VOLVO OWNERS NOTE!! i have been going here for two years for my warranty service. Beautiful location and the staff is friendly. However, if you are a Volvo owner, in my experience, you are the bottom based on Landrover and Jaguar owners. I literally was told they'd have loaner car for me when something went wrong with the A/C ... I drove in 90 degree with at 8:30am, with a 3 year old toddler, for them to suddenly not have a loaner yet I see a LandRover customer drive away in one. Escalating it was pointless. So, I had to drive all the way home (30 mins each way) with my toddler and myself burning up. SERVICE Just so you know, for something simple as an auxiliary batter change (easy), I was quoted $475!!! something that doesn't even take long. I called around to Monterey, San Jose, and SLO. Their quotes were $175 cheaper. I was also said there was "software" involved to which all three dealer confirmed, no such thing. Battery change: Just yesterday, I called to find out Harons price (I knew it was going to be ridiculous). I'd already been quoted just under $500 parts and labor. Haron quoted $755!!! What the heck. I like my service manager and advise he will me losing me as a customer. He inquired what other dealers quoted. All dealers either just under $500. These are basic repairs. Be leery and check around even if it's a drive. A $250 "fluff" makes me wonder what a larger service or replacement would cost. read more

If anyone is planning on selling their car directly to to a dealership, please save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere if you have the chance. "Haron Jaguar Land Rover Range Rover" is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and ultimately a waste of your time. I was offered $3,600 for my car during the week, and was told that I could bring it in to finalize all my paperwork on the weekend. When I brought it in on the weekend, an inexperienced salesman informed me that the individual/s who handle Kelley Blue Book sales did not work weekends. I was told to bring my car back the next day, which would be today, and which was previously communicated and scheduled for 5:30 pm today. I then received a call at 11:30 a.m. today, informing me that they re-evaluated my car, and that they would only be able to give me $3,000 for it. This would not be a big deal if I had not wasted many hours over the weekend to collect the documents needed to sell my car and to get everything situated. I also had constant communication with the Jaguar dealership since Friday, and I was assured that I would be able to bring my car in on Sunday, but due to the inexperience of the salesman at the door, the appropriate contacts at the dealership were never informed I was even there. Overall, the experience I have had with Haron Jaguar is by far the most unprofessional I have ever had with any car dealership. If you do plan to sell your car to a dealership and don't want to deal with unnecessary trouble, I suggest asking for Ali at the Mercedes Benz dealership near Palm and Herndon. read more

After buying a $115k car here I have had nothing but regrets, not with the car itself, (I knew what I was buying into) but with the service and staff from this dealership. They don't return calls, when they do, they don't have information, when they have information, it's poor information, they will tell you they'll call you back and they won't, they will tell you they have a loaner and they will forget about it, they will tell you they fix something and they won't, in the case that they do fix something they will damage something else in the process, absolute zero attention to detail, horrible customer service, and just incompetent staff, especially at the service department. Since this is the only dealership supporting the central valley you will unfortunately have to deal with them if you want to buy a Land Rover, jaguar, or Volvo, and I absolutely promise you will regret that choice because you'll have to deal with these folks very often. Stay far away from this dealership, if you're insistent on buying one of these cars find a reputable service provider elsewhere first, please avoid this dealership at all costs. I hate leaving bad reviews on yelp since it seems everybody just comes here to complain, but this is one of those situations where a poor review is truly necessary to help and warn others. We drove on Monday 110 miles to Fresno to have our Jaguar inspected, the guy didn't even look at it he said. "I don't want that shit" and proceeded to say they couldn't work on it. What a wonderful experience, our sales person, Chris Plunkett, couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable, and so tremendously helpful. I recently had my Range Rover Velar serviced at Haron Jaguar and not only did they keep my car 9 weeks after mis-diagnosing the issue (a bad sensor), but they gave me back my car really dirty and with the wipers and the engine cover in the trunk of the car. Absolute worst car owning experience of my life is partially due to the utter incompetence this dealership has to offer. They forget about you, don't follow up on parts that arrive, send your car back with parts not correctly in place leaving you on the side of the road with a fuming car about to catch fire. If they didn't have a monopoly in the valley, they simply wouldn't survive. There is no excuse for the way things are handled here. I'm a patient person but it has run out. Do not lease a vehicle from Unstoppable Auto Group. The process to return your vehicle at the end of the lease is very misleading. The Discovery line is sub standard, which is why we didn't keep the vehicle beyond the lease. Weeks after returning the vehicle you will receive a letter with a bunch of ridiculous charges, which feels like a they attempt to punish you for not signing a new lease or buy the leased vehicle. In our case it was more than $2000 despite the fact that the car was returned with very low mileage, routine wear, and no damage. The worst part is that I'm sure this is very common. read more

