Don't know why they put 2 drive thru lanes, they only take one order at a time, then you have to try to merge back in to one lane to drive thru. They have to ask again then what you ordered , because someone cut you off trying to stay in the proper order. Bring back the old staff and get some decent seating, What ever happened to the 5 star Hardees that was here, and you new employees don't get too attached to your job,if they fired a dozen employees at the old Hardee's,then it's a matter of money ,you will be replaced by AI.

I have personally witnessed the owner scream, curse, and slam his hands down on customers' tables in an attempt to intimidate them simply because they had an issue with their order. That is not customer service. That is completely unacceptable behavior. Nobody should have to feel intimidated or afraid to speak up about a problem after spending their hard-earned money at a restaurant. What makes it even worse is hearing the way he talks about people in the local community. Referring to local customers as "dumb southern hillbillies" is incredibly disrespectful and says a lot about the level of regard he has for the very people who support his business. You can have decent food and still have a terrible business. Food isn't enough to make me overlook someone screaming at customers, cursing at them, and trying to intimidate them. Treating people with basic respect should be the bare minimum. For me, the food simply isn't good enough to justify putting up with that kind of treatment. There are plenty of other restaurants where I can spend my money without being treated like I'm a problem for expecting decent service.
