This business is a little higher priced than another local nursery we frequent, but they literally have any plant you can want or need. Unfortunately she couldn't get any of the flowers I was looking for, so I had to work with the small selection of flowers she could get, also no store front to visit, just a website. But then things got uncomfortable when I asked her name. She wouldn't give me one and said I was weird for asking. Being i was paying in cash I wanted assurance she was the real owner. She was going to come to my home to pick up the cash in order to proceed. I would have preferred to drop her the money, as her coming to my home felt strange, but she wouldn't give me that option and being she doesn't have a store I couldn't drop to her directly. This was a 300$ arrangement and being paid in cash I wanted a guarantee she is in fact a real florist. The order has since been cancelled. Went with another that could give me exactly what I was looking for. Wouldn't refer a friend to Magic garden florist as she is rude, obnoxious, not the face of a business owner that is prideful in her trade, and my questions were met with her frustration and appeared to be quite an imposition for her. I see her reviews here, but as we all know, reviews can be fake as well, along with websites. Unsatisfied, if I could give her a zero I would.

Overall I'm not going to buy from this company anymore because they're not going to value you their products and honor refunds and the savings that I got basically is negligible if the seed they're sending me is trash

My Aunt called, so excited from the beautiful flowers they delivered - even smelling like a real bouquet. Unlike the usual $100 arrangements, this one will last well past the typical week. They were both great plants, and the Brazilian Jewel is even starting to grow a flower spike. I have no words to express how much I love Marlow's orchids. They have top quality plants, a lot of them hard to find, and their customer service is fantastic. They are so friendly and polite, and they'll do anything they can for you. They'll even help you find a plant you want if they don't have it and you can't find it anywhere else. Thank you Marlow, you really are the best of the best. For anybody who has anything critical to say about Marlow's orchids... were you polite? Did you treat them with respect, rather than outrage? Did you politely suggest to them what you thought they should do to make things right, or did you respond with indignation, or did you just hope that they would offer some solution? People don't know what you want or what you expect until you tell them, and treating somebody like an old friend will go a long way in getting you the resolution you hope for.
