Breakfast drive thru order Clean exterior. Line moved well. Customer service was one word: efficient. No smiles or curtesies. Simply a supply and demand exchange. Gave money, recieved product. Hash browns. Cold. Lafallette strikes again. Hot side item 0 / cold does and hash-browns from the entire town 5 All in all. It was food. It was cooked correctly. read more

I highly recommend this restaurant very clean. The staff was very kind to me. I had two of my dogs in the car and they gave them a snack on the house and I just really appreciate this restaurant. Thank you. read more

My order was messed up but amber the girl that worked there was really nice and I appreciate kindness more than my meal being right and by god she made it right in the end read more

My food is always hot and fresh. This is by the best McDonalds I've ever been to. The workers are always so nice. Typically you get charged for sauces if you're not buying nuggets and this McDonald's is still old school. I tried paying for the sauce and she said you don't have to pay for sauce. I appreciate that! read more

They put this thing in the worst location possible. Clean-ish. busy 24/7 basically (it's a mcdonalds cuh) food is alright not healthy obviously. Good luck getting out if you park in the front read more

Workers are nice, food is pretty good. The place is clean and welcoming. However, 2 days in a row I ordered curbside and get food, and missing items, and receiving wrong items. I don't want a $5.19 Chicken Deluxe substituted for 6 nuggets, nor do I want my strawberry cheesecake pies, substituted for the brick hard oreo pies. Refund or offer a cone or shake, don't substitute @ your own discretion, it's the customer's money your playing with, and it's UNSATISFACTORY. I left 5 stars, as an incentive.... read more

As stated in my previous review... I normally don't leave reviews for the fast food chains because we all know what they are and what to expect. Sometimes you run into that one particular location, employee, or service that just has to be acknowledged for being special. At this location it is more than one. Service, Consistency, and Quality. This place has all three, but not in a good way.  Based off of the 1.5 star rating on Yelp (at the time of this review) and the poor reviews on The Lafollette, TN and Surrounding area Restaurant Review Page on Facebook this review doesn't stand on it's own. Service is mostly reviewed as being rude and unfriendly. The kind of service you get from somebody who would rather be some place else. Consistency is...well...consistent. Consistently bad. Poor service and sub par quality can, without a doubt, be found at this location. Quality...there isn't any. As if management says, "toss it together, throw it in a bag, forget about napkins (ketchup, salt, sauce, a smile, a please, a thank you, a have a good day, acting like you care, or welcome to McDonald's attitude) and get them out of the drive thru. This location sucks! Ray Kroc would turn over in his grave and sh** a Golden Quarter Pounder with Cheese if he saw this location. No reason to blame the entire incompetent crew working on 6/20/23 at 7:45am. When a location is this bad it starts from the top and rolls down hill. The franchisee and the management crew they put in place. Places in Jacksboro/LaFollette don't tent to stick around. McDonald's is a big enough brand to defy the odds. They should recognize this and change for the better. My guess is that these yahoo's continue with status quo. They should ride for the brand not live off it. Shameful! Oh yeah, did I mention my order was completely wrong. Par for the course. read more

I ordered my food in the drive thru when I got home 5 minutes away they did not give me my Big Mac and the fries were cold. I went back up there to get my food corrected and they did not give me what I ordered which I didn't realize until I again got home. Now we have had to make three trips to this McDonald's to get what we payed for. If I pay 40 dollars for my food then it's expected that McDonald's provide the services it says it provides. read more

Used to be a place I avoid, but I tried it again yesterday. My middle child dropped her drink and spilled it everywhere. One employee instantly started mopping up the mess and another employee (never caught her name) went the extra mile to cheer my child up by giving her something to play with. These employees need a raise if they are going to make McDonalds a pleasant place to visit again. Aside from this, the place was very clean and smelled beautiful, the food was awesome and the employees nice. Look forward to visiting with my children again. read more

Ordered two hamburgers with no pickles and Fresh fries. Every single time, they have to be told at the box, then at the first window, then at the second. After telling three different people my order just to be safe, I received two hamburgers with extra pickles and NO HAMBURGER PATTIES. NO MEAT ON EITHER BURGER!! HOW DO YOU GET TOLD THREE TIMES AND FUCK UP THAT BADLY?! Yeah, you're definitely worth $15.00 an hour. read more

the service is pretty good. but if you want fresh fries you need to ask for cook to order or they will give you fries that have been sitting out for very long. day service is good but night service is slow and the food isn't as good. read more

I stopped in while driving through jacks pro on 12/26/2021 and went inside. It took them forever to get to me to finally order due to the mess ups they had to fix. The younger lady that worked the register up from was very calm and nice to help people but looked burned out. I heard other multiple customers say their orders are never right. I think a change in management would up lift this location. read more

Although the food is not the best you will ever have we still keep going back to McDonald's I think they must put crack in the food....jk lol. This one is no different from any other McDonald's the food is just to be expected. Employees are usually nice I personally do not like the drive thru setup with the two lines its like a traffic jam people fight to see who can get to the window first. They do have a play area for the kids. Also there is a TV in the lobby usually on local news. read more

McDonald's - a mcdonald's sign against a blue sky - Burgers Near Me - Jacksboro, Tennessee

Every time we go through the drive through there is usually always a issue. Missing items, wrong order, orders are made incorrectly etc.

