This Hardee's at 6320 Savannah Highway, Ravenel is without question one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. I placed a simple order for two brown bags with no onions. That's it. Two words: no onions. Somehow, the workers here still managed to load both items with onions like following basic instructions was too difficult. On top of the incompetence, the atmosphere was unbearable. The employees were loud, obnoxious, and completely unprofessional. Instead of focusing on customers, they acted like they were hanging out at a block party--laughing, shouting, and carrying on like the lobby was their personal playground. It was chaotic, distracting, and disrespectful to anyone who walked in to actually eat. What made it worse is that no one cared. Not a single ounce of professionalism, no sense of urgency, and no pride in their work. Just sloppy service and a terrible attitude. Hardee's corporate should be embarrassed that their name is attached to such a disaster of a restaurant. This isn't just "bad service"--it's an insult to customers. If your crew can't follow the simplest order and can't behave like professionals, then they have no business in food service. Period. I wouldn't recommend this Hardee's to anyone. Save your time, your money, and your patience. This location isn't a restaurant--it's a joke wearing a Hardee's uniform, and I'll be reporting it to both corporate headquarters and the health department so the mess going on here doesn't get swept under the rug. read more

My wife and I stopped by here for a late dinner on our way back home from Charleston. We only used the drive through and didn't go in. The employee that took our order and served us at the window was polite and curious, so no complaints there. The food was hot and fresh. The only food item that wasn't great was the hot ham and cheese sandwich, it looked like a squished hockey puck. I think that was due to the fact that it was placed on the bottom of the bag with heavier items on top. Be careful pulling in and out from the main road (especially in the dark). I was skeptical based on the other reviews, but this place really was pretty good. The food was excellent. We got 2 Frisco burgers and 2 Chicken Bacon Clubs. The food was fresh and hot. And it was excellent... Definitely one of the top 10 chicken sandwiches I've ever had from a fast food joint. The staff was pleasant and hollered out goodbye as we left. I was really surprised... Goes to show, you can't always predict your experience based on someone else's review. I would definitely eat here again. I can't get that Chicken Bacon Club off my mind. read more

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and the ad came up on the screen for a 10% off healthcare/military discount, just show your id. I asked for it and was told that was old and they do not honor that anymore. Why is it on the screen then?????? We've had several quick meals from this Hardee's. We think their biscuits are better than most. I've also had a couple of burgers and they were good. The staff is friendly and the health score is excellent. We've not eaten inside so I can't speak to the ambiance. read more

This is my second try with this Hardees. One might ask why I even bother doing this it's only Hardee's fast-food joint what's the point. Hardee's makes one of the best hamburgers around when it's done right and when there's a little bit of Pride it doesn't take much this is not brain surgery fortunately tried this place twice and both times I've got a really bad cold no Pride whatsoever rude people at the desk throwing the food at you anytime I can tell anybody which Hardee's are worth going to and which ones aren't. I stopped her in her mid sentence and canceled my order. There are way too many restaurants in the area that provide better customer service. Great bathrooms! I've been vomiting all trip and so we stopped here for me to empty the tanks. Was pleasantly surprised with how clean the bathrooms were and over the sound of retching I could hear the music, not bad choices I must say. Stayed seated for awhile due to sickness and the staff checked up on us. Guess it's not normal to stay at a Hardee's for close to an hour. Chicken was good though. read more

Piss poor service!! Mar 24,2019 Ordered a strawberry shake and a double burger. Asked if I wanted whip cream, I said no. when I was handed my shake it was down over an inch and a half from the top of the cup... I said wow, what's this ... the reply was " if you would have gotten whip cream it would have been fuller" I ordered to eat in so I took a seat and waited for my burger, after about 20 or so minutes the same person that took my order came to my table and asked"why didn't you come get your burger when they called for you, it may still be up there if they didn't throw it away" I was like, I'm sitting here with a number to eat in... needless to say I watched several people that came in after me and ordered more get their food brought to the table. I actually like this Hardee's a lot. To me, Hardee's has the best breakfast biscuits and burgers of any of the fast food restaurants. The service here is okay and no better or worse than any other fast food restaurant around here. Anyway, very good food and normal service. read more

We arrived at Hardee's at 9:50pm and asked for a few seconds to look at the menu. We were interrupted with an employee telling us they were about to close, so we ordered in haste. We were told there was no sweet tea, so we asked for unsweetened. When we got to the window we were told they were also out of fries. We ordered an all star 3 pc chicken meal and a 5 pc chicken meal. The employee told us she would take off the fries. However, our total remained the same since the items were done individually. We paid the same $11.98 for LESS food. We recieved our unsweet teas with NO ice and no napkins and no fries. Instead they substituted some cookies and a cold apple pie. You could tell the chicken we received had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. We left the drive thru at 9:59pm when they technically should have still been open. We were treated like an unwanted burden not good enough to actually make the full meal for because it was close to closing time. read more
