The worst chick-fil-a I've ever been to. I usually love it and have never had a problem at other locations, but this location constantly messes up my order. If I order a deluxe sandwich, it's just a plain sandwich, if I order the grilled chicken club, there's no bacon or cheese on it. 3 times in a row they have messed up my order and the food is cold. Ahh chick fil a. I love the sound of the crunch of the fries and chicken nuggets. Oliva was such a nice person. She took our order and she was very nice. The fries were amazing and chicken nuggets were soothing. There was a employee who was cleaning the tables and he had such a great smile on his face and that just goes to show chick fil as mood. Best Spicy Southwest Salad in town! This is one of the best CFA's in the Charleston area! Since they have remodeled inside and outside, they have hundreds of cars in and out of the drive through almost all day long and they keep the lines going like rockstars! On this day, I had my three kiddos with me so, we decided to be adventurous and sit inside! We ordered from the app and the food came quickly and was nice and hot! The restaurant was very clean and the kind people working the dining room were amazing! These sweet older people were constantly cleaning up and picking up trash from the tables while checking on customers. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! The kiddos all had kids meals and were happy with the portions and the ice cream! I had the Spicy Southwest Salad with grilled chicken and it was delicious. Went for breakfast and only one lane is open (even though the green light is on over the lane. How was I supposed to know that? So I had to drive around the building and get at the end of the line. THEN later on, I went for the Cauliflower Sammich! It looked like a regular chicken sandwich. I'm not vegan or vegetarian, I just wanted to try it. Verdict: not bad. Slightly overpriced. It's crispy like a the regular sandwich. I kept the pickles on (I usually order no pickles.) my sandwich was mostly breading. I didn't see much cauliflower. The service here is usually always quite quick and the food has never been a problem. They are very consistent here and I appreciate that. I was 2nd line and joined the queue. 17 min later and 8 people behind me and 7 people to the side of me have received their order. Never got ours. They asked for my name and then went inside to look for it. They said they were waiting on coffee and to pull up to the side. I waited for another 6 minutes before they came out and said "we don't have coffee" so they refunded it to me. They gave me my food and at the first intersection I pulled out the nuggets for my kids. Not sure why always the lines on this fast food joint everywhere. Was in the neighborhood and decided to stop here rather than trying the Taco Thai a few blocks down. We wanted a sit down service but the receipt shows it was a carry out. The girl that brought our order realized it was not supposed to be carry out and she had everything in a bag and we had been given a plastic indicator so since we were sitting there without a tray we just ate out of the bag, she thought my fries were few and since I am not familiar with the portions I dont know. You either love it or hate it. My family loves CFA but I hate this location. Each and every single time we come here they forget something. As with any CFA post-COVID, expect huge lines but as you would expect, they move quick. I just cannot get over the stupid mistakes they make with the order. You guys showed some tremendously poor service for a prepaid mobile order that I never received after waiting 40mins. And I watched you all try to ignore me as you delivered to cars behind me over & over. I ordered & paid online for mobile pickup for myself & child. When I arrived the mobile line was longer than the ordering line. But not being familiar with this order method or location, I sat patiently. Eventually someone came to my car. I gave my order name & explained & they said, "I'll check for your order." 15mins later I flagged down another person & was told the same thing. At this point I've been at the front of the line (pull-ahead area) for a long time & all other cars behind me were served. 9:55pm I'm watching as you guys peek out & chatter. As I'm stepping out of my car a 3rd person comes out & asks the SAME question as if no one has any idea why the same vehicle has been sitting for better than 30 minutes. I explained in an aggravated manner. As she apologizes & promises to go check on my order, I deem it better to leave than become angrier & rude. Been to many CF-a's and this one, is one to avoid in my opinion. They use way too much breading, maybe to make the chicken look larger but I picked most of it off. I definitely have favorite locations but this is NOT one of them! Esp since they have raised their prices ALOT, not just .50 or 1$. So not worth it when you get a 'sub par' order of chicken strips. They are always incredibly fast and efficient, they have amazing customer service, they give free ice waters and free sauce (I hate when companies charge for such simple things after you've dumped a bunch of money into an order). I recommend the Cobb salad (I always remove the bacon but I'm one of the crazy few who don't like bacon...I know, I know). I get the Herb Garden Ranch instead of the avocado ranch and I get fries to dip in the chick-fil-a sauce. Let's face it, one of the main reasons to go here is their sauce, alone.
