High top table with view of bar
    Ti M.

This upscale restaurant was an absolute joy. Very relaxing atmosphere. The food was very good and the service was fantastic. We sat at a hightop table and got burgers and fish tacos. Our waitress Sam, who was also a bartender was so attentive and really made the experience top-notch- she even brought a toothpick for my leftover taco for the to go box. I haven't had service this good and genuine in years (and we eat out very often.) The crispy chicken sandwich was on semolina bread and the salad that went with the shrimp tacos was a healthy tasty addition instead of fries. (the fries onion rings were delicious as well.) While we did miss happy hour by only minutes they still had Wine Wednesday with seven dollar pours. (Happy hour M-F 3-6). Highly recommend and definitely coming back.

I was looking forward to visiting this new restaurant and hate to be leaving a two star review but unfortunately it's warranted. I wish I could give 1.5 stars. the only good thing about our visit was our kind waitress and the garlic hummus appetizer (good value for money and delicious). I ordered the truffle parmesean chicken and unfortunately it was undercooked and raw. I politely showed it to my waitress who brought someone else over (maybe a supervisor) and they agreed it was undercooked. they offered to remake it which I said yes to. my friend slowly ate their burger while we waited for mine to come out, they were basically finished by the time my new meal came out. the new chicken was fully cooked thankfully. however we were both shocked to see the chicken was literally HALF THE SIZE OF THE LAST ONE. it was bizarre. I have uploaded photos of each. the same amount of spinach is on top of each. it was actually really strange how different the size was. me and my friend both noticed immediately without question. when the bill came, I would've expected the meal to have been comp'd. I was a bit surprised at that. (like hello i literally took a bite of raw chicken.) so I did tell my waiter that I'm fine with paying it but honestly was surprised to be charged. she double checked and they did comp my meal. all that aside, our meals in general were nothing to write home about. my friends burger was undercooked and just OK. My chicken was alright. I can understand it being their first day open and maybe making kitchen mistakes. I get it. but the inconsistency of the same chicken dish wasn't ok and I don't think it's ok to make me uncomfortable enough to mention my meal being comp'd. I'm definitely not someone that normally does that and personally,, if they had comp'd it without me mentioning it, then I may have even considered going back to give them another shot. I live close by and I'd love to actually like this place. but I can't.

    My five beautiful Granddaughters

A few nights ago, I took my granddaughters all FIVE of them for a nice dinner at harpoon Willie's place is beautiful. The bar was great. I got a nice booth. Service was a tent of everything we had was as expected. There was a bit of a slowdown between finishing dinner clearing and getting dessert that was the only downside I spoke to the manager, not a problem. Everybody pays attention and they're looking to make this place the best of the best it's right across the street from my office so it's very convenient to me. I'll be there again.

    Challah French toast

I hope this place succeeds, as I wished all the other restaurants in this location. It is on the corner of the Town Square in Robbinsville. The inside of this location is so big and airy. They set it up nicely with the booths in the dining room as it makes it feel a little more private. This was our first time here since it opened. We met up with our friends for brunch. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. I ordered the Challah French Toast and my boyfriend ordered the Jersey Benedict. Good size portions. The French toast was amazing, came with berries and dusted with powdered sugar. Only could eat a little bit and took the rest home. Heated up well the next day. The Jersey benedict was also a good amount of food and came with eggs benedict over pork roll and an english muffin and breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were well seasoned and not greasy at all, which I tend to notice with a lot of breakfast potatoes. Very good and look forward to trying them for lunch or dinner.

    Tomahawk steak Valentine's Day Special
    Jennifer S.

I enjoyed my experience here. My husband got Oysters and Calamari for appetizers and I enjoyed the shrimp cocktail. It is a little pricey as far as shrimp cocktail goes BUT the shrimp were HUGE! We did the Valentine's special Tomahawk for 2 which was great! Clearly we ate most of it before I remembered to snap a picture. They even burn the restaurant name into the bone. The steak was cooked perfectly and they even let us swap out the sides that we didnt like. Drink prices were comparable to the area and very good selection of wines. The service was great, we weren't bothered too much but we also weren't ignored! Everyone was polite and smiled at us on our way in and out. I loved the music that was playing, definitely gave the restaurant a good vibe. 100% recommend and will definitely be back!

    Pulled Pork with Cheddar Cheese.
    Scott R.

Two of us went for a late lunch. We ordered during our visit: - 1 Bloody Mary - 1 Guinness draft - 2 Miller Lite drafts - chicken sandwich with fries (a special) - pulled pork with cheddar cheese sandwich and fries. We were also given rolls, which were warm. Overall, the beers were cold, the Bloody Mary was spicy (good spicy) and the food came out hot. Both sandwiches were good. The price of the meals and Bloody Mary were comparable to other restaurants. The draft beers were a little pricey. The server was attentive. This restaurant is relatively new in a spot that has seen many restaurants go out of business. I hope this one makes it.

