This Wendy's can do better but is still pretty good. They need to add more crème to their thin mint frosty. But their chicken wrap is yumyum. The Wendy's app though does need some work. Over all good food read more

The workers at night are lazy, rude, and shut down the registers early. Very nonchalant and non attentive. They were complaining about their job as I was waiting to see what I wanted and lost my appetite. I keep finding myself always asking... is bread more expensive than lettuce? As usual, I'm trying to stay away from the bread and this time it was no different. On the way back, we stopped by here for a quick bite to eat. This Wendy's is a part of the gas station, so yeah, you can only imagine how good it is. I came here and just got a lettuce wrap burger, simple, I know. Just looking at it I was sort of sad. Is it cheaper to have bread? I don't know, I always feel like they skimp out on the lettuce. This spot too I noticed had a little bit of flies flying around, which attribute my 2 stars to this location. It was busy though, I think it's because right across the street there was a water park as I saw a lot of kids walking around. Overall, I say if you're truly hungry, this isn't too bad a place. Or if you need some fuel, it's sort of the killing two birds with one stone saying. Otherwise, I would say go to the next Wendy's. read more

This fast food restaurant well known as Wendy's served the best chicken sandwich I've ever seen and ate. I say seen because my niece just a chicken sandwich that was so fresh and looked so good. Then, I've never had the spicy nuggets, they were so fresh and crunchy. I'd be remiss if I didn't mentioned his they served the BEST FRIES ever at Wendy's, so fresh, so crunchy. I don't know if they're using a different cooking oil than other Wendy's but that was the great Wendy's ever. Super slow service. When you do get your food, it isn't accurate. You can tell the employees don't put in much effort. Ordered 2 kids meals, and got one because they only rang up one. Received the one kids meal...no sauce and no toy. May have been able to grab a sit down meal somewhere else for less hassle. read more

3 and a half stars but I'm upping it giving the benefit of the doubt here.. for the most part two out of the three shifts are really really good at this Wendy's the graveyard shift leaves a little bit to be desired but then again as I've come to say unfortunately it happens not just in the food industry but so many people seem to just be "working for the check" I have come in here on the graveyard shift and had lousy service lousy quality food... but this Wendy's located inside the Pilot truck stop has gotten herself a nice remodel on it it's quite clean..I still didn't upgrade your soft rock machine so they don't have the freestyle they don't even have Coke Zero but that's okay it's a very very busy small town Wendy's that gets a lot of travelers into the pilot a lot of locals and truckers.. with the Walmart directly behind it a lot of people like to come in locals like to suck coffee hangout BS around... I came in tonight the dining room was nice and clean for the most part the diet coke was out but they had it working in the Drive-Thru and the gal working was more than happy to give it a diet coke through there which was fine.. I wasn't super hungry but I wanted to have a couple of those little tiny Junior chicken sandwiches crispy ones minus the lettuce with mayo they were nice.. I also didn't want fries I wanted a baked potato but I had her take a look at some of the things about Wendy's they have baked potatoes all the time but sometimes you want to have double check and make sure it's nice and fresh sometimes they get a little old and not so fresh..but mine was I hate chives so I didn't have any put on there I just had a straight baked potato with one butter and two sour creams it was perfect it was a fresh potato too; was nice hot and fluffy.. they had a good staff count on duty to take care of the crowd. was like a couple of ball games and let out or something like that there were some local kids in there with their parents think they came from a game or something. but all in all it was a good quality food good dining experience and keep up the good work. read more

Cashier isn't too bright (tried to order a different salad and after we'd told her dine in she asked again). I wonder why she wasn't focused. Anyway, her service was great and the food was great. Fresh, fast, and semi clean lobby. Quiet but it was only 1700. This location is better for quality of food and service as well as fast service than Corbin. COVID WARNING! Only saw two staff wearing a mask. I was bothered by this observation so I spoke with lady who appeared to be manager (no name tags) she didn't at all seem to care and had nothing to say about it. I further watched the guy who was building my sandwich push the garbage can then go back to building sandwiches, again NO mask.
