I had the greatest experience for brunch. My server Josh was attentive, suggested my whole meal which was excellent, and he was super funny and friendly. The managers all stopped by to check in on me and were also extremely friendly. I sat on the patio which is dog friendly (thank you!) and it was really nice. It is shaded and other guests were all friendly and seemed to be having a good time. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back! read more

Time for an updated review. We brought visiting family into town in early January, excited to give them the Hash Kitchen experience. Overall our experience was fine, but many changes have been made to the menu. Several of our favorite dishes have been cut or decently reworked, which takes away from the excitement and decadence of the Hash Kitchen experience. What a bummer. Our server was fine. She was a little MIA in between taking our order and the food arriving, so we were a bit desperate for refills. I enjoyed my hash grand slam. The bacon, extra crispy, is delicious! The silver dollar pancakes are way too big to be called silver dollar, but still tasty. My spouse's croissant burger was fine, but didn't have the characteristics of a truly smashed burger. Overall the lack of vegetarian options for the menu is a bit disappointing--if you remove the meat would it reduce the price? All in all, a fine meal, but the changes made it so we were missing the sparkle of Hash Kitchen that made us so excited to share it with guests. read more

We liked it. A different than usual breakfast menu. I had the chilaquiles that were good. Service good also.

OMG, this place is amazing. The menu alone impresses. What mind-blowing flavors! I had "The Best Fu@#$% Birria"... Delicious! My wife had the Banana Split French Toast... incredible! Everything brought to our table was sparkling clean from the water glass to the utensils. The water is obviously purified because I know how bad the tap water is here and their water was clean and all-day drinkable. Love this place! First class! read more

Amazing food and fun environment!! Our server Lola was a pleasure, made sure we got everything we wanted and the food/drinks were delicious! And as always the staff had very friendly manners! Always love coming to Hash! read more

Went with wife and friends for a late lunch. Have NEVER seen a bloody Mary bar with so many choices. We were approached and inquired about drinks by a young man, named IAN, our server. Made selections and it wasn't 5 mins and here comes Ian with our drinks. Wide selection of foods. Ordered and again within 10 mins, here comes Ian with our food. Couldn't have asked for any better service. He even stopped back twice to see if we needed anything. Had the Eggs Benedict and it was cooked just the way I ordered it. The entire party enjoyed out "Brunch" will return another time. read more

Start with extremely loud music, especially in an empty restaurant. Mandie, the bartender, was exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to make our Thanksgiving experience pleasant. While others complained about leaving for family photos and were unprofessional for the food industry, Mandie ensured we had a great time. Food: Chick parm sandwich was dry but decent. Avocado toast was overkill. Flight of mimosas were great. Mandie made a Sk8tr flawlessly. All in all, I'd give them another shot as it was Thanksgiving, but that's because of the excellent service they had at the bar. read more

Mediocre at best often the orders are not correct when I use Uber breeds and their restaurant.

Music way too loud even on the patio. My hash skillet had enough salt for a month. We were seated quickly. Didn't get an extra plate though we told our waitress we were splitting our dish. No one checked to see if we needed anything after the food came. read more

This place was fun! My 4 of 5 was solely because of the food. Ambience and vibe- 5 all the way. There was a live dj playing and it was packed so the vibes were high. Server was great we had a party of maybe 20 and she handled everything well. My star deduction was for the food - or maybe just what I ordered. I had the potato tacos with tinga. Two things I make myself at least once a month. The potato tacos themselves weren't filled enough. I felt like I had more tortilla in every bite instead of a combo of both. The tinga is my next gripe, it was too watered down and made the tacos soggy. If I'm in the area it's somewhere I'd visit again, just ordering something new. read more

We arrived just after they opened on Sunday morning. Two guys walked in right before us and sat at the bar. The bartender was talking to them while we waited and waited to be acknowledged. After several minutes a waitress came over to seat us. The table she chose had crumbs on the seat, funny since they just opened. I ordered the Hangover Hash. I was not expecting cornbread on the bottom. The flavor was good. I would have like more spice but it is what it is. Service was super slow and the food way slightly more than I like to pay for breakfast. $50 for two of us. read more

