They charged me $1,128.94 and said they would need to come back 01/17/24 and tried again to find the leak but couldn't. They charged me $2,257.87 and rushed out of my house without a game plan or finding the leak. They said they would be in touch with a plan and follow up on the next step. They never returned or tried to contact me, they left my walls cut open and the leak was still not found. I tried another plumber that who came in and told me that I should rerun all the pipes in my house and I told them that its was ridicules to subjects that. A family member referred me to Mr Rooter and from the first visit their manager and master plumber came and spent a few hours with one of his workers. They came up with a plan to conduct a few test to find the leak. On 02/26/24 two of their plumbers Daniel Perkins and Roger returned and after a few test they found the leak, repaired it and charged me less than Road Runner charged for not finding the leak.
