This Hardee's location used to be a pleasant establishment. The general attitude of the staff is just poor. I witnessed what appeared to be a manager who just ignores customers. I walked in the empty dining room and up to the counter. She being 8' from me never once acknowledged my presence, other than looking away as I walked up. After 3 minutes the drive through operator came and took my order. I could tell she wasn't pleased with her coworker. I sat down and while eating, I observed another gentleman walk up to the empty counter, who waited over 4 minutes. Once the woman who appeared to be a manager did finally take his order got frustrated because he wasn't ordering fast enough and turned around and walked away from him. If I could I would give this store zero stars. We ordered 2 hamburger kids meals the hamburger Pattie's not only were SUOER small but were HARD as a hockey puck and looked like it's been out all damn day!! They also forgot the apple juice for one of the meals, my husbands frisco burger was dry and my famous burger was also dry and I said no cheese but yet there was cheese on my burger ... We ordered 3 combos no fries were given then he touched food husband asked him to remake the 5 piece bug only gave me 4 police were called.

Love their burgers and combos- food taste great when it's hot! Taste quality won't be the same when it's room temperature.

This is the worst service I have ever received from Hardee's. Currently 5 of us parked waiting for orders. Some have been here over 20 minutes. I just ordered 1 item and still waiting after 10 minutes ( sausage egg and cheese biscuit). Last time to this restaurant. read more

My father loved Hardee's. We awaited anxiously when Popeyes on Tobacco closed and rumors of Hardee's coming swirled. Anticipation increased gradually as we could see the progress of the building. My father died yesterday and I'm glad he didn't get the chance to eat at this location bc I'd have to find a word for beyond disappointed to describe him. So I decided to go in today, in memory of my dad. Wasn't expecting the most bc I had already heard not-so favorable things about this location but you can't always listen to what you hear, right? And the crowds had finally dissipated so I figured why not. Short version. I wait 20 minutes for my food. In an empty store. (There was only one order ahead of me.) The store was fully staffed. I counted at least 12 people worked. Majority goofing off and talking amongst themselves. (Which I would have no problem with ........) Had my food been closer to piping hot. I just expect piping hot food when I wait that long at a fast food place. Soggy room temperature fries. Rubbery over-salted chicken strips that were "freshly hand-battered". Sahara dry double cheeseburger with no cheese. (After the cashier asked me to define "double cheeseburger plain". Still got it wrong.) My cashier was nice but check your change bc the cashier next to her was counting down a register. And blurted out "What's 57 + 8?" I said 65 immediately bc I'm world class mathematician and I also passed 3rd grade. And she had the audacity to ask was I right twice and I see her with a calculator 4 minutes later. Yeah. Count your change. Avoid this place unless your into the meh over-priced food, enh service kind of experience. Sorry so long. read more

Worst place ever. Stopped in to grab some lunch with the wife.... September 30, 2017 1:45pm. Older woman barking orders to employee who wanted to take orders, but was told to go clean tables. Then another employee shows up to work and older woman hugged her and had her run the register. Her hair was at least a foot tall and her hat sat on top of all that hair... Needs a hair net. As us and 8 other guests are still waiting in line to order, it was still nothing but idiots behind the counter. We decided to walk out after waiting way to long to order.. Reading the other reviews I understand that this restaurant's staff needs a complete overhaul in service training. I stopped at this store a month ago with my children 45 minutes before my daughter's play at her school PTA, plenty of time to enjoy a quick meal from a place like Hardee's, or so I thought. After getting our drinks and paying for our food we sat down at a booth and waited for our food to be brought. Fifteen minutes later I went and asked where my food was, they had no idea about my order and just thought I was there to enjoy a coke. It turns out the person who took my order messed up and deleted my order from the system, and was about to leave her shift so she didn't bother to fix it. I was not given a receipt showing what I had ordered (that comes with the order) but I showed the manager my credit receipt and assured him that I did not just pay thirty dollars for four drinks. The manager did apologize and offered to refund my money and give me a free dinner, but I no longer had time to wait and eat and my children had to go to the PTA with no dinner. Needless to say I was angry. The same thing happened to my mother when she went to eat there a week later, they forgot to give her her food. And tonight, my wife went through the drive through to get me a burger after a hard day's work and when she pulled up to the window (with only one car in front of her and it looked like no one inside) ... they had no record of her placing an order, the order she just placed at the drive-through screen not more than a minute ago. I would absolutely not recommend this Hardee's to my worst enemy. The staff is rude, incompetent, and management is no better. If there are no customers in front of you, expect to wait at least 10 minutes while they drag around and goof off before finally giving you your order. If you're in the drive through, expect to be pulled up to the curb no matter how big or small your order is. They once tried to pull me up because they were preparing my fountain drink, guess they want their drive thru times down. Food quality sucks and most of the time they get something wrong with my order. Based on the taste of their fried foods, doesn't seem like they bother to change to frying oil. This place is a joke, if you want a good burger and fries go to Zacks across the street... read more

This has to be the worst service I've had in years. We went through the drive through and asked to park behind another car, we seat for 23 minutes before they came out the food wasn't very hot and the order was wrong. NEVER AGAIN they suck! read more

All I can say is wow, I asked for a frisco burger with no cheese, got a thick burger with extra cheese instead.... How do you give a totally different burger all together?? And extra cheese when I requested none? All I can say wow! read more

I have TRIED to give this place a chance because I LOVE HARDEE'S food. But, every single time I go here, I get totally ticked off. The staff is uneducated, rude, unprofessional and full of attitude. The management is NO BETTER and is usually involved in the poor service. I went in today and had to wait, AGAIN, while the staff finished their personal conversations. Once I ordered, I had to ask for my cups. The girl said, I gave you the cups (me standing there with no cups in my hand). I advise her, no you didn't. She tried to say she did but again- empty hands. Food comes out one meal at a time--I have four meals. Two of the meals come out and the lady asks does everyone at the table have their food------wait for it....there are 4 of us and only two have food. No we don't have our food. Then she asks what are you waiting on----um, you took my order 2 seconds ago--have u forgotten that fast. When the hot dog gets there it has onions on it---I ordered with no onions. She stands there. I don't want the onions. Then she yells across the restaurant at me of what I did want on the hot dog. Really. The place is full and every single person is complaining about their food. I go back up to the counter for a bag to put my sons food in and the girl behind the counter looks me straight in my face and walks right past me--with a B@#%h attitude. Now, I worked at Hardee's for 5 1/2 years in high school and while in college. I never treated a customer that way. This Hardees needs to get their act together and hire people who actually care about their job. All these people care about is carrying on their personal conversations. Poor job Hardee's. read more