First time at this location, when we checked in, the place was half empty but the hostess said there was a wait, that should have been my first red flag but we decided to wait, it wasn't that long. We sat down, ordered our food and waited for what seemed like forever for our food to arrive. We contemplated paying for our drinks and leaving but just as we were about to leave and around 45-50 minutes later, our food finally arrived! The food was fine, standard fare, not worth waiting almost an hour for. Disappointing to say the least! read more

Love having a Hash Kitchen on the west side! Just like the other locations, the food and drink choices are endless and everything is super tasty. I've had the chilaquiles, hashes, and avocado toast here but today tried the Sexy Toast. Excellent choice and a much more reasonable size than the usually massive portions Hash offers. Topped off with a tequila booze bag for me and a stop at the build your own Bloody Mary bar for my husband. Definitely check this place out for a yummy brunch. read more

Terribly slow service! Went on a Thursday around noon. Very little customers. Saw maybe 5 tables. Waited over 20 minutes just to put our orders in. Had to ask where our drinks were about another 20 minutes. Food came out. Two diners got theirs then the other 2 had to wait another 10 minutes. Food was good but honestly would not come back because Food did not exceed the slow service. Also music was soooo loud! For a place that is only open in the morning and early afternoon it definitely has a "day drink" vibe. read more

We decided to give Hash Kitchen a try this morning. We got our food to go. I am thoroughly impressed. Excellent breakfast! The atmosphere is really fun. There was a delay with my to-go order, we aren't sure what happened. Carlos is a top notch manager and truly cares about his customers. He came out and got it handled. Thank you Carlos! I had just dropped someone off in the Glendale/Peoria area and was hungry for breakfast so I found this on YELP and it was really a great spot. I had a make your own scramble with ground sausage, onions and goat cheese and it was a great medley. I loved the large coffee mugs as well as I like a fair amount of coffee and hate waiting for the waiters to come around and refill. I also decided to try a blueberry mimosa and it was good. I did ask if it was flavoring or a puree and they said it was purée but it was really just syrup. Still, it was good and had five or so blueberries in the glass for a nice touch. I sat at the counter and as the morning progressed, it was getting more crowded so it is obviously a local favorite. I understand there are a few other locations and hope they make one closer to where I love as the menu looks great and I want to try more items like carnitas. Overall, it was a very good experience with the service and the food. I would recommend trying it out for sure. If I am in the area I will be back and even may take the drive to come out just for more. Check it out and you will enjoy it! read more

Was looking for a good breakfast place and stumbled onto Hash Kitchen. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat. They had a DJ playing music and a cool Bloody Mary bar. We ordered drinks and the food came out first. The server (Luis B) and manager went into action when they realized what had happened and quickly turned things around. Provided added fruit and complementary mimosas they checked on us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied. The food was amazing. If I could give 6 stars I would. We highly recommend. read more

Went for brunch on a Sunday. The waitlist ahead was very convenient! ... however they said my table was ready a hour early, so that was crazy, we weren't even there yet, but luckily we all live close and made it. Sat outside and the misters were really nice to keep it cool outside. I got the huevos rancheros, it was ok. Not too fond of the red sauce they used, I would try something different next time. My friend got the Birria tacos, they were ok she said. The Japanese pancake was interesting! Never had it before, definitely like a little dessert! Nice vibe and super friendly staff. Would return. read more

Had breakfast here this morning and all I can say is YUMMY. The staff were great. A pleasant group to be around. The food was awesome. I had the Banana Split French Toast and my husband had The Best F**king Birria. Both were cooked so well and the flavors are a great combination. They also have donuts were so good that I want to come here every day. The other thing is the cleanliness of the whole restaurant. Love coming here for the Bloody Mary bar and the good vibes. This last visit, there was a little hiccup at the BYO bar (tragic, because what's brunch without meatballs and toasted ravioli?). But Joshua, the bar manager, came to the rescue like a brunch superhero, cape probably hidden under his apron. Crisis averted. Highly recommend this place not just for the food and atmosphere, but for the service that goes above and beyond. See you next Sunday. I'll be the one building a tower of garnishes on my drink. read more

