Worst place ever. Bugs crawling around on the floors and walls. Products dropped on the ground and placed back in production. Food left out overnight and been served to customers for the next day. Management is worthless. Children run the establishment. Food left out of the freezer overnight. These products thaw out and are replaced into circulation. This place has the worst service. I recently visited this Burger King three times in the last month. The first time I ordered three regular whoppers. After paying I was asked to move into a waiting line for 15 minutes before I received my order. There were only 2 other customers in the lobby. The second time I ordered 2 regular whoppers & it still took over 10 minutes before receiving my order. The third time I tried to place my ordered & was requested to wait after 10 minutes I left. Burger King has really depreciated since the days when its logo was "have it your way"!! I guess their senior management doesn't care or are not graded on service attribute anymore!! After reading reviews from other locations, it seems this problem is systemic throughout all Burger Kings. I see Burger King going away like Sears & Montgomery Wards!! read more

1030 on Sunday: why is it already Lunch? Food is fine and service is generally kind. But WHY do they put chunky lettuce hearts on a Sammy? In drive-thru, is it unreasonable to assume that food will be eaten on the run, and that lettuce covered in Mayo falls out and makes a big mess? This chunky lettuce standard at this location has not changed in 3 years. Maybe I'm the only one who doesn't get it, which is why the 4 stars instead of lower. The service is so slow! Every time! I always have to pull up to wait at least 15 mins for the food.

I feel like I need to speak up about the Moyock Burger King because what goes on there is unacceptable. The restaurant is extremely unsanitary -- they will cut up rotten tomatoes and put them on customers' sandwiches, and the place is infested with cockroaches and other bugs. On top of that, the way employees are treated is terrible. The male manager makes sexual comments toward underage girls, and the general manager is fully aware of this behavior but refuses to address it. The managers spend their time sitting around, taking naps in the lobby, or smoking weed in the parking lot instead of working. Meanwhile, they order employees to do everything and don't even clean up after themselves. This workplace is unsafe, unprofessional, and toxic, and it's especially concerning how the managers act inappropriately toward underage workers and get away with it. read more

Went back a week later (and still using the app) tried a Bacon Melt combo with onion rings (fries were for my furkids) and cheese sticks. The sticks weren't good and one of them either had a bite taken out of it or the frozen end was missing. read more

I first off want to say I don't hardly ever make bad reviews WHATSOEVER. But this specific Burger King location needs to be talked about. The employees there are highly disrespectful and show no care for any customers or employees. It smells like a trailer crap house in there. And one big thing that needs to be talked about is I brought my 10 year old daughter in there, and as a mother I am very aware of my surroundings especially with her around me, and I noticed a few male workers there who were eyeing her down the entire time and looking at her with sexual intent and I left her at the table to go get extra napkins and that worker immediately tried to go over and talk with her. I am beyond disgusted, disappointed and Frustrated. Do not bring yourself or your family to this Burger King. read more

I want to give a big shout out to the young black male manager!!! His work ethic costumer service and speed is outstanding.. when I walked in the place looked amazing I never seen a restaurant that clean!! And omg!!! The food was outstanding, fresh hot and good tasting.. it hurts me to see all of the bashing that's out about this Burger King when me and my family had a great experience!!!! I will and we as costumers will fight to keep this place in business keep up the good work!!! read more

I really wish I could leave a zero star, after you hear my experience you will surely understand. Josh, You smelt like Marijuana smoke when you opened the drive thru window, I think you would have a more successful career at the Hemp Haven down the street because you were more fried than my damn french fries. When I got told to pull up it had been 10+ minutes when I got my food. It was as if they just took it out the freezer. On top of all of that I witnessed a roach run across the beverage dispenser. First, since when did a meal at Burger King become worth $9?? Seriously, I can get a much better meal elsewhere for that. Second, the Burger King fries are gross. I don't understand why they try to pass off these fake frankenfries as real fries. And third, I don't understand why every time I order a burger the toppings are always thrown on it haphazardly. Nothing like unwrapping it and half the lettuce is outside the bun. Also, half the drinks weren't working. They have one of those stupid machines that has all the flavors, you know, the ones that kids will stand there for 5 minutes putting all these different sodas in one cup. This Burger Kings is only about two miles from home. Note, we only do dine in. Of the last four visits, we found dining in area closed three of those times. Staff is very unfriendly and get very when you let them know your order is incorrect. Woppers are always good, but we found out if you ask for pickels on your Wopper, they charge you extra. All the staff park their vehicles right at the front door. They must think its all about then. Hardies is about the same distance for us. That's where we now go. read more

This Burger King. Reminds me of when I was younger, filled with excitement and determination. And to show off these feeling and to let them out I would play some rec basketball. And I would say I was the cream of the crop. Every team wanted me. I could be their left wing their center anyway I was blocking some and I was winning. Ahhh those were the glory days.. but in all seriousness I was an absolute beast at the game. I could not be stopped every time a ball was in my hands it was like a guarantee that same ball in my hand was going inside that basket. I'll set the scene, it's the last game of the season; this game is for all the marbles and we're against the best team in the league. We...lost that game. I was never so sad before in my life. But on the drive home from the game me and my mother (at the time) decided to get Burger King. I agree (not willingly).... Now on to the real review. I got chicken fries and fries. They were pretty meh on their own. But on this occasion they were covered in tears and they were delicious! The tears were a perfect complimenting taste to the tart taste of the chicken fries. This Burger King just got a nice remodel... it looks great. BUT the burgers are still cold or slightly warm when you get your order. This has been an issue since I moved here three years ago. No matter how many times I have brought it to their attention, they always look at me like I don't know what I am talking about. Cheese should be melted and bun/meat should be warm. Like every other BK I have gone to in the last 50 years. I shouldn't have to take my burger home to reheat in my microwave in order to get a warm burger. Also, the drive thru is nice EXCEPT, just like it was before the remodel, the curb is painted black, with yellow starting farther back towards the building. Without fail, every time I drive up to the window (lots of people, not just me), I end up driving over the curb because you cannot tell where it begins. went to my nearest burger king for a quick dinner a couple nights ago, i ordered a jr whopper with cheese, small onion rings with zesty sauce and a medium mocha iced coffee. my burger was okay a little hefty on the lettuce though! the onion rings were only a fried tasting flavor there was almost like there was no onion at all. the zesty sauce tasted good as usual. my coffee was really good tasted a little different since the last time i had it. haha been a while. overall it was a pretty good meal. read more

Every other fast food service allows you to ring in a coupon at a window but not this place make sure if you have a coupon or anything tell those people at the speaker.
