I brought in a BMW X5 with front damage and scratching on one wheel that looked as if it needed to be fully replaced - I had already pulled a few quotes and Jay was able to both provide the lowest range as well as clarify the full costs if more damage was uncovered. After a little delay in getting the wheel back, the car looks brand new . Could not be happier - Jay even assured me the "squeakiness" in the tires was just from washing... may seem small to over index on, but in a world where you are constantly up-charged .. seemed like a fitting end. If you have any collision issues, repair challenges and or just need something fixed with reasonable rates - this is a must stop. Thank you to the entire team - I am bad/lazy at writing reviews (unless extremely upset or conversely very happy) so take it as you will. Good shops deserve to be in business and this place holds itself to that standard.

Like most people, I was skeptical that a dent could truly disappear without body work or repainting. Then I saw my car after Jason was finished. I knew exactly where the damage had been, and even then I couldn't find it. The factory finish was preserved, and the panel looked like the dent had never happened. That's not just repair work. That's craftsmanship. From scheduling to communication to the finished result, everything was smooth, professional, and exactly as promised. It's rare to find someone who clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. If you're debating whether paintless dent repair is worth it, stop debating and call Dentless in Seattle. I'm incredibly picky about my cars, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason to family, friends, or anyone who wants their vehicle looking like the damage never happened. Five stars, well deserved.

If you have a dent, I highly recommend reaching out. Jason does exceptional work at a fraction of the cost of a body shop.

The report is in this the conclusion to my experience , let me just say I was stupid and ignorant,…read morestupid that I knew I should I get a at least an second estimate but the appraiser gave this place a good recommendation and the estimate and the drop went so so well. But i didn't because I just wanted it fix and I was as ignorant because I didn't ask any questions about the process just blindly believe the "kool aid" . Here what happen I drop the car off on the 2 nd estimate done and they said it would be done on the 8th, cool, 8th came and gone I call on the 9th they said car wasn't done, they had to do a supplement. I ask what's that , it meant more damaged underneath , I reply okay I'll tell the appraiser, they replied they already did it. Now here comes what I called a gut punch, I said how come you didn't call me about the damaged and the car not ready, they said they should have. I replied how come you guys didn't call me no reply , the call back ended. Fast forward to the 24th car ready paid the money I got from the insurance the other was directly sent to them already. So takeaways I never want to go thru that again, " drive carefully ", and pay the extra bucks to park you car in better places. Get more than one estimate and in my situation never to use the appraiser word, is the car look good as new, no I looks like there was no damaged unless you sell the car. Btw my car was equipped with gps tracking , doors unlocked noticed or windows down, I got a lot of alerts about the doors and windows during the three weeks but what was annoying there was a lot of "test drives", so turn off the alerts this part of being ignorant is bliss

They text you the stages of where your car is at, call you when it's done, and you can always call them if you have any questions. I have been reading some of the reviews and I was surprised after I got my car back. Yes, they are short staffed so it may take a little longer to get a response over the phone. I assure you if you go in person they will be more than happy to help. Brandon, the person either in the front or in the back office, was awesome to work with. A big reason why I am leaving a review like this is because of him. He gave me a quote within 5 minutes, answered all of my questions, and called me when my car was done. On top of that, I told him I was going to pick up my car and ended up not being able to. I came in the next day and they did not mind at all. Also, they clean the hell out of your car. Polishing the wheels, cleaning the inside, and cleaning the outside. They found an Apple pen I lost in there for two years. I could not believe how clean it was, I brought it there really dirty. 10/10 - would recommend P.S. not sure about pricing, my insurance company had a deductible. But the price was pretty much where I was expecting.
