I'm so excited to have such a great coffee shop near my house. When I moved here I thought I would only find really good coffee shops in downtown Boston but this place is everything I need. I had some breakfast here and it was delicious. All the sandwiches they make in house are great but the real highlight is the baked goods. The Orange Olive oil cake was insane and the scones are always great. This might be one of the coziest coffee shops I've been to with the exposed and beams and brick walls along with the nice decor they added. The coffee Itself is the real star here though as they use Counter Culture coffee and the Baristas here are very well trained. I love the specialty stuff they do like the Haute Latte. This is everything you would find in downtown Boston but in cute little Concord. read more

I discovered Haute Coffee about 2 weeks ago. It's tucked away off the Main Street so it took me a while to finally notice it. This place has everything I could want in a coffee shop. 1. It's local 2. The coffee is amazing 3. The ambiance has a "Anthropologie" vibe The Haute Latte, made with honey and cinnamon is delicious. And they make all their own pastries. I avoid dairy as much as possible. I was happy that they have both soy and almond milk as a dairy alternative. I think I've found my new favorite coffee house. read more

Hot coffee, cold food. Been coming here for a while, nice breakfast sandwiches and coffee is fine. The problem is they haven't yet mastered handing out orders for curbside/takeout. A couple times I came earlier in COVID and they would place some orders out and call out the names, others sat behind the window and wouldn't be called. Didn't seem to have an order of things -you'd ask for your order, be told it wasn't ready, wait, and eventually notice it was sitting behind their window the whole time (now cold) and ask them to please give it to you. Today I ordered online, arrived about 10 min after ordering, was told order was not ready - come back in 15min (pickup time on on our ticket) ok, that's totally fair, but when we came back at that time our sandwiches were sitting behind the window (cold). Coffee wasn't ready yet so we at least got that hot. read more

Now, I'm usually pretty much against shops that overprice meals because of the location and many of the stores in Concord fit that bill, but, for coffee, I definitely would not put Haute Coffee into that category. At Haute Coffee, you are getting your money's worth and then some. The aromas coming from the single serving brews and the handcrafted espresso drinks draw you right in and make picking your choice a hard decision. Plus, when you get your drink you will not only smell the quality from the roast, but you will also see the artistry in your cup. So, after probably the best Latte that I have since Procoppio's in Wayne PA (not there any more, disappeared in the 90's when Starbucks came to town), I have to highly recommend Haute Coffee. read more

I emailed and called ahead to get info on lunch items for a restricted diet. No response from email. Was told at ordering window that decaf coffee was available. Well I ordered a decaf latte around 1:30 pm and it is now 12:53 am and I still can't get to sleep! Also, when I called, there was no mention of breakfast only items that day. I don't like that they now have paper straws only and when you use them with a cold drink they soften in the liquid and they are no longer effective. Tried to give feedback to the counter guy but he dismissed me by saying that it's good for the environment. The paper straws have little utilitarian so it's probably forcing us consumers to not use straws entirely ? read more

This is exactly what I look for in a cafe! The coffee is terrific, and the mocha has a nice, bitter, dark flavor to it. The pastry are incredibly well made. I went to Haut on a Sunday, so I did not try the sandwiches (I think the kitchen closed mid-day on Sunday, or perhaps all day). Haut has a room with 7 or 8 comfortable tables for relaxing. The room feels a little like a pub, and the music is well suited for hanging out. The people working there seem great. I highly recommend this coffee shop. read more

Nice little coffee shop in Concord. Great selection of pastries, sandwiches, and coffee. Cappuccino was well done, simple art on top, slightly sweet on the palate from sugar development in the milk. Slow! 22 minutes for a coffee! Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffee drinks. Breakfast sandwiches came out in 10 minutes but took 22 minutes for a cappuccino and an americano! Crazy! Not going back for sure. Can go to Nero around the corner and get something faster. The reason not less stars is the food and coffee at least tasted okay. read more

Coffee was great, can't lie about that. Decided to go for a sandwich too after seeing all the local vendors they worked with. I got a mozzarella and tomato sandwich and my friend got a turkey sandwich. I decided to look past the high price point (of $8.95) for the reason above and the fact it was a small business. I'm never all that surprised places like up charge for their items, but you usually get quality in return. I have to say I was a bit disappointed. My sandwich was VERY greasy. It was a pinini, so obviously you need to slightly butter the bread to get that nice crispiness. But on mine, so much was used that the bread had changed color from its oiliness. Made me feel really gross eating it, especially on a hot summer day. The turkey sandwich in construction was also very very basic. It was something I could have made at home while half asleep. No extraordinary flavors or ingredients that stood out as key players. Just turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo. Delicious, creamy, flavorful lattes! I almost walked right past Haute Coffee twice. It's in a small alleyway on Walden Street in Concord. If I hadn't been actively looking for it, I would have missed it. I came on 7/21 needing a caffeine hit, and got the iced Haute latte, which has honey and cinnamon. I was so impressed that I dragged my husband to Haute 2 days later so he could try it for himself. Haute, please consider opening an outpost on the Minuteman Bike Path so I don't have to drive 10 miles each way for your delicious lattes. I'm planning on going back to try the vanilla latte. FYI - if you are with a large group, you're going to have a tough time. The place is small with limited seating. read more

Go here for amazing coffee and be prepared to leave a lot of money behind. This new coffee shop in the old Comella's location does a fine job with their pour over coffee, serving a range of Counter Culture beans. Great coffee, but I'm perplexed why a shop that goes out of its way to promote how locally sourced everything is, wouldn't pour George Howell beans. Probably the best part of the coffee experience was being served the mini carafe of pour over with a pre-warmed mug. This is awesomeness as it allows your coffee to maintain heat when served. Nice touch. The prices are on par with a pour over in NYC, so you're looking at $4-5 - but very worth it IMO. What's not worth it, are the $10 sandwiches that are pretty darn small, though quite good. The soups are all excellent and tasted bright and fresh. I can't vouch for all the sweets but the coconut cupcake was awesome. read more

I had the rudest experience at Haute Coffee today. I ordered two ice lattes, the girl handed me one iced and one hot. When I told her I ordered two iced latte, and showed her my receipt, she told me she couldn't take the order back. She proceed to close her window, only to come back with a cup of ice and walked away. It wasn't me that made the mistake, I understand if I made the mistake and she couldn't take it back. I ended up with a water down drink that wasn't even very good. I definitely would not have tipped, except they make it mandatory on their online order. Also, they are supposed to be open until three, but at two, they stopped taking in person orders. Don't advertise your hours if you can't operate by them! I love this trendy coffee shop! They have coffee and tea, as well as baked, breakfast, and lunch items. Everything is geared towards being local, natural, and healthy (but there are definitely goodies/treats too). The drinks are served with pretty designs making them all the more fun to consume. (= Some of their prices can be on the higher side, but in general they're pretty similar to a Starbucks, just a whole lot better. The café has a wonderful sitting area where you are able to relax or work, plus free Wi-Fi. Haute Coffee can be a bit difficult to find. It is tucked away, off the main road (where there is metered street parking). If you turn down the little alley-like road right before the Haute Coffee sign, there is a huge parking lot where you can easily park for free. read more

Haute chocolate was awesome. Avocado toast of the day tasted great. A cupcake with buttercream frosting I got for later made my day. Price was reasonable for the quality. I wanted to stay and eat my toast there, but sadly all the seats inside were taken and it was raining outside (they do have outside seating for nice days). There were a lot of camped out computer users. The people that worked there were friendly and all seemed to be having fun, adding silly titles to names as the called out the coffee and the customers loved it.