Very much worth the wait, and they were so friendly. So delicious the entire wedding party and guests went back for seconds, and felt completely satisfied. The only gripe I have is that I'm not local to the east coast, so I'm limited to only possibly having when I'm visiting! Boo! Meat Line Up: -Pork ribs: literally falling off the bone and delicious! -Chicken: so moist and the chicken skin was crispy. -Homemade Sausage: absolutely divine and could tell it was made with love and care. -Two types of brisket: I've had my share of brisket, and I am not easily impressed. I am a fan of the fattier cut, and IT WAS SO DELICIOUS IT REQUIRES ALL CAPS! Very moist and can tell it was cooked with care. Sides: -Asiago, cheddar and peppercorn Mac and Cheese: This was by far the winner of the dinner for me! The cheese combination was scrumptious and required a second trip to the food table! -Red bliss potato salad: amazing! Can't go wrong with a potato salad and this one had a great slight tang to it. -Baked Beans: a classic and they have a good recipe! -Cornbread: so moist and amazing! -Homemade Pickled Onion: I personally have a onion intolerance, but a friend said they were absolutely amazing! Perfect vinegar flavor and complimented the food. Sauces: -Sweet BBQ sauce: delicious and perfect on the ribs and brisket. -Golden Mustard Sauce: try with the homemade sausage! -Vinegar Pepper Base: the perfect addition to the chicken. We came to the…read moreSanta train nearby and were starving when we got out so we took to Yelp to help us find something yummy to eat and landed here. We were a party of 7 so we had to wait a few minutes for a table since it is a smaller restaurant. But this gave us an opportunity to look at what people were ordering and make the right choice! Here are my two HIGHEST recommendations: get the garlic shrimp with sausage (ask for extra bread) and the half roasted chicken with ribs, get a SMALL side of black beans. The chicken and ribs are enough to feed two people easily, but you truly CAN NOT miss out on these garlic shrimp. I dream of them often and think about taking the one hour drive to Flemington just to get them. The service was also extremely friendly and were not bothered that our kids were playing with Legos on the table and we kept asking for additional orders of things we liked....like the shrimp and sausage. Please do yourself a favor and make sure to go check them out! Did I mention I would definitely be sure to order their garlic shrimp and sausage??

Can't fight it. The waitress talked me down from a full size platter to half size... then said we would like their soup? umm... unclear on what you're selling... but I'll go with the half sized (for one person that is the right amount). Next they brought out bread. Didn't seem fresh baked. I tried the bbq sauce (yellow dispenser) and hot sauce (red), both "meh" flavor, doubt either is homemade. The main course: I ordered cubed chicken. Indeed, the half platter can feed a whole family. But it came with other ingredients not listed on menu. The rice has carrots and peas, also not listed. Sauce was good at least, brown and... well a bit oily and salty though. "Seems like instant rice?" was feedback I heard. Lesson to restaurant: the amount of things that you learn only by receiving your food should be zero. Put everything up front. My stars are coming elsewhere with me.

They do not know your name or care about your childhood. I picked the Seasonal Stir-Fry, the Chesapeake Crab Stir-Fry. Egg white noodles. Crab with Old Bay seasoning. Bell peppers. Red onions. Scallions. Parsley. Seasoned breadcrumbs. Old Bay sauce. I swapped the grape tomatoes for mushrooms. I also ordered a bottle of Mexican Coke. Cane sugar as God intended. It felt almost rebellious to drink something that tasted like the 20th century. The place was nearly empty when I walked in, but within five minutes it was buzzing. Three line cooks moved like their feet were on fire. A young woman at the front kept the chaos civilized, sliding bags onto shelves and trays into hands with the calm of someone who has seen worse days. She was very good at her job. My order arrived hot enough to make my glasses fog. The crab was all body meat, none of the prized claw, but there was plenty of it. Sometimes quantity has a quality all it's own. The Old Bay gave a mild sting on the tongue and reminded me that flavor is sometimes about memory as much as ingredients. The napkins had a word search, a maze, and a spot-the-difference game on the backs. I did not touch them. I admired the idea though. It was a neat way to keep kids or bored adults occupied without wasting paper on disposable menus, flyers or tray covers. The meal and soda cost just under twenty dollars with tip. That is a little high for noodles and crab from a fast casual joint, but these are the days we are living in. All in all, I left satisfied, and asking for more than that from your lunch is just setting yourself up for disappointment. 4 stars.
