I am a world traveler and often or not I require the services of storage facilities. I have moved…read moremore than 40 times in the last two years because of my occupation. I tried several storage facilities, but when I contacted this company I enjoyed the online presence customer service, they were welcoming and very informative. he directed me to the local facility where I met a wonderful lady named KAY. Kay is very personable, she even opened the door for me upon entrance. She knew her job, she was well prepared and she was patient. We visited the spaces that I requested and she even took her time walking as to ensure that she didn't run off and leave me...lol I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, from the restrooms through to the spaces. on top of all of that, the prices were lovely. I got an RV space and a 10 X 15 air conditioned space.

If you wanna get nickel and dime to death, then this is the place for you. They charge $2.30 every…read moremonth just to pay them. Can you imagine going to target and purchasing something for a few hundred dollars and then they go oh by the way, if you wanna pay us, we have a $2.30 pay us fee. That's what this place does they have a pay fee? Not only do they want their storage fee but they want $2.30 to help them With their internal fees. It's just a bunch of BS. They're greedy based on my personal experience. Oh, and by the way, they don't have any carts if there's one guy there unloading a load. You're not gonna have a cart and they've got some carts without even handles which make them useless, like I said they've got one, maybe 2 carts for the whole place that I was able to find! Hundreds of units in this facility and only one cart. Which says...I don't care about you as a customer. If you enjoy being frustrated while trying to store your personal belongings... This just may be the place for you!! Edit. It's funny when reading the other reviews over the last two or three years they all seem to be the same negative experience everybody having the same problems. Then there's this guy from corporate that comes on and gives this lip service. Please contact us. Well, if this situation wasn't reoccurring over and over with different people, there'd be no reason to contact them. You'll be getting positive reviews instead of negative ones that you have to do lip service. Kind of crazy business plan. Good luck renters. You may need it. With the break ins and robberies listed in the other reviews.

I reached out to 6 companies online that rent or sell containers in Las Vegas and Storage on Wheels was THE ONLY Company willing to work on my container. The general Manager, Greg, was wonderful for coordinating the visit and Jimmy who did the work was experienced and professional. They came out the next day, fixed it quickly and and the price was reasonable. I am very appreciative and happy that I found them! What a disappointment that Mobile Mini who sold me the container, would wash their hands of me and my container once sold. How unprofessional.

I paid for a storage unit over the phone and was not provided any refund policy information. I was then emailed a contract to sign but the wrong information was on the contract and they entered the wrong insurance coverage amount on the contract and asked me to sign it on docusign or a similar software. I refused to sign a contract that had the wrong info so I went to the location hoping for better service. Instead there was a guy that refused to provide a refund even though I had not signed a contract and had not been told of any refund policy or purchase policy when I had made payment. Just ridiculous!!! Thank goodness for bank chargebacks. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your storage needs.
