Love having a Hash Kitchen on the west side! Just like the other locations, the food and drink choices are endless and everything is super tasty. I've had the chilaquiles, hashes, and avocado toast here but today tried the Sexy Toast. Excellent choice and a much more reasonable size than the usually massive portions Hash offers. Topped off with a tequila booze bag for me and a stop at the build your own Bloody Mary bar for my husband. Definitely check this place out for a yummy brunch. read more

Had breakfast here this morning and all I can say is YUMMY. The staff were great. A pleasant group to be around. The food was awesome. I had the Banana Split French Toast and my husband had The Best F**king Birria. Both were cooked so well and the flavors are a great combination. They also have donuts were so good that I want to come here every day. The other thing is the cleanliness of the whole restaurant. Dogs are allowed on the patio and they even have a puppy patio menu. read more

We arrived just after they opened on Sunday morning. Two guys walked in right before us and sat at the bar. The bartender was talking to them while we waited and waited to be acknowledged. After several minutes a waitress came over to seat us. The table she chose had crumbs on the seat, funny since they just opened. I ordered the Hangover Hash. I was not expecting cornbread on the bottom. The flavor was good. I would have like more spice but it is what it is. Service was super slow and the food way slightly more than I like to pay for breakfast. $50 for two of us. read more

Love coming here for the Bloody Mary bar and the good vibes. This last visit, there was a little hiccup at the BYO bar (tragic, because what's brunch without meatballs and toasted ravioli?). But Joshua, the bar manager, came to the rescue like a brunch superhero, cape probably hidden under his apron. Crisis averted. Highly recommend this place not just for the food and atmosphere, but for the service that goes above and beyond. See you next Sunday. It's been awhile since I have been to hash kitchen and thought it was time to revisit. I joined the waitlist through their website and it said 15-25 minutes. For a Sunday morning in Peoria that wasn't bad. I received text confirmation to check in when I arrived and we arrived about 20 minutes later. We checked in with the host and they found us on the list and said it was about a 20 minutes later wait. There were numerous people outside as was expected for a Sunday around 11:45. We were seated with in 20 minutes and immediately ordered the build your own Bloody Mary. We chose jalapeño vodka and cilantro lime, spicy Bloody Mary mix, then we got busy at the bar! So many good things to add, a little horseradish, a little pickle juice, olives (all kinds) Sun-dried tomatoes, pickled okra, cheese, chorizo, salami. Finished it off with some delicious bacon, fried cheese ravioli, fried jalapeño poppers, even a meatball. These things were masterpieces. Supplemented all that spice with the banana split French which was among the best French I have had. The service was great and the meal was delicious. Great job. We'll be back and soon. read more

My wife and I came in today for our first time to meet an old friend and we had a wonderful experience. The food was great and our waiter Caesar was awesome! The restaurant was clean and had a wonderful feel to it. The Bloody Mary bar was awesome and the mimosas were great as well. We will be back next time we are in town. Went for Saturday brunch with my sister and her 6 month baby! The atmosphere was welcoming, the Dj was bumping bangers but it was not too loud. My nephew enjoyed it :). I had just dropped someone off in the Glendale/Peoria area and was hungry for breakfast so I found this on YELP and it was really a great spot. I had a make your own scramble with ground sausage, onions and goat cheese and it was a great medley. I loved the large coffee mugs as well as I like a fair amount of coffee and hate waiting for the waiters to come around and refill. I also decided to try a blueberry mimosa and it was good. I did ask if it was flavoring or a puree and they said it was purée but it was really just syrup. Still, it was good and had five or so blueberries in the glass for a nice touch. I sat at the counter and as the morning progressed, it was getting more crowded so it is obviously a local favorite. I understand there are a few other locations and hope they make one closer to where I love as the menu looks great and I want to try more items like carnitas. Overall, it was a very good experience with the service and the food. I would recommend trying it out for sure. If I am in the area I will be back and even may take the drive to come out just for more. Check it out and you will enjoy it! read more

We had a 10 am reservation which we reduced in size. We arrived at 9:50 and checked in... It took over an hour to receive most of our food, cold. Then the two meals we didn't arrive came 30 minutes later. The manager Monica couldn't have cared less. She did comp our meal after hearing how bad the experience was but so out of touch. Do NOT waste a moment waiting for your reservation, service, food unless you have lots of discretionary time. Was looking for a good breakfast place and stumbled onto Hash Kitchen. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat. They had a DJ playing music and a cool Bloody Mary bar. We ordered drinks and the food came out first. The server (Luis B) and manager went into action when they realized what had happened and quickly turned things around. Provided added fruit and complementary mimosas they checked on us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied. The food was amazing. If I could give 6 stars I would. We highly recommend. read more

