MuthaeffinBOOOMMMM! Third time the charm, for my BK visits amongst various states! Hello my lil Yelplings! (un)OFFICIAL BK ambassador tappin in for ANOTHER cross country BK review! If you read my reviews, you will read about the two past unfortunate and unacceptable experiences that I had at BK in Sioux City Iowa, and then again immediately after, in bentleyville, PA. Compared to those two, this place is a flagship location. This is actually a 4 1/2 star review, but rounding up to five because it's only fair, and the algorithm here needs some work. Ordered off of the mobile app. Did my signature Double Whopper, Heavy All, Jalapenos and onion rings (which completely defeats the purpose of low carb, I forgot the onion rings weren't hahaha) for a takeout order to take back to my truck and make my own custom Whoppers with keto bread. I'm literally a 10th of a mile away, so walked over. The restaurant is super super clean, there's even a nice gal sweeping and keeping house when I walked in. People say the staff is rude? The exact opposite. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice woman, told her I had a mobile order, she pulled my ticket and told me they had just got it, which I know because I barely made it before walking in the door. Told them to take their time, I'm in no rush, and sometimes my orders are a pain in the ass. I was the only person in there at that time, but there were people at the drive-thru. She told me that she had to give me mayonnaise packets, because at Burger King they spread mayonnaise on the bun with a knife and they had no way to spread it, so that killed one mystery of why sometimes my whoppers at other substandard locations lack certain ingredients, but it was nice for her to let me know that! I don't know about a minute or two went by, and she handed me my bag. We exchanged pleasantries, and upon grabbing my bag, I could already feel the weight, and knew this was about to be the Whopper I ordered to a T. Got back to my rig, sure enough, cracked the top of that box open and had extra ingredients galore! This, THIS is what every BK franchisee should strive for, food wise. Exactly what I needed to make two Whoppers in my truck. Everything fresh, everything hot, served with a well-appreciated side of professionalism, kindness, and manners. What a great staff working that joint! I'm impartial, I will be making my call to corporate, and reporting this location as BK Ambassador CERTIFIED. GREAT JOB TO THE TEAM AT BK! Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Williamsburg, Kentucky

My wife eats here regularly and seems to like it. I personally don't care for the added flame broiled taste. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos 1 with o-rings and a coke the other with fries and a starry. First they gave us 2 cokes but swapped out the drink. They asked us to pull up and wait on the o-rings. So we did. They brought out the food and we got 2 fries and no o-rings. The thing we were having to wait on we didn't even get. Went inside and asked for them and they said we would have to wait on them to be cooked. Sad service. Sad food. Not sure why my wife likes eating here. read more

Absolute garbage. Today's December 11th. Me and my wife went there less than an hour ago ordered two of the SpongeBob Whopper bundles which were $14 a piece the total was $33.17 not only did they not have the pineapple freeze but upon arriving home opening the box that it comes in found that it also didn't come with the pies. So I paid $33 for an over salty yellow bunned Whopper. A Coke. And poppers. Y'all should be ashamed how you treat your customers. I for one will be going to McDonald's. It's good they do put to much salt on the french fries it's clean never had a problem here

We randomly stopped here for lunch on a Friday at noon. We were greeted by a staff member when we walked in the door. Both restrooms were VERY clean. We dined in and the woman who took our order was friendly. Both of us thought our Whopper was REALLY good and tasted fresh. We're glad we stopped here. Thanks! read more

It was our cashier's 2nd day of work and she was rocking it out! She provided a quality, positive experience! The wait for the food was a couple minutes longer than normal, but the food came out fresh and delicious! Overall very happy with our decision to have breakfast here! read more

Ordered at 6:24 their special of two double cheeseburgers, fries, French fries and small drink plus a whopper jr. The burgers were old dried out burgers the cheese wasn't even melted. Asked for fresh ones, it took 20 minutes and going to counter twice to remind manager Elsie, who by the way was not friendly but thought my complaint was amusing. We didn't get the cold shoulder it was frigid. Customer service sucked and food not up to par. Seriously won't stop here again. After we got into car we spoke with an employee who was sweeping parking lot, said her name was Dee and that she was the manager too. She said she has lost a total of 13 employees this month because they didn't want to work! That seems obvious since we were given old dry lukewarm burgers. This Sunday my wife had the worst customer service experience in her life. The manager of this restaurant shorted her a sandwich, and refused to replace it. Kept arguing saying it was all on camera. She was very rude. I called and she argued with me too. If this is the quality they expect of their leaders then they don't need to work with the public. It amazes me how Burger King staff can literally have no business and still mess up orders. Unfortunately Wendy's had a long line so we decided to go for impossible burgers why not. Right? No katyn or whoever who claimed to be a manager which I cant tell ring my order in wrong. Almost 16 dollars on burgers I can't eat! I'm so pissed off. I asked for cheese they came with none when I literally asked did they come with cheese and as soon as she said no I said can you please add cheese to both sandwiches! Then I called them to let them know about the mistake and she wanted to have a smart mouth talking about miscommunications and that the background of the store was loud so she couldnt hear clearly but never took the time to read back the order either. When I would assume if you can't hear you ask again or repeat it back. As a manager of course. As a person traveling it was very inconvenient. I will be back for a refund. They can have the food back. Burger King has to do better staff wise or they will be closed for good. read more

Ordered the 2 whopper meal deal and it came out cold. Not even lukewarm. Cheese wasn't melted. Patty was dry. Fries were stale and tasteless. Should've stopped at the next food exit. read more
