outside on a Saturday afternoon where it was pretty hot but they had misters which made it comfortable. The portions were pretty generous and delicious. I ordered the crepes with strawberries and the server was kind enough to let me know that it was a puree but can sub it out for fresh fruit and i appreciated that so much! We also got the omlette and the country potatoes were seasoned so well. Overall, this place gives old town a nice brunch touch! I didn't get to try their drinks, but next time I will! Looks like they have great cocktails, mimosas, and coffee flights!

Breakfast skillet, pancakes, hot honey chicken sliders on biscuits

We have been here multiple times usually for a birthday brunch and every time we have a great experience. it's so cute and such a fun decorative vibe inside. I love that there are purse hooks at every table. The food is delicious. I've gotten the hot honey chicken sliders on biscuits a few times and they're delicious. We also love trying their drinks. last time I tried their kettle corn latte and it was surprisingly really good. Overall, a great brunch spot and we will keep coming also because I had such a great experience here I did try the one in Rancho Cucamonga, but this one was more to my liking.

A brunch restaurant located in the beautiful Old Town Temecula. We came to this place on Thanksgiving day. The inside of this place was beautifully decorated and reminded us of the holiday festivities. It was also nearly empty, as it was a public holiday. We ordered Orange Juice, Mocha Latte, Eggs Benedict, and Angus Burger with Fries. Their service was fast, and we got food almost right away. The food was delicious, and the portions were satisfying. Their Eggs Benedict and Angus Burger with Fries are highly recommended. The vibe reflects Old Town Temecula's reputation as a great spot for brunch and day drinking, with an extensive drink and coffee menu. The staff were friendly, attentive, and hardworking. The prices were reasonable. We really enjoyed the food, the friendly service, and the festive vibe. It was a great way to start our San Diego Trip.

Does the restaurant have air conditioning?

Yes, we have air conditioning. The A/C stopped working the last two days but we fixed it yesterday. It's now working great.

Any gluten free options? Gluten free pancakes?

Not a ton, but yes, I am not sure of the pancakes. I don't think so.

I had made reservations at The Cave at Oak Mountain Winery for a group of 10 girlfriends to celebrate my 40th birthday. I was really looking forward to a special and memorable evening. The day before our reservation, I called ahead to ask about bringing a cake. When they told me there was a policy for no outside food or drinks inside the cave, I asked if we could simply step outside after dinner (near the parking lot) to enjoy the cake, and was still told no. Trying to make the best of it, I then asked what dessert options they could offer so I could plan something in advance for my group. I explained that this was a milestone birthday and I wanted to make it feel special. The response I received was simply to "look at the menu and order when you get here." That completely missed the point. I wasn't just looking to order dessert--I was trying to create a meaningful celebration experience for a large party. What disappointed me most was the lack of care or effort. There was no attempt to accommodate, no suggestions, no sense that they valued the occasion--or even their customers. As a wine club member, I expected at least a little more attentiveness. I ultimately canceled my reservation, and the response was completely indifferent. I also canceled my membership shortly after, which again didn't seem to matter to them. It was honestly shocking how little customer service was shown. For a place that markets itself as an experience, I expected far more--especially for a milestone celebration. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend them for special occasions. Two stars for their winery portion and their whiskey distillery- those are great!! I really enjoyed my time with Oak Mountain, until this experience.

It was about 6:30pm, and there was no line. The two hosts greeted us and quickly sat us at a booth. There were maybe 4 parties sat, and it was relatively quiet which was a nice change from the casino floor. I noticed they updated there menu, and it is now two pages within a nice birch type wood holder. Definitely nicer than previous menus I've seen here before. We were quickly greeted by our server and we decided on spaghetti and meatballs & the Wagyu burger with garlic fries. We didnt wait too long before our food arrived, and boy were we excited after seeing the plates. Right off the bat, the dishes looked picture perfect. A dish that would be handed to you at a fine restaurant (but with affordable prices haha). After taking my first bite, I was very happy! The sauce had SUCH a good flavor and wasn't watery. I have ordered spaghetti and meatballs other places, that were lacking in flavor...and this was far from that! The two slices of crusty garlic bread weren't soggy at all. The meatballs! Oh the meatballs. The were so flavorful and tender. My fork just slid into each one as I cut into them... just like butter. I couldn't believe it and asked our server how they are so good!? The server let us know their sauce and meatballs were homemade, and I made sure to tell her they were outstanding! The wagyu burger was exactly how you would expect it to be. Perfectly cooked burger with great taste as a whole! The garlic fries were SUPERB. I just couldn't believe these came from a little casino Cafe. Hats off to the new menu and the chefs, because we both left full and happy! Like I said before, if you're here or nearby, definitely give this spot a try. Its honestly such a great spot!
