If you have not stopped by Woo Hoo you are missing out!…read more The Location - You pull up and question your decision. The building looks simple. It looks like a small mom and pop spot in an older space. Then you walk in and see they are building something strong. The Service was quick, staff was Friendly Helpful and attentive. No issues. Now for the Food. I was impressed. Good Mediterranean food in Louisville is rare. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and the food delivered. She ordered a chicken gyro. Her fries came out fresh and seasoned. Her sandwich was the best gyro we have had in Louisville. I ordered the Sparta bowl lunch portion. Fresh, flavorful, and balanced. Nothing negative to say. Overall. If you have not been here you should make time to visit. Nobody is perfect so here is my minor nitpick. I ordered a Sparta bowl and did not get a fork. I walked back up and grabbed one. If that is the worst problem they have, they are doing something right. I look forward to going back.

This place is such a hidden gem. Tucked away off the beaten path, it has that cozy, "you almost…read moredon't want to tell anyone about it" kind of charm. The space is definitely on the smaller side, which adds to the intimate feel, but I can only imagine it gets pretty tight during peak hours--especially since they don't take reservations. That said, everything else more than makes up for it. The service was genuinely excellent--attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. And the food? Absolutely worth it. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and clearly made with care. If you're thinking about going, I'd definitely recommend timing your visit to avoid the rush. It's a small spot, but one that delivers a big experience.

I Placed an order for dine in at 6:05 pm and received our food at 6:55 p.m. Some people were trying to get refunds who were also waiting a long time and were told their system "wasn't working" and to come back in an hour for the refund. The employees were trying to be nice and were apologetic, but this was a frustrating experience. I was offered a free dessert for the wait, however I feel that a complimentary meal or gift card would have been more appropriate.

Have never had a good meal here. I really wish I could go along with everyone's excitement about…read morethis place, and I'm happy for you if you like it, but I've given this place enough chances without improved results. What is the big deal about the wings? They taste worse than store bought, flavor, texture, everything. We were advised to specify extra crispy, and they are still shockingly soggy. The sauces and rubs we've tried too are not creative, not tasty, and on top of a soggy wing it's not good. I tried the beef on weck last time I was there. This was alright, I appreciated the horseradish and the tenderness of the beef. I got it with a side Caesar salad, and that was just bagged flavorless BS. When we are in the market for wings, there aren't too too many options. We like to try to support local places over blatant chains, but I don't know if I can justify coming back.
