Great place to see a concert. Not a bad "seat" in the place. Easy to access drinks and restrooms.

Let me start out by saying, we have been here before and had a great time. That being said, myself and 8 of my friends have been looking forward to seeing Ruthie Foster. I stopped by the venue to inquire about seating and was told high top table tickets are sold in groups of 4. I needed 2 tables and one more chair. No can do. I inquired about GA standing. Really, stand the entire time? Well, I'm too old for that. Decided to order tickets online. Then I saw the ticket price, and the service fee was almost half of the ticket price. Dang!! Don't tell me the ticket is $46 and then add a $22 service fee. Just tell me from the start the ticket is $68 !! A night out turns into a frustrating experience. We'll just stay home... read more

So I have driven by this place a bunch of times but I never went in until some friends invited us to tag along with them. How cool it was inside! It's super comfy and well-kept, with a really intimate vibe. There did not seem to be a bad seat in the house. If you're into live music and want a chill spot, here it is! read more

I love HauteSpot! It is such a beautiful venue and has a cute country twist to it. It's definitely a hidden gem since it's tucked away, which allows the sound to be more clear. On top of that the employs are amazing! They are so kind and very helpful! read more

Went here to see Belinda Carlisle. Over $500 in tickets. Place was a wind tunnel. Extremely cold. I asked for hot chocolates, but was told they were out. No offer of anything else. Why didn't they make a run to HEB? I have someone else at a different bar if they had hot water. I said they told me they didn't have any hot chocolate. The guy told me no they didn't have hot chocolate and they were using the water to make coffee. Why the hell would you offer me some water?! I spend most of my time outside and 90° plus weather. I brought a wool coat and my toes and hands were freezing. Zero customer service. One of my party members asked for a Tom Collins. The bartender said that's a really old drink do you want something else? Don't they have a bartender out that they can pull up drinks recipes with? Isn't this his profession? Doesn't he know how to look it up? Half the food items on their board were out. Parking lot was really muddy. No real Path except the driveway to walk down without getting mud all over our shoes. I'm sure in the spring time does a really great venue, but just not feeling it tonight. read more

I like that this place is in Cedar Park and it's a nice, well kept venue. Lately the reserved seats seem to require you to buy a whole table (4 seats) which I don't like. We got c1 which said it was close enough for the guitar player to play on which wasn't true since there's basically a moat around the stage. This last time there was a GA standing room area in front of the stage and we were stage left. There was room between our table and the barrier and at the end people came and stood between our table and barrier. No security saying to sit etc. So scoot your table/seats up if you don't want that to happen . read more

I love the venue but manager of this establishment/bar manager please consider a new approach. The toast, order through a second person in addition to the bartender is not only cutting your alcohol sales, but lines are longer, patrons concerned and aggravated. I have never seen this approach ever and it's not allowing for bartenders to actually be bar slinging bartenders. This is an awesome spot. Hire STRONG bartenders and consider aloha or micros or something that would help you bar efficiency. read more

Attended a 'metal' show here not too long ago. There is nothing more metal than going to an outdoor show with 2000 of your closest friends along with the obligatory aroma of stale beer/cigs/weed/b.o. wafting about. I used their on-site $5 parking, went thru security and walked into the venue in maybe 5 minutes. Expect to pay typical concert prices for food/drinks/etc. I had a general admission ticket so I just mingled about. It was still 100+ degrees when the first band hit the stage but the fans/misters/trees and thankfully a breeze made it tolerable. I thought the venue was very nice, reminded me of Stubb's BBQ but on a smaller scale... without the hassle of having to head into Austin. A solid choice to take in a show. read more

