Susan's work blew me away when I found her Facebook profile. I was certain that with only a 2 day…read morelead time she would respectfully decline as 3 other companies did, but no. Susan was confident in her ability to bring the vision we had discussed to life. And of course she delivered the cake at the exact time she said she would. She had sent me a picture saying she was on her way that morning and as brilliant as it looked the picture did not do the cake justice. Once I saw her creation in person I almost fainted. It was THE GREATEST (bourbon barrel) cake I had ever seen in my lifetime. Perfectly shaped. All small details nailed. And everything we had talked about seeing right in front of my eyes. I wanted to give her a hug but the cake required 2 hands to carry so I was saddened and overjoyed at the same time. On top of that the cake was larger than I had expected - which was awesome, thank you Susan. And it tasted absolutely amazing. Just as good as it looked. I will be using Susan in the future 100% and if I have to wait then so be it.

I originally was going to order a cheesecake, still may do so, but hated the idea of missing out on a variety of options. Plus, there is only two of us so maybe the quick fix pick up options with a variety are best. We shall see! Today, I picked up for mini-cheesecakes, a brownie and a cookie. I get to surprise my husband later and they are the perfect small size for sharing so this will last us a while - at least until our anniversary next month. :). Customer service rocked. Parking is available though just a few spots. Establishment was clean. You get to pick up a few bottles of drinks like H20 or soda, I saw. The counter is two parts: one with cheesecake options and the other with cookies/brownies. Easy in and easy out. I'm impressed. The real deal will be when my husband gets to try this fun stuff with me and yes, I signed up for a rewards program. How can you not? Huge boost in points for signing up and it's free. I have a feeling we'll be extra impressed tonight.

The pimento cheese was the secret ingredient that pulled the flavors together! My husband got the cinnamon roll. He is a cinnamon roll lover and said Kittie's was fantastic!! Scotty learned of the imminent departure and came with cookies and treats for the long flight! And now this morning it was another airport drop off. I was looking for something less common and was excited to see potato latkes with sour cream and apple sauce as an option. That would have been great but then the waitress (Salome maybe) said, "Do you like corned beef?" Seriously, I can declare victory for finding something I'd never had before. Never would have found it without the nudge. Had to cut myself off with all the coffee offers. Just a great vibe.