It's been awhile since I have been to hash kitchen and thought it was time to revisit. I joined the waitlist through their website and it said 15-25 minutes. For a Sunday morning in Peoria that wasn't bad. I received text confirmation to check in when I arrived and we arrived about 20 minutes later. We checked in with the host and they found us on the list and said it was about a 20 minutes later wait. There were numerous people outside as was expected for a Sunday around 11:45. We were seated with in 20 minutes and immediately ordered the build your own Bloody Mary. We chose jalapeño vodka and cilantro lime, spicy Bloody Mary mix, then we got busy at the bar! So many good things to add, a little horseradish, a little pickle juice, olives (all kinds) Sun-dried tomatoes, pickled okra, cheese, chorizo, salami. Finished it off with some delicious bacon, fried cheese ravioli, fried jalapeño poppers, even a meatball. These things were masterpieces. Supplemented all that spice with the banana split French which was among the best French I have had. The service was great and the meal was delicious. Great job. We'll be back and soon. read more

It was my first time visiting this location in Glendale. I believe I was at the one in Scottsdale, years ago. We had to wait a while 5 or 10 minutes despite the fact that there were several vacant tables. The music was a little loud too. Maybe I'm just an old fart, but breakfast and brunch is really not the time for love music. The food and service was very good. I'll probably come back at some point in the future, but there's no urgency. Also, turn the music down! read more

Went for brunch today, sat outside due to the loud music inside I have no problem with music playing but I think it should be lower so you can talk with your party. The selection was upbeat. The misters were on high and occasionally got a cool breeze or water come through, but by the time we finished it was kinda warm 106' to be outside. Maybe if shades were pulled down more, may have been a bit cooler. Our waitress was making her rounds constantly and the beverages filled before empty. I had the Carnitas hash much better before I mixed it up but need more green chili sauce quite dry. Took half home. I also got the What the f... up affogato good but not worth $12, maybe $10. Biscuits and gravy were delicious. We both took half of each home. Visiting from VA this week. Drinks n brunch for 2-$52.50 no tip or taxes. read more

We had a 10 am reservation which we reduced in size. We arrived at 9:50 and checked in... It took over an hour to receive most of our food, cold. Then the two meals we didn't arrive came 30 minutes later. The manager Monica couldn't have cared less. She did comp our meal after hearing how bad the experience was but so out of touch. Do NOT waste a moment waiting for your reservation, service, food unless you have lots of discretionary time. We went on a Sunday, it was about an hour wait which is to be expected on weekends. We walked to cold beers in the same plaza till we got our text. We were sat outside and it was hot.. though there was shade, and misters, a couple fans would be helpful in the summers. Service was good I do not recommend the potato tacos simply because it's mashed potatoes in them. I was expecting the breakfast potatoes which would have been so much better. Just got in from out of town and was feeling brunch with the family. No one greeted us. Waiting for someone to give us a table and finally was seated by someone who walked out the back that noticed we been standing around. Finally got our table and waited 20 min no water or anyone came to our table to help us. Finally decided to leave after standing around after 30min with no communication. Excellent service from Ian, delicious food, fun atmosphere with a DJ, nice interior, great patio, and a mimosa flight, plus a bloody mary bar, all at a reasonable price - what more could you want for brunch? For food we got the Herb Fried Chicken & Waffle with two eggs, and the Bread Pudding French Toast Sticks (with a Crème Brûlée dipping sauce). Both were perfect! For drinks we got the Mimosa Flight (strawberry, blueberry, peach, and kiwi) which was made with fresh fruit. Strawberry one was the best! We also got a Build Your Own Bloody Mary, which had a ton of options to choose from, very neat, tasted like quality ingredients from smoked cheese to grilled bacon to pickled jalapeños and everything in between. DJ played Miami by Will Smith, Whitney Houston, Dua Lipa, mostly dance, top 40, with classics thrown in. For us on a Friday morning at 9am there was no wait. :) read more