Changed the seating chart and did not ticket holders know . Paid for a ticket that showed next tot the stage and they ended up adding tables and more chairs were ga was supposed to be. Let your ticket holder know and give them the option for a refund . Will not be back after being to over 10 shows here . Bad business practice and all the manager said was you still have a good view. The Bacon Brothers were fabulous, but the Haute Spot, for all its hype, not so much. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN IN THE WINTER IF THEY CANT KEEP PEOPLE COMFORTABLE. They should also stick to their posted show times. We read about heat lamps, and fire pits, but the outdoor heaters were at opposite ends of the grounds (nothing in the middle where the audience was actually sitting and it was literally freezing out! Our tickets were originally for September, but the band got Covid, so it was rescheduled for January ~ seriously?? You couldn't do March or April? We got a pricey high top, and we had metal bar stools (glad we brought those cushions!) at our high-top table, (other tables had chairs with backs) and it practically takes an act of Congress to get into the place!(we had brought a blanket and seat cushions in canvass bags, but not allowed to take the bags in, even after showing there was nothing else in there!it would have made them easier to carry for the one who didn't have to take them back to the car).. The website said the band started at 9:15, but as we got out of our car at 9:00, we heard the audience cheer and the band begin! We paid $20 per drink for an Irish coffee and spiked cocoa. I think Haute Spot should be more considerate of their customers. 1. Have enough heat lamps to go around, and 2.start the show when you say you're going to start. Oh yeah, the show was cut short, too. 3. You should provide a locker or individual lockers for things we can't bring in Did we get what we paid for? i don't think so. If the Bacon Brothers come back, the peeps who paid for this concert ~ the ones who froze AND the MANY OTHERS who chose to stay home rather than brave the weather~should get first dibs and half price tickets. read more

I have watched this venue change over the course of several years and I think that the Haute Spot is on the right track. They definitely have a bit of work to do - but overall glad to see this kind of venue back in Cedar Park. Pros: Love the venue, astro-turf is SO MUCH BETTER than the old grass, the whole vibe is really cool and I'm excited to see them improve. It's very clean and a really cool place. I had the Roth Cabernet and it was delicious also my make your own salad was really good - awesome ranch dressing. Cons: The Charcuterie Board should immediately be removed from the menu. It's an embarrassment to charcuterie boards. Looks like a kids lunchable - and we have some boujie people in Cedar Park that will notice. If that was the only thing we ordered -we wouldn't come back. Guacamole description on the menu said it was homemade - but looked and tasted like it came out of a store bought container. Our server was super nice - but didn't really understand the menu and had to go back and forth to check HH prices, ect. I think with a little bit of tightening up - it can be really great - and for real - dump that charcuterie board until you can make it actually substantial. My daughter was celebrating a special birthday, so I bought ten front row seats for the Lonestar concert on November 17th. One of our family members' chair broke, and he fell to the ground. We asked to see a manager, and Mitchell B checked on our family member, then replaced his chair with the same type of chair. These chairs are left out in the weather and are rusty (I have pictures). We asked for a more sturdy chair, and Mitchell refused. He told us our family member could either sit on that chair or could sit at a picnic table where you couldn't see the stage. He sat at the picnic table. Several other family members were nervous about sitting on the chairs, so they stood to the side. Not the celebration I was imagining. I sought out Mitchell and tried to find a solution. I was told no to everything I suggested. Mitchell even yelled at me. He did give me the venue manager's name and number when I asked. Brandon Pannell 512-818-1992. I called Brandon three times and left a message to call me back each time. I never got a call back. My daughter had tickets several weeks later to see Three Doors Down at the Haute Spot. She understandably didn't want to go, so she gave the tickets to her dad. He said that someone's chair broke at that concert too! No one in our family will ever return to the Haute Spot! Haute Spot, you need to do something about your crappy chairs before you get sued! read more

Don't get brunch at the Drag Queen Brunch Go see the show but eat somewhere else. It cost $35 ($5 more than advertised online). The food was mediocre at best. There were no drinks out, you could get coffee at f you asked but then you had to wait for them to get lit. You could not get a cup of water. I tried talking to the manager but he didn't believe in customer service. He compared the place to other event centers that charge for waters. I've never been to a brunch that didn't serve water. They must have gotten enough complaints that they did finally serve water. Unfortunately after the negative interaction with the manager Nick prompted this negative review. read more

