Top: Vaca Frita Bottom: Lomo Saltado a lo Pobre

Ordered pickup from this place on the weekend, everyone ordered steak and it was so good we decided to dine in. They must have happy hour specials because when we got there around 6pm the bar was poppin. Hubs and I were sat quickly at a booth and were able to put in our order quickly. We started with the queso frito and guava, y me encantó! So yummy! It wasn't too busy but the music was playing and I had no complaints. He wanted to try a more traditional Cuban dish so he ordered the vaca frita. I noticed they have a mini Peruvian menu so I went with lomo saltado a lo pobre. Both dishes estaban deliciosos y no me pude comer todo porque el plato era grande. Si o si regresamos!

Was just there today amazing food.. kudos to the chef. Everything we order was just so fresh and tasteful. Ambiance was so relax very clean and very fresh .

Cuban Sandwich

Fabulous Ambience and Great Staff. Beautiful addtion to Naples area. Excellent Addition to the new Founders Square area. Truly authentic Cuban Sandwich. Hearty portion and side dish for lunch options as well. The prices for the quality of the ingredients and meal served are a great value. I personally have not visited Cuba yet enjoy the cuisine and have visited highly rated Cuban restaurants in both Miami and Chicago. Have made it a point to always try what is a go to tradtional, "Cuban Sandwhich". This one served here is an excptional value for the price and easy on the taste buds. The staff is exceptional. One is greeted upon arrival and instantly felt welcomed to restaurant as if family. The follow up by staff to ensure every need is met while maintaing servive to other clients is also above par.

I've been here a couple of times and have been disappointed with the steak I had. It was dry and chewy with not much spice or flavor. I was expecting something very different, I guess!

I had to have my Cuban fix before leaving FL. This place was amazing! Inside, the ambiance was nice, clean and relaxing. The food was amazing, my Churrasco was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Their chorizo croquetas were very good. Hubby's vaca frita was also good. The service was top notch. Restrooms were also very clean and nice.

This restaurant is a positive experience when you walk through the door, it's clean and spacious and the wall murals are a great touch. The old chevy pictures reminded me of the cars in Havana and Hemingway added to the Cuban ambiance. As far as the food, the restaurant has a very good choice of Cuban cuisine to choose from including appetizers, soups, sandwiches and who doesn't like the classic Cuban sandwich? For dinner fare, they offer a good selection of seafood and beef dishes, with familiar things like Camarones Enchilados which is shrimp with red sauce, a staple in most Mexican restaurants or Ropa Vieja. They even have Peruvian food on the menu and I'll definitely try the Saltado next time. Hubs went with the Pollo a la Plancha, which is a breaded chicken breast, I decided on chicken fajitas and we both liked the way the food was prepared. The servers are attentive and the wait wasn't too long for a takeout order. Prices and portions are good, as most people know, dining out in Naples can be expensive, but Havana Libre offers good value for your money. Snowbirds are leaving town, so restaurants like this will have more room for the locals. We like the restaurant and plan to return soon.

I'll admit, I'm no expert on authentic Cuban cuisine, but after 40 years of visiting Cuban restaurants across the U.S., I feel qualified to judge a good churrasco steak. Living nearby, we decided to try Havana Libre. At first glance, in a strip mall with signage that looked more like a sandwich shop, we weren't sure what to expect. Step inside, though, and you're greeted by an elegant space with high-end finishes, artwork and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Drinks arrived immediately, and our churrasco steaks, ordered medium rare (medium might have been better), were fantastic. The sides -- plantains, rice, and cheesy mashed potatoes -- were excellent. Our server was accommodating and personable. I judge a restaurant by whether our group would return and, unanimously, the answer was yes.

Yummy street tacos and tamal! Happy hour menu is perfecto!

This is the place! Beautiful decor, fantastic staff, outstanding and authentic food. Havana libre ticks all the boxes! They have such a special atmosphere with their indoor/outdoor bar and comfy indoor seating. As a regular, they make you feel like home and appreciated. Bonus during the week they have lunch specials and happy hour. It's the place to be!

Piña colada and Tostones Rellenos de Churrasco

Amazing experience at Havana Libre! The food is authentic and full of flavor, and the service is always warm and welcoming. Their $12 lunch specials are such a great deal, and the happy hour with $4 wine and beer makes it the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The atmosphere is lively and the team truly makes you feel at home. Highly recommend if you're looking for great Cuban food and amazing service!