Went for brunch on a Sunday. The waitlist ahead was very convenient! ... however they said my table was ready a hour early, so that was crazy, we weren't even there yet, but luckily we all live close and made it. Sat outside and the misters were really nice to keep it cool outside. I got the huevos rancheros, it was ok. Not too fond of the red sauce they used, I would try something different next time. We had a great experience here! The host (who I'm assuming was general manager or at least shift manager) was very kind and personable upon seating us and offered us a promo! The server, Lola, was quick, friendly and attentive! The food was amazing - my husband got the Americano Scrambler and the biscuits and gravy and I got the chili relleno hash. All plates came out quickly and hot and delicious! We also got a Party of Two Sk8er Boi cocktail that was great! This is probably our 5th time here and we are always so happy with the service and food! I will say on the weekends the place gets pretty loud - like a night club for breakfast, that's their vibe! I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit to this restaurant, as the service we received was extremely disappointing. Our waitress Loralai appeared to have no energy or enthusiasm during our visit, and we only saw her twice throughout the entire meal. From the start, we had no silverware and had to go to the front multiple times just to get basic service. She never offered drink refills or checked in to see if we needed anything. To make matters worse, food items were missing from our order, and we had to ask another waiter to help us since our waitress was nowhere to be found. At the end of the meal, she never came by with the check, so we ended up paying through the QR code on the table. She finally reappeared just to take the plates--without an apology, any acknowledgment of the poor service, or even asking how the food was. This was by far the worst service I've ever had. I felt uncomfortable not leaving a tip, but honestly, the service didn't deserve one. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would like to see improvements made so guests in the future don't have the same experience. read more

It was my first time visiting this location in Glendale. I believe I was at the one in Scottsdale, years ago. We had to wait a while 5 or 10 minutes despite the fact that there were several vacant tables. The music was a little loud too. Maybe I'm just an old fart, but breakfast and brunch is really not the time for love music. The food and service was very good. I'll probably come back at some point in the future, but there's no urgency. Also, turn the music down! read more

Went for brunch today, sat outside due to the loud music inside I have no problem with music playing but I think it should be lower so you can talk with your party. The selection was upbeat. The misters were on high and occasionally got a cool breeze or water come through, but by the time we finished it was kinda warm 106' to be outside. Maybe if shades were pulled down more, may have been a bit cooler. Our waitress was making her rounds constantly and the beverages filled before empty. I had the Carnitas hash much better before I mixed it up but need more green chili sauce quite dry. Took half home. I also got the What the f... up affogato good but not worth $12, maybe $10. We went on a Sunday, it was about an hour wait which is to be expected on weekends. We walked to cold beers in the same plaza till we got our text. We were sat outside and it was hot.. though there was shade, and misters, a couple fans would be helpful in the summers. Service was good I do not recommend the potato tacos simply because it's mashed potatoes in them. I was expecting the breakfast potatoes which would have been so much better. I went here yesterday for brunch, it has been a few months since I have been. The food was terrible. I ordered the same thing I always get the tamale Benedict. The tamales were not in cakes and there was very little and definitely not even enough for even a whole tamale. The pork looked like cat food chopped up small and no flavor. The poached eggs were the smallest I have ever seen. I will not be back my stomach was so upset. Whoever is cooking needs to read the menu again and taste their own food. Son decided on the peanut butter and jelly French toast, hubby decided on the lemon ricotta and blueberry compote gluten-free pancakes, and since I knew I would be sharing the bougie biscuits. I just ordered two fried eggs. One of the things that was so great about this place -for especially gluten-free eaters - is that they were willing to adjust or accommodate almost anything on the menu in order to make it adaptable. The host, the gentleman behind the bloody Mary bar and our server were very well educated. The restaurant was super cute and had a vibe with black-and-white sayings all over the wall. The food was delicious although my husband said the pancakes were a little dense, but that's to be expected for gluten-free pancakes. Phoenix area ( Peoria) had some really good restaurants to choose from!