*** UPDATE *** I am delighted to say that I received a very thoughtful reply from one of the owners - and she said all the right things. She totally owned it, didn't make excuses, acknowledged their shortcomings and promised that they're going to work on improvements. I've also been granted a full refund for my tickets. I am giving them back a star because that kind of management response is perfect. Wishing them well as they strive to be better. *** end if update *** I would have had a better time if I'd taken my $83 and lit a match to it. It would've been faster, and not as hot. I really hate to give local businesses a bad review. Everyone has a bad night now and then but our experience at this venue was so ridiculously awful that I'm feeling inspired. We paid $83 for two GA tickets to see Blue October. Doors at 6:30, opening act at 7, Blue October at 8:15. Fine. We arrived at 6:15 and saw a line wrapped around three sides of the venue. The sun was low and strong and those people looked HOT. Come to find out that some people had been in line since 5 - standing in that baking, low-in-the-sky melting Texas sun. BO is indeed very popular so a line is no surprise. Those people deserved to get in first when the doors opened at 6:30. Except the doors didn't. Due to "sound issues", doors didn't actually open until about 8:15. EIGHT FIFTEEN. Those people were hot and thirsty and most of all CRANKY. We chatted with some of them - while they were waiting in that long, hot line before the venue doors opened for GA, the venue owner pulled up in a slick red sports car and parked right next to the entrance. Then he and his group of friends walked in - in front of everyone who had been standing there for (in some cases) 3+ hours in the baking sun. Someone from the venue told the folks in line "be nice to us on social media!" What a dick thing to say. Parking appeared to have started out with some semblance of order but with only two parking lot attendants in a very large parking area, it quickly devolved into a free for all. Cars were blocked in, driving lanes became dead ends, people were double and triple parking. It was a mess. We knew that exiting was going to be a nightmare. They needed about 10-15 more parking lot attendants to manage a crowd this size. Since we did not care about how close we sat once inside, we waited out the line sitting in our car. We had found a sliver of space that was definitely not a real parking space but at this point, screw it because people were parking all over the place. When we finally got in to the venue, we headed straight to the bar line. There appeared to be 3 bars operating. For a crowd of this size they needed experienced bartenders - and about 20 of them. The bar we went to had 2 bartenders who looked completely inexperienced and overwhelmed. They were slooooooow. The other bars didn't look any better. Blue October had started by now so we at least could listen to them while standing in line. We stood there for 45 minutes (45!!! after waiting 2+ hours to get in!) and were still only halfway to the bar. So we left. That was it. The ONLY good thing about our experience was that by leaving early, we were able to drive right out. I suspect that it would have taken forever to exit later on. There are LOTS of little problems at this venue - and one big problem: greed. That's the only way to explain this ridiculous experience. The venue was seriously overbooked and/or under staffed. Here's how a good business would have mitigated the issues: 1) Work out the kinks with your sound system earlier in the day. Two hours is eternity when you're standing in line. It's two eternities when that line is in directly under the 95 degree baking sun. 2) If you do have a delay, send your staff out with cases of ice cold water to pass out to those poor people in line. The ONLY reason for not doing this is: (you guessed it) greed. 3) Hire an appropriate number of qualified staff to support the size of the crowd you're expecting. We saw quite a few staff circulating who were doing next to nothing. Most of them did not look old enough to drink so could not help with the staff shortage in the bar area where they were desperately needed. 4) if you're not able to provide food service to a large crowd - don't even try. Have food trucks in your parking lot. People in line would have appreciated it and the food trucks would have made bank. 5) For the love of God, owner-dude, do NOT park your fancy sports car right in front and walk past your hot, thirsty CUSTOMERS with your gaggle of friends. Find a back entrance so as not to flaunt your privilege. I hope they enjoyed my $83 because I wouldn't spend another penny at this place. It can't possibly survive with their primary business model: greed. read more

I've seen two shows here, one before and one after covid. Both shows were good and an enjoyable experience. Parking is easy in the grass field behind the venue. In May the seating was still fairly distanced, I'm not sure if they are continuing this now though. Staff was friendly and we had snacks and drinks, I thought we got good value for what we got. The acoustics were good and we could see the artist very well from our spot in the middle. Overall I would recommend coming here if you like who is playing, be mindful that it is outside so weather is out of their control. read more

Cool spot. Definitely not a brunch spot. Drinks served missing ingredients with staff not knowing what's in it after they say one thing and later come back with another. Drinks are not worth the price. Very weak so stick with beer and you won't be disappointed. Service was less than par. It's like oasis, go for the atmosphere and not for the food and drinks. I'm sure concerts are better. The extra star was given because the food was hot. Nothing special or different about their brunch. read more

Went to see Blue October...A show that was supposed to begin at 7 doors to open at 6. It was after 8 before we were let in. No one checked our tickets at all. Once inside i stood in line 55 minutes for 2 12oz cans of beer that were $18. I asked for four beers so I could enjoy the show without having to come back in 10min as my wife and I were dying of thirst. I was told I could only get 2 beers at a time...they had a rule. I get back to my wife and see a guy pass us with a 'Bucket of beers' A Bucket. 5 beers. After a stellar performance by Blue, we head to the car only to find out we were COMPLETELY blocked in...front & back. This was an all ages event. However, there were NO water stations set up at all. You had to purchase bottles of water from the hour long bar line. Almost no trash cans so 75% of the staff was chasing down trash all night.. Absolutely terrible management. Period. We will not be attending another event at this venue. read more