The Cuban food is authentic and tastes very good. The ambiance is nice and comfortable but the music is way too loud to enjoy it. I could barely talk with my friends. The service was good but we did have to wait for our food for awhile. The second time we ordered takeout because we enjoyed the food and it also took longer than expected. Bottom line is the food is good and to me that is what matters.

Beautiful Cuban restaurant. Moved from Golden Gate Estates a few months ago. Inside & Outside Bar. Large booths around the inside perimeter can fit up to 6 comfortably and lots of tables in the middle for 4 that could be joined for larger parties. Convenient location off Immokalee Rd. As for the food, my husband tried the Churrasco and I tried the Grilled Chicken b

Kelly's is a staple on Revere Beach, Boston! We called it New England Coney Island! We stop by Kelly's at the Collier Blvd and Immokalee Rd little before 6:00 PM on a Thursday night. The place has only two tables occupied and nearly empty! We ordered a small roast beef sandwich meal and lobster roll meal. Originally, I intended to order fried clams but changed my mind at last minute to lobster roll. You order at the counter and the staff will bring them to your table! The roasted beef sandwich was fine, and tender. The French fries requested without any seasoning was nice, hot and crunchy! Good sandwich! Lobster rolls are normally serve Maine or Connecticut style. Maine lobster rolls is served with lobster chilled in mayo and crunchy greens like celery, chives and/or scallions. A Connecticut lobster roll is served warm, dunked in butter with a toasted bun. The lobster roll at this Kelly's is served chilled on a split top roll. Yes, it looks like the meat from the claw, knuckle and leg of lobster and perhaps from the tails! It needed a little lemon juice and/or warmed garlic butter! The fries were heavily seasoned and on the salty side! As we chow down, a few patrons arrived. Now they have 7 tables. Maybe Thursday night is a slow night! The roasted beef sandwich lives up to the fond memory but the lobster roll needs a little more work! There were a few pictures from their old establishments from many decades ago. The staff is friendly. It is really a 3 1/2 stars. Rated at 3 stars for now and update later after a few more visits!

Heard they had some crazy sandwiches. Located inside a strip mall, parking was relatively easy. The decor inside was punk grunge style I would say. I asked for what their top sellers were and they directed me towards "The Twang". Which was sliced chicken breast with honey mustard, onions, American cheese and crushed bbq chips. I was told the way to get it was toasted and so that's how I got it. It was a good sandwich or hoagie but I'm not sure if maybe I'm spoiled from living in Miami but crushing chips and putting it on a sandwich is not what I would consider creative. And I thought $15 for a 12 inch without a soda or a side seemed a bit much. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. And hats off to whoever calibrated the soda machine. It was perfect balance of syrup and gas. Overall it's a good spot but nothing I would rave about.

I ordered a pumpkin matcha with the meringue, and you could tell right away that everything was made fresh. The meringue had that slight sugar texture you'd expect, but it was still smooth, delicious, and paired perfectly with the drink. I also appreciated that they use ceremonial-grade matcha, it really makes a difference in flavor. For breakfast, we tried the steak and eggs along with a croissant filled with eggs and cheese. Everything was well-made, full of flavor, and very satisfying. The croissant in particular was decadent and buttery, easily one of the highlights of the meal. Before leaving, I grabbed a few desserts to go. Not everything was labeled, but the staff was incredibly friendly, happy to explain each item, and offered great recommendations. The prices were excellent for the quality and portion sizes. I would definitely recommend Gigi's Bakery to anyone looking for a cute and tasty spot in Naples, whether you're in the mood for a new breakfast place or just want to treat yourself to something sweet.

Just some constructive feedback from an outside perspective…read more The interview process may benefit from having someone else lead or co-lead that portion. As a frequent customer, I've observed the interviews multiple times, and it appears the focus often shifts away from truly evaluating the candidates. The interview dynamic seems heavily centered on the interviewer, which makes it difficult to assess the actual qualities, strengths, and potential of the people being interviewed. In several cases, I've personally known strong candidates--young women with excellent work ethic, positive attitudes, relevant experience, professionalism, and engaging personalities--who were not selected, despite being genuinely well-suited for the role. From what I've observed, the structure of the interviews doesn't consistently allow space for candidates to fully present themselves or for meaningful social and professional cues to be recognized. As a result, the interview outcome may not reflect the quality of the candidates as accurately as it could. Having a different interviewer--or adding a second, more candidate-focused voice--could significantly improve the selection process and help ensure that strong talent is truly seen and evaluated.
