I went to go pick up my mobile order, got there and they looked at me, proceeded to act like they didn't see me, then turned the lights off, was sitting there for about 20 minutes and never even got my order or my money back! Very poor customer service through the drive-through employee was angry and mad would not let me substitute no coleslaw for extra fries burnt chicken tenders overall very poor experience employee seen standing outside smoking and not working. First time here in years. We were VERY pleasantly pleased.The food was hot and delicious and the employees were great and helpful. MMcDonald's can't hold a candle to this place. Culvers is on another level with quality food and prices to boot. Hardly a fair comparison..Place was clean including the restrooms and parking very adequate. I contacted Kerri, the store manager, yesterday to discuss some recent events, including an incident that happened a few days before. I let her know that I had spoken to the police regarding a situation for which her employees had called law enforcement on me the day of the incident and again yesterday regarding the same incident. Unfortunately, Kerri responded defensively and began accusing me of wrong doing, claiming that two of her staff members and one customer had contacted her with a different account of the events. I want to clarify that I have not lied about anything and I have supporting evidence to back that up, whereas Kerri has no proof for her accusations against me or the accusations made by her employees. During the conversation, my mom took the phone briefly and spoke with Kerri, remaining calm and polite the entire time. Kerri, however, raised her voice and even threatened my mom with harassment charges, despite my mom not being rude at all or saying anything harrassing. I eventually had to take back the phone and firmly told Kerri to stop her behavior as she (Kerri) was the only one being unprofessional. Kerri then transferred the call to another employee, who repeated the accusation of me lying. Given that they couldn't substantiate any of their claims, I was done with the conversation at this point. I have my own recordings, proving that I did not lie and their accusations were false but I was clearly trying to give them the chance to explain themselves and apologize for their behaviors. I requested to view any security footage that could verify Kerri's story and the accusations made by her employees, but she informed me that there are no cameras outside the store and she did not have proof of what they were claiming. I pointed out that accusations cannot be made without evidence especially if they chose to call law enforcement, and I expressed my frustration with Kerri's lack of professionalism as a store manager and how she chose to handle the situation. They clearly don't take responsibility for their own actions and apparently like to make false reports without any substantiating proof of their claims. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment and will take my business elsewhere, including blocking any online orders from them. I find the behavior of Kerri and her team to be highly unprofessional, as they appeared overly defensive when confronted about their wrong doing. read more

Pulled into the drive through at 9:30pm to the completely lit up restaurant, marquee even stating "Drive thru open until 10pm" (FYI, their website claims 11pm). Was told they're closed for maintenance. I responded they ought turn off their lights and was angrily told they can't control it and something unintelligible. I called their listed number to speak to the manager and ask why I was treated to rudely and suggest it seems they should be able to get their signs corrected or at lest turn off the lights. I was immediately cut off and called "f----ing b--ch and if I don't like it I should f---ing go there then". I was on Handfree in my car with the kids!!! What is this world coming to?! No Northland Restaurant Group owned business will ever get my or any of my friends or family's business again! Horrible and unacceptable management! read more

It's fast food restaurant so in reality you just don't expect much however I do expect it to be fast and accurate which they completely failed at. It was so slow which I find weird but in their defense I'm sure they are short staffed like every other place and our order was missing fries and the fries we did have were supposed to be curly but were not.
