I have been using Young's Florist for about 3-4 years now, and have never been disappointed in the…read morequality, but more so the creativity and talent of the owner Cheri. She recently created a floral arrangement to give to a co-worker who is retiring. Her favorite colors are green, pink, and purple. In telling Cheri this, she knew exactly what roses and other flowers to use to create an arrangement that not only the recipient LOVED, but many of her co-workers commented on how beautiful they were. Matter of fact, someone commented that the arrangement matched the decorations on the cake we ordered -- it was a match made in heaven without even knowing. If you order from Young's Florist you will not be disappointed in the quality of the flowers, but also the stunning arrangement by Cheri (this is her creation). She is the BEST!

Ok I've been here a few times and they do good work, but even with a photo as a guide and saying…read moreyou can swap things out due to cost and etc the bouquet was kind of a meh. Ive seen stuff for events from them and it's stellar but be sure to really look at what you want before you leave. If it was delivered I would have been kind of annoyed. During the holidays they have beautiful decorations and things for your home and gifts. Just be sure you are happy, they are accommodating but like I said what I got was a meh. I'll give them another shot but I best be even more precise and maybe spend more money? 3.5/5 They have a shared lot.

Unfortunately she couldn't get any of the flowers I was looking for, so I had to work with the small selection of flowers she could get, also no store front to visit, just a website. But then things got uncomfortable when I asked her name. She wouldn't give me one and said I was weird for asking. Being i was paying in cash I wanted assurance she was the real owner. She was going to come to my home to pick up the cash in order to proceed. I would have preferred to drop her the money, as her coming to my home felt strange, but she wouldn't give me that option and being she doesn't have a store I couldn't drop to her directly. This was a 300$ arrangement and being paid in cash I wanted a guarantee she is in fact a real florist. The order has since been cancelled. Went with another that could give me exactly what I was looking for. Wouldn't refer a friend to Magic garden florist as she is rude, obnoxious, not the face of a business owner that is prideful in her trade, and my questions were met with her frustration and appeared to be quite an imposition for her. I see her reviews here, but as we all know, reviews can be fake as well, along with websites. Unsatisfied, if I could give her a zero I would.

We were very happy with our first purchases last Spring. So much so that we decided to make them…read moreour primary source for this year's hanging baskets. About a month ago we revisited them. We had saved last season's baskets because they complimented our exterior decor so well. Because of that we inquired as to whether we could reuse the baskets, and specify what flowers would be included in each arrangement. We were informed that we could do so on both counts. And, that we would be informed by phone when they were available for pickup. We heard nothing further. So, yesterday we called and inquired as to the status of our order. They informed us that the baskets were ready for us. So, we drove there, about a 25 minute drive from our home, late yesterday afternoon. Upon arrival we inquired of the female employee at the checkout counter about our baskets. At first she was unsure, but she inquired of the owner and ultimately the arrangements were located. However, only one basket (out of 5) contained the flowers we had requested. The employee checked the order records and no, the arrangements were not as ordered. So, they were returned to their workshop for correction. About ten to fifteen minutes later they were returned. But, when we went to pay for them we discovered that the price was about 20% higher than the previous year. When we inquired as to the reason we were told by two, of the approximately 14 year old, female employees (this is a Mennonite enterprise) that the increased cost was due to the reuse of our old baskets; that doing so made it "more work for them". We might have argued the point further with the female owner. However, she had left us to riding mow her lawn, while carrying her infant daughter on her lap. Needless to say, we probably will be buying our hanging baskets closer to home next year. Too bad.
