The biscuit maker got fired today because he had the Norovirus and didn't want to come in to work and spread it to all his customers. He really enjoyed serving his biscuits to his faithful customers. He takes pride in his work and all that complimented him really made his day! Unfortunately, the breakfast biscuits will never be the same now that he's gone. You can thank Terrie, the manager for that along with her rudeness and poor interpersonal communication skills. You just can't cuss your employees out and threaten them everyday. All I got was water, but the employees were so kind. It was late, almost 10, and I wasn't sure of the hours. The gas station next door closed a few minutes earlier than usual, and I was so thirsty, so I walked into the hardees. The employees let us know they were closing in quite literally a minute, and when we apologized and started to leave they offered to make us our order, telling us it might take a minute longer than usual because they would be making it from scratch. This place has ruined all Hardees to me in the future, which his sad, because I wanted to really try their food. It's kind of the only place on a long, lonely stretch of road with nothing more than bushes and trees everywhere you look. You come upon it and it's like an oasis you've needed for a long time. My family's caravan pulled in here and we all funneled into the interior. After passing other fast food joints this is the one we settled for. Should have kept going until we reached civilization. Even though the restaurant staff had a polite and friendly façade, they left more to be desired. I had asked a simple question and it took about five minutes and five different people to answer it. See, Hardees uses a vegetable oil blend, which means anything that they have that has to be fried will either have peanut or corn oil on it. Not good for some people, like me (and a main reason I will not be going to a Hardees anytime soon). You take a number, sit at a table, and a teen on their summer job brings you your food and with a monotone voice, plops it down in front of you. First time I ever had Hardees, and it was... fine. Shared the chicken finger family meal, which was... fine. Not too greasy, but still pretty greasy. The fries were terrible. And the family meal comes with an entire quart of ice tea. Not sure how we were supposed to share that since they didn't give us cups. read more

Wow! So impressed! Been a long time since I ate at Hardees. I was so impressed! Ordered the chicken tenders and the tenders were not small or dried out. Very good. Also the customer service was incredible! Very friendly. One thing that really stood out to me was the way the manager interacted with employees. Please/thank you. Very respectful! I honestly cannot believe the bad reviews on this place. The service was AMAZING the cashier was the sweetest person I've ever met and the drive through clerk sounded so nice when he was taking his orders. They forgot some of our food items and then tried to argue with us even though it was printed on the receipt. The older woman at the counter also refused to give us spicy chicken sandwiches with our double cheeseburger all star meals and instead made us take two burgers.. It is usually no big deal if items are forgotten, but the slow and poor service and the fact that they argued with us doesn't make us want to return to this location. read more

I don't frequent Hardee's ever. The one time I decide to try it out I have a bad experience. First off, if and when I go there, it's for their breakfast. We drove through the drive thru last night at about 8pm. I ordered a 3 piece wing meal with mash potatoes and a bottle of water. My husband ordered a cod sandwich. His sandwich was only half wrapped up. Yes, half the sandwich was left unwrapped. I was expecting 3 wings, I only had 1 wing, with I thigh and I breast. They also forgot the biscuit. Evidently they did not have bottled water. I asked for 2 packets of honey for my biscuit, and they said they do not carry honey. This was a reminder of why I don't go here. read more

I love Hardee's so four stars it is. This location was on par with other locations. Grab the $5 big bag lunch and ate the burger and fries. I gave the chili cheese dog and apple turnover to a co-worker who inhaled them so I assume they were good. The service was quick and the food was hot. read more

Greasy and soggy food doesn't make for a good breakfast. I stopped by for a quick breakfast cause I was running behind on my trip. My entire breakfast was greasy and wet. The bag was literally soaked. I haven't eaten at Hardee's all that much, but I remember this may be one of the reasons why. I think this particular location needs a makeover. Very poor service we were there on the 5th of October around 6pm. We got in line behind one person. They had several employees working running around. We stood there for a few minutes and no one had approached us to say they would be right there. I asked the lady in front of us and asked if someone came up to her she said no. Waited a few minutes and no one came up they are looked at us but did nothing pretty sad it wasn't busy. So I would never go there again we ended up at Burger King better service and food was hot. You really need to check up on the employees on why they would treat people like that. I know not having me as a customer is going to affect anything but word of mouth does. read more
