This pizza hut goes above and beyond and is super friendly. I placed my order via online and upon arrival as noted my normal was ready and hot. Upon entering is promptly greeted. I additionally was able to receive plates, napkins, Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Upon getting to my hotel my order was accurate super hot still and filled with the new chicken sausage which is amazing. They weren't skippy on toppings and I'd highly recommend the chicken sausage. This was by far one of the best Pizza Hut experiences I've had recently and I'd highly recommend them. PS they have a drive up option too. read more

In terms of Pizza Hut, this one is pretty good. I have ordered ahead a couple times and brought food over to my Grandparent's. The employees have always been kind and have no issue making customized pizzas. Whether I picked up or ordered for delivery, the food has always been fresh and very hot! I'm not kidding when I say that it tastes much better than your run-of-the-mill Pizza Hut. I see why it is my Grandparent's go-to. I have been unable to visit my grandparents since June, and then the delivery driver had on proper PPE and we felt safe. I am not sure if they are doing contactless delivery right now or if their dining room is open ... you would have to call them and ask. Pizza Hut is always good, no exception here. Their pizza, bread sticks, salad bar and such are all up to the franchise standards, and if the management has bothered to schedule enough wait staff, dine in is great. Management is the real Achilles heel here. Sometimes it's okay, but when it's bad, it's quite a downer. Some of their drivers shouldn't be driving at all, much less running under the Pizza hat, but if the right people are on, delivery is top notch. Often orders get mixed up or even forgotten, and it is not unusual to have a manager treat you like you are the bad guy for asking to have your order remade to your original specs. It's hard not to like Pizza Hut, but a bad manager can make it happen and they have a few here. read more

I got hungry after seeing Iron Man, and since I already ate at the other nearby restaurants, I decided to go to Pizza Hut. It's not any different than other PHs; nice cozy atmosphere, salad bar and comfy seating. They don't offer pizza by the slice though, but I did get a personal pan, hawaiian. A drink and a pizza was about $5, not too bad for dinner. As the time passed while waiting for my pizza, I faintly heard the radio playing. Then something sounded familiar. No freakin way. Marie Digby's "Say it Again" was playing out here. In case you haven't heard of her, she's some big youtube phenom (she covered "Umbrella"). Props to her for taking out the 3rd mysterious syllable that Rhianna added. Anyway, the song brought a smile to my face, I took my pizza back to the hotel room and watched the John Stewart show. This place is a throw back that got stuck in time and I love it. I only picked up but which I would have had the time to sit and eat. Staff was so friendly and changed my order charge to save me $2 which also set me up with a meal deal that allowed me three extra sodas. You don't see that much. Great experience. read more

I haven't eatin Pizza Hut anything in several years due to a horrible experience in a Pizza Hut in a different state. Son had a free personnel pizza coupon from school for ready so I thought I would at least entertain the idea. I had all you can eat salad. Everything fresh and tasty. Had the supreme pizza again fresh out of oven hot and quite good. Bread sticks with sauce, again fresh out of oven hot and fresh before meal like appetizers should be. I've been here many times with my husband for dine-in. Servers are always nice. Food is always fresh, and even the salad in the salad bar is fresh. I've been to other pizza huts with old wilted lettuce, but every time I've been to this Pizza Hut (around dinner time) it's always fresh. My husband enjoys the bread sticks. He says they have a little more stuff sprinkled on top than usual. Overall it's a good, affordable meal. I would definitely recommend it. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because sometimes the food takes a little long to get to the table. read more

The food was good, and the service was great. The only thing I could complain about was the noise level and unattended children. It was difficult to enjoy my meal while kids were screaming and running all over. The dude behind us playing a game on his phone at full volume was also annoying. While not expecting a quintessential meal I was also not expecting to feel as if I was in an elementary cafeteria. I may come back to have lunch here while the kids are in school. Worst pizza hut experience ever.. Ordered Pizza online at 6:15 to be reedy at 7:15.. Son when to pick it up at 7:10. They told them it would be about 10 minutes. He finally got his pizza at 8:15. Then the cash register would not work and he had to wait another 10 minutes. Over 2 hours to cook a pizza. Their pizza is defiantly not worth that kind of wait. read more

Horrible service too my nieces and nephews there for my nieces 7th birthday on the 20th of November and we were there at 545 ordered our drinks and food had to ask for the other 3 drinks that the waitress never brought to the table asked for crayons while we took our ordered and had to go up to the counter and ask again mind you we were there 545 and ordered while waiting for our food we watched a family come in just as large as our family and many other families that came in after us waited for a hour and a half for our food and finally my sister in-law went up to the counter at 700 and asked them just to have it delivered to our house cause it was taking forever and we had 4 starving children including the birthday girl who wanted her birthday party there we waited another 10 min and my mom went up to pay and come to find out the waitress didn't even have a ticket for our food so we sat there patiently waiting for our food that was never even there not very satisfied we will not ever give them our business again. read more