There is Never a response from the Service team. I feel like I'm begging them for my business- I'm not! I need an annual check up- I can't get a call back. I scheduled an appointment online- then called again x2 to verify what I needed. No call back. The last time I had my car in they needed a part- and I had to call them back two weeks later to find out if they received what they needed- then I had to explain to them what all was going on. Let's run through all three departments. Sales - Salena was always great to work with. It's a shame she's moved on. Service - The former service manager was a master delegator. Unfortunately he would delegate to people who were just as equally unmotivated as himself. Advisors fail to inform clients with status updates. Basic service or recalls would result in the car sitting for days at a time without updates. Half the time I'd get the vehicle back not repaired. Parts (retail) - the epitome of people who have no interest in doing their job. It didn't matter what you told them you were looking for, before you finish your request they would cut you off and say it's not available or it's on back order. read more

Golden helped me and was really cool and informative. I told him I was buying a F Pace for sure this week. Later I talked to Ryan M. after talking to other dealerships in SoCal. I told him the other dealerships were offering me an F Pace for 42000 and he said they couldn't go any lower than sticker price... Im not some idiot first time buyer. They have a ton of 2017 models and almost none of the 20d premiums have sold this month. The 2018 models are coming so they have to get rid of their inventory soon. I know the purchase price with incentives is around 38k so they can still profit and that's without their financing kickback. I ended up driving to socal for my car. The two dealerships there Galpin and Rusnak are really competitive with each other and I ended up buying a car for 41500 from them. Haron Jaguar lost my purchase. I was looking to purchase a new F-Pace. So, after talking to 3 different salesmen... I didn't get anywhere. So, I purchased it from SF British Motors. I brought it to this location for my car service needs. Everything went well until I got home and my husband brought it to my attention that they had swapped my British Motors back plate and paper to theirs. Which makes it seem like I purchased the car from there. I was livid. No one asked me. They did this on their own. I called the following day and talked to a manager all I get is a.... I'm sorry. We are told by management to do so. I told him that's ridiculous. Without the owners permission??? I didn't purchase the car from here. That's false advertisement. He didn't know what to say. I cannot believe that this company is listed as a luxury company. My Range Rover had barely over 50,000 miles timing belt goes out . Not covered warranty was up at 50k . Paid for it . Mind you I didn't not have my vehicle from September to April that's how long it took them . Then I get it back . Back in the shop I'm June . It smelled like gas everywhere I went . I replaced the fuel tank , that didn't work . Finally back and forth they said I needed an oil change . Even though I had just had one 2 months prior I paid over $200 for an oil change .( which by the way if you are changing my timing belt for 6 months someone should look at the fluids right ? ) especially if you are "luxury" then two days later it still smells like gas . I take it in it's the manifold and turbo . The car is only at $60,000 miles at this point . They fix it . Pick it up the next day it wont run I have it towed there and they say I need a new engine and they are not covering it . First of all a luxery vehicle should. It gave this many engine problems before 100k miles let alone 70k . Second I am making payments on a car and I have had it in my possession maybe 4 months out of two years . They would not provide me with a loner or a rental. This place is the opposite of luxury. There is zero customer service or accountability. I would say only lease from them but they have an excuse for everything and will probably still charge you for normal stuff . Also the Range Rover is 100% worse then the Fierro or any car that you can think of that shouldn't cost more then $5,000 read more

The management of the service department is a disgrace. Service rep Ray provides outstanding customer service, but the leadership makes the place completely sink. My Jaguar was there for 3 months for a repair. My business partner's Range Rover was there for 2 months. My other colleague's Range Rover was there for a routine service for 2 weeks. Haron was the only dealer who had the car I wanted, in stock. I did most of the deal on the phone and over email. Ryan was responsive to all communication in a timely manner. I drove 4 1/2 hours to finalize the deal and pick up the car. Randy and his team were ready with the paperwork when I arrived, the car was detailed and prepped and the feature demo was spot on. Leased a Jaguar with these guys back in 2015, it's now due called Al the finance manager for lease inspection after Nick the sales guy told me to contact him, left Al a VM never returns the call, call him back doesn't pick up the call, spoke to his colleague and explained the situation and and she asks AL and he says call the bank, I was like why didn't he at least return my calling since Al is sitting right there unbelievable Customer service from the Finance Manager....Than Nick the sales guy I say to him do you match Costco pricing and he goes "yes" I leave him my details and still haven't heard from him and this was over a week ago.
