We were in town with a group of 19 total people who ALL wanted Cook Out for dinner. I had a little notebook with all their orders and Kaylyn (unsure of how she spells it) took our order patiently, kindly, and VERY helpfully. When I was unsure of exactly what the written order meant, Kaylyn helped me decide what would probably be the best choices, as she is very familiar with the whole menu and I'm definitely not. When I was done saying the whole order, there were already 11 meals prepared and ready to go. It was so incredibly fast! We ordered 19 different meals and a bunch of shakes, and when we were passing out food to our group it was all present AND correct. The food turned out to be delicious and just what we needed after a few hours at Kentucky Splash. This Cook Out treated us so well, and I'm so thankful for Kaylyn's help and calm when I was super stressed about feeding all these people from the same place. 100% recommend this location!
