But being in the south i felt it necessary that I run the taste test and find out who makes the best chicken fingers. Honestly, I love Zaxby's! Everything about them was spot on. The breading was just right, not overcooked, the fries were perfect, and the Texas toast was ideal. They totally made me forget about Canes while I was there! Did I mention the sauce? I very much liked the sauce, but i chose sauce with no spice. I can be a spice guy but I opted out on it because I wanted to get the real flavor of the chicken. So, I suppose when I'm in the north I'm a Canes guy. When I'm in the south I'm a Zaxby's guy. And when I'm in the middle I'll live with the tension.

I've went to this DQ a bunch of times never have had problems till today, today was the worst…read moreservice/time waiting I've ever had, I had 3 orders picking lunch up for my coworkers burger & fries, 3 &4 pieces chicken basket 2 milkshakes & sundae. we get very limited time to eat lunch in our busy schedule. They were getting a food delivery from Sysco foods during the rush which made it probably worse. Young kid blonde highlights in hair working the counter didn't seem to know what to do or was new and had no clue how to do his job. Then after I place the 3 orders, I had to ask for the 1 drink cup since they forgot to give me when I ordered the meal(comes with drink), go to fill with ice, No Ice. Then they inform me they are waiting for ice cream to get made would take a minute or two no problem, food is sitting on counter this whole time, 15 mins goes by, then they bring the ice cream to me, I had to ask for drink caddy. By this time I know the food is probably cold on counter, sure enough got back to work all the food was ice cold and soggy fries. Waist of money an unhappy coworkers.
