I think the food was good and the people are friendly (staff), I wait all year for their mushroom and swiss burgers which are great. I did have a small issue today, but they were slammed and I called just to let em know and they replaced it at my leisure. I got it and the staff was still on the same shift and they were super polite, apologetic and simply could not ask more from them. The service was decent but not for the quality of food. I was asked to pull up and wait on my hot ham and cheese sandwiches (which is fine) but I waited about 5 minutes and both of my sandwiches were cold. Also they fail to consistently have those for breakfast and the cashiers reasoning was, "it just depends on who's working". Not sure why that has to be my problem, but I'd recommend Corbin Hardee's any day, they never skimp and they're always hot and fresh unlike Williamsburg! read more

Do not go here if you are craving the hot ham and cheese sandwhich because according to the rude lady at the speaker, they don't do that for breakfast. Crazy you can get a frisco that comes with the same ham tho. Corbin Hardee's on Main St. is hot and fresh all the time and does make hot hams for breakfast!!! read more

This used to be one of the best fast food places in this town. Now the food isn't good, it is sloppy, inconsistent and cold! The restaurant isn't clean. Most the people working look very unkept, when someone has dirty nails and greasy hair on the front line, that a last trip for me. read more

The Hardees is just off the exit on I-75 they open early and close at 11pm. This is a good stop if your are traveling and need a really good and fast burger. We enjoy their breakfast biscuits and the biscuits and grave. The thickburgers can not be beat. Service was fast and the food was hot. Keep their coupons in your car so they will be handy. read more

General rule of thumb: don't eat at interstate side Hardee's. This place is terrible. Cold food (it's HOT ham and cheese right on the menu), empty ketchup dispenser, employees with long greasy hair ( do they use hair nets Tennessee?) Watery drinks. Keep driving. read more

Absolutely horrible!! This was by far the worst fast food experience ever. I came through the drive through the person was barley audible through the speakers but what I did hear was attitude. After I ordered I pulled up and sat, and waited and waited. Finally she appeared at the window and snatched my money. She did not tell me my total or anything but did reappear with change. She then told me to pull up because my food was going to be a minute. As soon as I pulled but she walked out and handed me my food. She turned and walked away. I was appalled at the lack of service and the amount of disrespect! Had I not been on such a time crunch I would have made and appearance to the manager. I took out my sad looking chicken sandwich and it was COLD! The fires were also cold. I ate maybe half of my food before I started to feel nauseous! First of all, this should not be classified as 'fast food'. It fails to meet the requirement of actually being fast. I've personally waited around 10 minutes on a few occasions. They're quick to grab payment, then sloooow to deliver. I only go there to break the monotony of going to Wendy's or Subway. The food is decent, when they can manage to get your order correct. If I had to put a number on it, I'd say I get my order the way I want it about 25% of the time. I really don't know why I ever go back, I think I keep forgetting how bad it is. read more

I pulled up in the drive-thru and asked if they had any vegetarian options... They quickly responded, "NO". I scanned the menu and saw a cheese quesadilla and jalapeño poppers on the menu. Staff was rude and took so long to prepare the meal for the car in front of me, I decided not to give them the sale, frankly, they didn't deserve it. Awful, awful experience. First time going to a Hardee's and I won't be going again for a while. We first walk in and there's no one at the register to take our order. When we did order the guy seemed confused, maybe he was new. It took him so long to understand that I wanted the pickles on the side. We go to sit down and literally every single table is dirty. We wipe down one as best we could and sit down. Soon a lady comes with a tray of food and says "I'm sorry, we seem to lost your receipt, what'd you get again?" So we have to name off our entire order again, and they missed most of it so they had to go make it. My cheeseburger had pickles on it instead of on the side like I asked. My brothers chicken quesadilla only had chicken on two of the triangles. Afterwards I ordered one taco. After 15 minutes of waiting I go up and ask them about it, turns out it was just sitting under the heating lamp. They completely forgot! Awful service, they deserve less than one star. read more

I asked if they had a vegetarian option, they said yes after some slight confusion. When I received my burger it had no bread and a meat Patty. Turns out they thought vegetarian meant no carb. If I was just informed they couldn't supply a veggie burger I would be fine, it is the blatant incompetence that angers me. read more