Great place to see a show and pretty good job with safety protocols. Liked the overall set up, the turf instead of grass (no mud in the rain), rocking chairs etc. The only issue was the food, it was just bad. A "charcuterie board" was lunch meat and H‑E‑B crackers. It had bologna. Other items were also disappointing and over priced for the quality. Will come back for more shows. Hope they make some improvements in the kitchen. read more

I cannot imagine a service fee and facility fee to purchase a ticket to see the Egg Men. There would have been six of us but I convinced our party to do something else rather than pay over $30 in fees. Millennials May accept this scam but not us Boomers.I apologize for this review before I ever visit this place but charging me for a ticket then charging me for the privilege of buying the ticket then charging me for the privilege of walking in the door is just not acceptable to me. Cool concept. Good food, but the ordering system is a nightmare. Luckily they weren't busy so the waitstaff was able to help us work it out. They had us order from 3 different QR code's in order to split the ticket. Not sure if that was really necessary but it made it so food didn't arrive at the same time, there were double orders and missed drink orders. Total catastrophe. Have 2nd star only because the food was good and the staff did their very best to fix problems and said we weren't the only ones who didn't like the ordering app. Won't come back unless they change it. read more

This place gets great shows. We have been going here since it was bubbas backyard. But this last time was about the draw that broke the camels back. The music parts be are great. The food and drinks not so much. And the seating is horrible. Crappy small cheap as hell plastic and metal folding chairs. There are much better options. One of our group sitting in the chair collapsed. The table advertised is literally a 12" x12" foot stool. The food is mediocre at best. Under done brats small brat on a piece of bread with a few strands of sauerkraut 12 bucks no side. The burgers were ok but small for 13 bucks no side.IF IF awe go again. We will eat prior to arriving. The drinks are ok 6 buck cans you expect that at a thing like this but mixed drinks are pricey. I am amazed by some of these reviews. This place is great. We have been to several concerts here and never been disappointed. The food has varied and is pretty good, but that's never my reason for going to a concert so I don't sweat it. We have been in both the heat and cold and they try to make it comfortable no matter the weather. When it was cold they had heaters and fire pits and you could bring in a blanket. It didn't matter once the music started and they were happy to add Bailys to my hot chocolate when I asked. When Austin is losing small concert venues right and left, I'm happy this one is here and it gets better every time. read more

Went to our first concert tonight to see Wade Bowen. The venue has been well thought out and enjoyed the work that owners put in. Big problem are the bar areas. With 20+deep, ridiculous non cash order pad that slows the ordering down tremendously!! You're loosing out on major alcohol sales because the system is so slow. Just let the bartenders be bartenders and speed up the sales. They were just standing around waiting for people to figure out the pad even though you had helpers. Big problem......... read more

I really really want to like this place. I've been going sporadically for years and they can't seem to get it together. It is a great venue and I continue to go back with the hopes that they'll have worked out the kinks with each new iteration. Nope. For one, this place has had several owners, but they can't seem to get the stinkin' volume right. It is so LOUD! Ear piercing loud. Like, can not have a conversation without leaning in and yelling loud. Are we 18 with a fake id on dirty 6, or what!? Secondly the prices are criminal. We got a frozen margarita (from a machine) and a can of Lone Star...$40 with a tip. A can of Lone Star was over $15. Are you kidding? And there was no table service either. Stale chips and canned cheese for $10. Pretzel (which was likely bought frozen in bulk) and "cheese" for $18.00. Yes, EIGHTEEN DOLLARS. No menu, no price preview either. We had drinks and dinner at Jack Allen's for less! Haute Spot...get it together! They should charge a small fee for entry, allow re-entry, charge $5 a plate for the b-team ballpark food (or bring in foodtrucks), charge half or 1/3 of what they do for drinks, expand the beer selection (they had no ales or porters), lower the volume juuuuust a tad, and make this place the fabulous place it can be! Suited for the first time Friday July 9 to see Buffalo Hunt and Nikki Lane. We loved everything about the experience. Excellent Acoustics, Great Service and Food, Easy Access to Bars and Bathrooms. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Venue is beautiful and well maintained. Will attend many more concerts here. read more