Employees automatically upsize to large and when questioned about it they become rude. I went in to complain to the manager and she was rude too. I don't blame the employees for their rude behavior. They are a direct representation of the manager. read more

What the fuck with this new ordering kiosk? Most complicated ordering system you could think of!!! Took longer to order than it really should. Oh and your customer service sucks also. Take a walk over to Chic fil a and see how it is done. read more

For starters, my family and I don't go to fast food and this is a prime example of why not. We were on a long distance road trip and happened to go through the drive through on 5/5/18 at around 1am. I was tired from driving and we had a long ways to go. We ordered: 1 med iced coffee 3 $1 chicken sandwiches 1 hamburger 1 lg coke 1 crispy chicken wrap (?) We paid and upon receiving our order my "iced coffee" was LITERALLY creamer with ice. Which I promptly returned. They replied it would be 15 minutes in order for me to get a REAL iced coffee. (As if they knew they were serving me crap??!) Also, the chicken wrap was so sad looking. With a square of cheese and a small, cold and hard chicken tender placed inside. It wasn't even rolled. All of the buns were stale and rubber-like and things were sticking out of their package, like either they had been returned before, been sitting for 5 hours under and heater or whoever was the cook that night, was on a mission to ruin everyone's order. I don't plan on returning, but believe me, if I were given the option of starvation vs eating at your McDonald's... I'd starve any day. read more

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It never fails that the orders are always incorrect, the food just isn't good and you hardly ever come across an employee that is polite. read more

Cheese is never melted. Shows how cold burgers are. They barely can hear through their speaker so therefore they get orders wrong. So today I got onions on my burger an a Hair! Disgusting! Last time I was here got two bigmacs. Cheese not melted an one had two top buns. Tried to call this time at 310 but after three different times of it ringing till it cut me off I gave up. Consider yourself lucky if you get hot fries. Would not recommend this one. Appalachian hwy. Jacksboro TN 37757 read more

Pulled into the parking lot tonight seeing that there were 10 cars in drive-thru. Knowing that they have limited lobby hours, I went inside just to get a coffee. Nothing else but a coffee before work. No one even glanced my way. Okay so they are busy and I wait. Employees walk by me, don't say anything to me not make any kind of eye contact, just kept doing whatever they were doing. So after waiting 10 minutes, I walked out. Should I of said something? Maybe but it's not the customers job to do that. THEY should be wanting to take MY order. This is exactly why I use the self order machines. So I don't have to deal with the employees except to get my food. And I'm not complaining about McDonalds in general just this location. Either they should have new managers or the owners should get out of the business. And no, I will not accept the virus as the cause for poor service. It's been like this for awhile now. If LaFollette got their own McDonalds the service there would also suck because the same owners at the Jacksboro location would probably be owners if that location. read more

Freddy is on target with his review, he just is a little more generous with his rating. Pretty typical Mc Donald's but the exit is a pain in the butt, coupled with the Wall Mart traffic, it can be a nightmare to navigate. read more

This was a horrendous place!! We arrived at 10 & placed an order with help on an automated station!! Ordered placed at 10:09. At 10:20 we were still waiting, no eggs!!! WHAT! Then when we said we needed to leave & just wanted a refund, it took another 10 minutes for them to figure that out! It was a very busy place AND we are quite puzzled by that since service was so awful!! NO EGGS! Won't be back EVER! read more

If I could give it no stars I would this place was horrible with horrible staff they gave my food away while I was in the drive thru to someone else and didn't even tell me instead had me pull up and I waited 20 min while I was on the phone with my wife then I went in and asked for my money back they said they gave my food away sorry and had to remake it while others were receiving their food and driving away I was on hold I think I should have been first since that was their mistake and I should have gotten my money back or at least extra food but instead there i was waiting and i wasn't alone people beside me were waiting also by the way I was only waiting on three hamburgers in which i asked for my money back and just went to zaxbys so sad it took 20 min for three burgers in which i don't even know if it was ready cause i just walked in and got my money i say to anyone don't eat there and if I was the owner I'd be ashamed read more