So when we drove past it during this weekend's trip to Peoria, AZ, I knew this was where we would be dining for at least one morning! So good I got it both days. First morning was the Beast Eggs Benedict for me and the Chorizo omelet for Mr. Would definitely order both again. Mr. got biscuits with his omelet. OMG! These biscuits are the right biscuits--you know the difference if you've ever had good and not so good biscuits. These are the right kind of Southern style biscuits so good, make you wanna slap yo mama!! But that's not all. The homemade strawberry jam! It's everything. Just the right amount of sweet. One thing to note: the fried potatoes on my plate and the bell peppers on Mr's plate were both a tad al dente. Might be the style of the chef on the line. Both were enjoyable. Another thing to note: incredible portions. Go hungry. I had to ask for a box both mornings. Second day: I had the Monte Cristo which caught my eye the first day and the waitress assured me was a solid choice after the Beast. Y'all! So! Good! I have ordered many a Monte Cristo in my day. This was unique to the Biscuit cafe with one layer of beautifully cut ham and Swiss cheese nestled lovingly between two thick pieces of perfect french toast slices and dusted with powdered sugar. On the side was the famous homemade strawberry jam along with dijon mustard. The mix of all these flavors was perfection. Everything I dreamed it would be. Mr. got biscuits and gravy to try the sausage gravy and it was super! Really good seasonings and sausage flavor. Not too much pepper which is a frequent risk with white southern gravy. One more thing I absolutely must call out. If you're like me and love the idea of a flight so you can test out many flavors--mimosas, margaritas, cinnamon rolls, donuts, bacon, french toast, are just a few of the flights I remembered from the menu. This place has a minimum of one flight per category. This calls out to my "try everything" spirit. Hope it calls out to yours too! I recently visited Hash Kitchen for brunch and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance with a cozy yet modern decor that makes you feel right at home. But what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by our server, Natalie. Natalie was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She took the time to explain the menu options and provided great recommendations. Her positive energy and warm smile made us feel very welcome and added to the overall pleasant experience. As for the food, it was simply delicious. The menu had a great variety of options, from classic breakfast dishes to unique and creative options. We came here to celebrate my son's 21st birthday, and our server (Caesar) absolutely made the brunch! From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited to help make his birthday special. He went above and beyond -- recommending great drinks for his first official toast, checking in just the right amount, and even surprising him with a birthday treat at the end. This is the 3rd time that I've visited this location and I am already looking forward to going back yet again SOON. The food is outstanding (So far -- I've had the Billionaire Bacon, Bread Pudding French Toast Sticks, Brirra Bao Buns, and Pineapple Upside Pancakes and all of them are so, so good), the servings are generous and the combination of both makes the pricing totally reasonable. Then add in the atmosphere and it really makes you want to come back with friends. This time around, Taylor was my server and she was so attentive, yet somehow balanced the line to also give me my space to enjoy my meal and conversation. I go to Hash Kitchen about once a week. After looking over the menu for about 15 minutes, I always end up getting the post-workout pancakes. "MY FAVE" The weeks I go without my children I normally sit at the bar. The service is wonderful. Yami is always supper Pleasant very fast and detail-oriented even when getting overloaded with guests. When Yami is busy @ the other end of the bar, tending to guests Karly is right there to see if you need anything. Hands down one of the best breakfast spots out there. My best friends flew in from out of town and we were so excited to try this place! The vibe is so fun. Great music, a fantastic build your own Bloody Mary bar. I loaded mine up! It was so fun to build. I had the chicken Benedict. One of the best Benedict's out there. My recent experiences at Hash Kitchen were quite disappointing. Despite the hype surrounding the place, the food simply didn't live up to expectations. During my two visits in the last month, I found the flavors to be off and unsatisfying. The biscuits and gravy lacked the expected taste, and the avocado toast seemed to be made with less-than-fresh ingredients, almost tasting like store-bought guacamole (Wholly Guacamole). Additionally, the pancakes were overly dry, leaving my daughter unimpressed. Hash Kitchen in Peoria is a total vibe! The ambiance is flashy and fun, but chill and inviting. The Cubano Scrambler? Chef's kiss. Billionaire's Bacon? Yummy, but one piece won't bankrupt me again. The bartender hooked us up with a mimosa flight (raspberry stole the show), and the staff went above and beyond - seated us outside (as requested) and thoughtfully turned on the fans - so refreshing. Everything was amazing from the moment they greet you at the front door to the moment we are leaving. Staff was incredibly accommodating to our requests. Food was delicious, I definitely recommend the breakfast tacos with carnitas on top they were my favorite. Managers came by to check up on us and we had nothing but good things to say. I'm so glad we came here, the food was delicious, be prepared because the serving size it's pretty big and we recommend Alicia as your server, she is wonderful, I was coming with my multicultural group of friends and she took the time to speak English and spanish to everyone and explained the menu so well, we really appreciated that! than you Alicia! read more

A small downside was that the bar tables are pretty tiny, and the chairs don't have hooks to hang a purse, which made things feel a little cramped. I ordered the Spicy Creamy Ramen, and it was delicious! I'm not someone who enjoys extremely spicy food, but the spice level was just right enough heat without overpowering the flavors. The ramen noodles are thick and have a great chewy texture. My partner ordered the Chicken Chashu, which he also enjoyed, but his favorite part was the Old Fashioned. He's already talking about coming back just for another one! The only thing I'd recommend improving is how the ramen bowls are served. Because they're so hot, our server had to place his thumb inside the rim of the bowl to carry it, and I noticed his thumb accidentally touched the hard-boiled egg in my partner's ramen. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but it wasn't very sanitary. Finding a different way to handle the bowls would make the dining experience even better. Overall, the food was excellent, and we'd definitely come back.

Arrives ahead of my husband finishing golf and the bar area already pretty full. Today is their fish fry and I'm thinking of trying it. Looked up reviews and saw someone raving about it. The bartender, Patrick, came over and offered me something to drink while I waited and seamlessly worked the tables of the many golfers. Mercedes, the hostess was smiling away when I called her over to ask how the fish fry worked. Very nice gal. Three pieces of cod with fries and slaw or one piece of Walleye with rice and vegetables ($1 more for the Walleye I'm excited to try it. So we tried both fish types and really enjoyed them. We substituted (for an up charge), salad instead of fries. We both preferred the Walleye but both are with the same batter. I'd never had Walleye before. It had a nice buttery taste and good texture. We are excited to have our friends go with us another Friday as they love a good fish and chips and turns out walleye is my girlfriend's favorite having come from Michigan.
