The remodel took over six weeks, and during that time we were displaced from our bedroom and had to move into a spare room upstairs. Recently, I noticed the caulk around the bathtub seal was coming up. It took more than two weeks for someone to come out, and the repair itself took only about five minutes. Instead of handling it as a courtesy, I was told the work had been installed in January 2024, the warranty was only for two years, and I was a few months outside the warranty period, so technically I should be charged got a $150 service call. While he were here, one of the toilets they had installed also needed a very minor adjustment inside the tank. Again, I was told I was just outside the warranty period and would have to pay over $150 for a service call for what was essentially a two-minute fix. I understand that labor is not free, and I respect that service companies have to charge for their time. However, after spending nearly $40,000 with this company, I expected at least a little courtesy and goodwill for such small, quick adjustments. Instead, I was met with a rude attitude and a complete unwillingness to help unless I paid another service charge. My biggest issue is not just the warranty cutoff. It is the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer care after we spent so much money with them. The experience felt very transactional: take the money, then refuse to stand behind the work in any reasonable way once the big project was done. Based on our experience, I would not use this company again, and I would strongly encourage others to be cautious. Get every warranty term in writing, keep all documentation, and be prepared for them to request proof and charge service fees even for very minor issues. Or just avoid them all together and don't do business with them. Buyer beware.

They replaced it fast and installed a NuoH2O no-salt softener--because San Antonio water is harder than carbonite. Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn. Dillon came out and located the leak, repaired, tested and advised the system is now closed and no leaks evident. Daniel and Dillon are very conscientious and thorough in their work. They are great to work with and I trust them to complete the job and at a fair price. You definitely will not feel cheated, and they will explain all details related to the job. they are my "go to", in terms of plumbing and honesty.

He constantly emphasized how much work he believed was involved, seemingly thinking I lacked knowledge about the process. Additionally, he refused to provide a quote on Yelp, possibly aiming to give me an inflated price in person. He then proposed a charge of "$1,800.00" for the job!!! I reach out to another licensed plumber in yelp as well, they were professional, honest, and confident in their work. They ended up charging me only $600.00 to complete the job! For my interaction and experience with Mr. Daniel, I cannot recommend Purpose Plumbing.

Great customer service! They had multiple opportunities to charge me for a more expensive…read moreprocedure, but instead, they tried the less expensive option first. The first technician who was sent through my home warranty actually lied to me and showed me pictures of a leak that wasn't even from my house. In contrast, the technicians from Champion were completely transparent. They showed me what they were doing step by step and took the time to explain everything to me. It's truly refreshing to see a business that still genuinely cares about people. In an environment where it often feels like businesses are focused solely on making money, it was really nice to work with a company that prioritized doing the right thing and helping the customer. 10/10 would recommend Champion! I will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs from now on.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from Champion Home Services today 9/15/26. I have been a long…read moretime customer. Enrolled into their stupid monthly plan and spent a lot of money in 2025 on a whole new system to be treated this shitty I scheduled this appointment last week and made it very clear that the technician had to come in the morning. I rearranged my schedule specifically for this appointment from work! At 11:23 a.m. today, when no one had arrived, I contacted them AGAIN and reminded them that this was supposed to be a morning appointment and that I absolutely had to leave my house by 5:00 p.m. I was reassured, "No worries, the technician will be there." Well, it is now after 4:00 p.m., and guess what? NO TECHNICIAN. I told them MULTIPLE times that I had to leave by 5:00. Apparently, Champion Home Services thinks a "morning appointment" means keeping a customer sitting around their house ALL DAY wondering whether someone is ever going to show up. Now, after wasting essentially my entire day, I'm being told I have to reschedule for Wednesday As if I could take another day off work. That is very disrespectful. So rescheduled for Thursday and once again, I have had to tell them that the appointment MUST BE IN THE MORNING. At this point, why should I have any confidence that they will honor that appointment either? This is completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and incredibly poor customer service. If you cannot honor an appointment window, then DON'T SCHEDULE IT. If you are running hours behind, PICK UP THE PHONE AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. It really isn't that difficult. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I should not have to spend an entire day waiting for a company that assured me someone was coming, only to have nobody show up and then expect me to rearrange another day because they couldn't manage their own schedule. How would you like to go sit in a doctor's office and tell him you need a morning appointment and left sitting there all day till 4 o'clock with no communication? You would lose your shit! Clearly, your company has gotten too big for their britches, and you don't give a shit about customers and time management
