Aj and David were the technicians who showed up. They gave a real-time update in regards to their arrival as well as texted a photo with licensing verification. They're very professional and wasted no time getting to work. They were able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. Noted I had a leaky PRV. They informed me that whoever built this house used the cheapest material PRV which was prone to bursting. They replaced it with a brass PRV and some of the piping as well to make it more weather resistant in less than 2 hours. Their pricing was fair. It's $89 for diagnostics but if you find them through Yelp, they'll give you $75 off the first service call. If you're military, they also give an additional 10% off. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of their work and would recommend their services to the community.

I had such a great experience with The Bearded Plumber!…read more I attended their back-to-school event recently and remember saying that if I ever needed a plumber, I would give them a call. Sure enough, about a week later I needed one. I called for a free estimate and the owner, Jayson, came out himself. He was super nice, polite, professional, and quick. Thankfully, nothing major was wrong, but he still took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me how to properly clean and maintain my garbage disposal and sink. Since the estimate was completely free, I offered him a tip for his time and help, and he absolutely refused it. He just said he was happy to help, which I really appreciated! It's not often you come across someone who is genuinely helpful without trying to sell you something you don't need. I'm super appreciative of the experience and will definitely be calling The Bearded Plumber if I ever need plumbing work in the future. I highly recommend them, and if any of my family or friends ever need a plumber, The Bearded Plumber is the ONLY company I'd recommend!!!

There is something so comforting about having someone come to your house when you are freaking out…read moreover a plumbing issue and the guy actually taking the time to listen to us vent. We were hesitant to call someone for a while now after reading literal horror stories about what other companies have done to peoples homes.. but not Rockstar Plumbing. Not only was our guy, DAVID GONZALES* super empathetic to our situation, he came within 2 hours and had our issues resolved THAT DAY!! He was professional, time sensitive, and attentive. He explained all of our plumbing issues in terms that we actually understand and even gave us quotes on all of the items we need to look at; he even pointed out an issue that may get worse with time and we didn't even notice it until he told us. David took the time to clean up everything before he left (we've had people leave dirt on our floors, dirty footprints, etc.) We will 1000% be using this company again when fixing our other bathroom and recommend anyone to utilize them. Whether it's a major fix or something you just need looked at and want the peace of mind knowing, these guys seriously make the effort to give you the best service.

Too often all we get is "bad" news, seems this sells better for our 1st amendment-protected…read morejournalist than "good" news. I wish to share good news regarding the experience I had with ME Plumbing in Seguin. My problem appeared simple. My second home in Luling had a sewer back-up. I examined my choices for the surrounding area and I contacted ME Plumbing as it appeared they are large enough to take on most any job but small enough not to have lost the personal connection with customers. We discussed the job and they quoted me a price. The price was "not the cheapest money can buy" but, my past experience is you get what you pay for. I feel I can speak on this subject with some authority as I am an Engineering graduate from Texas A & M University with 13 years experience at the General Motors Corporation and 30 years as a Senior Facilities Engineer at a semiconductor plant in San Antonio. Yes I was responsible for overseeing many contracted skilled trades including electricians, carpenters, pipe fitters, and plumbers. I wish I knew about ME Plumbing then! My simple 2 day job turned into a 10 day ordeal and I am glad I had ME Plumbing on my side. They brought additional equipment, additional man-power; all the time with a smile on their face and great sense of humor. Once the job was completed I tried to discuss how much the overage would be since the scope of work increased. THEY WOULD NOT HEAR OF IT! I paid what I was quoted. If you need plumbing work of any scale; do not pass on contacting ME Plumbing - a firm still doing business like it should be done. Many thanks to Michael, Martin, Katie, Hunter, Johnny, Mike, and Nick.

Eric and his assistant did wonderful work…read more We bought a new stove and cooktop from BestBuy. The third-party independent contractor who installed the oven did a horrible job. They basically made holes in the wall and shoved the wires in. It was a fire hazard that could have caused harm or death to the customer/family. We hired Even Flow for a previous job and were amazed by the quality of work and great customer service. We knew that we could rely on Even Flow to look at the problem and provide a solution. Eric came out and explained in great detail the many findings of the bad installation. He then laid out a way forward along with an itemized invoice. I appreciate there were no hidden fees at the end of the job. The job took a few hours to complete and the team was very thorough in answering my many, many questions. During the repair, they had shoe covers, brought their own vacuum, and cleaned up afterward. The tools used were put away afterward and overall kept the workspace tidy. They also called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The van is easily marked - a great way to advertise but also easy to identify them upon arrival.
