What makes it even worse is hearing the way he talks about people in the local community. Referring to local customers as "dumb southern hillbillies" is incredibly disrespectful and says a lot about the level of regard he has for the very people who support his business. You can have decent food and still have a terrible business. Food isn't enough to make me overlook someone screaming at customers, cursing at them, and trying to intimidate them. Treating people with basic respect should be the bare minimum. For me, the food simply isn't good enough to justify putting up with that kind of treatment. I was really impressed compared to what I had been told. Fast forward two hours: Krystal is ripping through my intestinal tract like a brand new paper shredder with a stack of phone books.
