Kyle is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as I was pretty specific in what I was looking for. Soil conditions are clay where I live and very sunny most of the day. Perennials are not always hardy with those conditions. Prices were very reasonable and I chose two when we were here a few months ago. Both are thriving and blossoming in my garden. The shop has many tools and items to beautify your garden. This was a pleasurable plant shopping experience and I will be back for more. Will add photos.

The team at Shadow Hill installed a new patio at my home using an array of natural stone elements…read more The job required the ability to manage a variety of elevations and working around existing water features. Numerous other landscape companies declined to bid the job as it was to complex. Dan and his team created a masterpiece that exceeded our expectations. We gave Dan the direction and he created a design that embraced large natural boulders, fabricated natural stone steps, and our selection of patio surface material. These people are true craftsmen and it is worth the wait to get to your home. They are not the best at communication and responding but I believe they are among the best landscape craftsmen in the area. We spent a significant amount of money on this project and Dan never asked for a penny until we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend them for large complex projects. Terrence Britt Rush, NY

I won't be coming back anymore after all the things I've heard and seen while in the store. For one, the general manager fired a special needs employee who gave years of their life to the company just because they had a personal disagreement. Not because he wasn't good at his job, he seemed to be the most knowledgeable helpful worker there. Not only that but the managers live with her? How is that not inappropriate? Promoting people when they'll live with you seems like a huge major conflict of interest that will fold out poorly. Karma will come for this company, will probably go bankrupt if they continue to run their stores this way. Not only that but Julie the store manager is incredibly fake and not slick about it. I've seen her help other customers and proceed to talk smack about them when they're not so close to her. Other people have ears and eyes, hopefully people can start looking closer at this and how awfully lazy the world has come to, people should earn their jobs and be good at them. Not just hire & promote any meth head you find off the street.

Really??? So you find it odd that a customer would replace the cheap pot and place the plant in a nicer one and just hold onto the garbage pot it came in. He was not going to let it go, so I said" fine, but ll be documenting this lack of customer service online. At that point, he said I could exchange it. I went to look and got some other kind of plant. The cashier then said to said manager " shouldn't she have to get the same kind of plant? " I was totally taken aback by the rudeness of the employees there. He ultimately allowed me to get the plant I selected. It will be a long time if ever , before I them give them any business.
