A chicken breaded sandwich, if you can call it that.
    Chris L.

Went here because i do like hardees burgers when they are made correctly with all the toppings. Unfortunately, that normally doesnt happy as they run out of friend onions and pickles ALL the time. Went in to use a coupon for a discounted breaded chicken sandwich and should have instead went elsewhere. I mean look at my photo to get a good view of what you shouldnt be served paying $10. The chicken breast itself was overcooked, cool, and not of a normal size. It also tasted bland and burnt. I didnt have the time or patience to get it recooked so I ate what i could and left. Definitely not a good impression.

Just out of curiosity.... how does this look like enough ham for this sandwich? Someone please respond. Apparently, they actually believe this is 4 while slices of ham, which is barely equivalent to one slice from the deli. Talk about shrinkflation.. disgusting. Only eat here if you're on a bread only diet. Hardee's has seriously taken a deep dive as a restaurant. This place is not right. People working here are quite rude as well. Avoid this place at all costs.

This burger joint is in a spot on the corner of Fort Campbell Blvd in Oak Grove, KY and Polk Road (which leads to a gate onto the Fort Campbell Army post). It smells amazing inside. The fries are so crispy and have an awesome bite of flavor. I do not know what makes it so delicious, but they are better than any fast food chain's fries. I'm so excited to try this burger! Great little chicken eatery in Clarksville! Nice folks work here - very polite and accommodating!!…read more The restaurant is neat and clean. Lots of tasty offerings on their menu and the smell makes your mouth water! Had the 1/4 chicken La Brasa with broccoli and red roasted pepper hummus. It comes with pita triangles, which I passed off. The la brasa marinade was on point and rivals any good Peruvian restaurant. Very flavorful with a good spice kick. The broccoli was al dente and flavorful with a hint of butter and garlic. Not to be outdone, the fresh roasted pepper hummus was amazing!! Dipping celery in this hummus would elevate your experience to 5-star! My companion chose the Jerk chicken marinade and was slightly disappointed that there wasn't enough of a spice kick, but the flavor was tasty on the palate. The mac n cheese he had wasn't stellar, but was solid. Cole slaw he found quite tasty! Buffalo wings he added on was satisfying for him, as was the potato salad. All in all, this place is well-worth visiting repeatedly!! Prices for all this delicious fresh cooked food are very reasonable - 1/4 chicken plate with 2 standard sides is $9.99! The quality is definitely there, and the team obviously cares about what they make! We will be back!! I want to try the tandoori next time!!

Stopping here for supper, first there were the dark bathrooms that wouldn't light. Along with that electrical issue, an ear-splitting and head jarring smoke or other alarm went off every few minutes for about 15 minutes. Order taking was interrupted often when the counter employee shifted to incoming phone calls. That employee didn't know pulled chicken portion sizes in ounces and approximated with his hands. All of this created a dubious dining experience before we even finished ordering! This spot offers a variety of chicken recipes: roasted, BBQ, Caribbean, pulled, fried, and more. Sides includes Southern standards like mac and cheese, yellow rice, greens, coleslaw, and others. The pulled (shredded) chicken was overly seasoned with black pepper. Roasted chicken was a bit dry. The BBQ chicken laden with sweet sauce was the best of the chicken choices. Creamy coleslaw was 'meh' and lacked flavor. Rice, too, was just okay. Northern beans were nicely seasoned and well cooked. Pita triangles seemed an odd accompaniment since no sauce or dip was provided and they were too small to make sandwiches. Overall, the restaurant seemed understaffed, which could account for the messy tables and dirty floor.

The email I sent to Chipotle after my experience should explain the 1 star…read more I just had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life at your restaurant in Clarksville, TN. I ordered a SALAD and received a bowl without any lettuce in it! As if that alone wasn't frustrating enough, I found that it was nearly impossible to receive any customer service regarding the mistake. I tried calling the restaurant and found it's impossible to speak to an actual person. So I tried contacting support on the website and also found that I cannot actually chat to anyone or provide feedback because I ordered the food on DoorDash. I wasn't asking for a refund. I just wanted to provide feedback and have the problem fixed. At this point I decided to drive to the Chipotle location that made the order to see if I might be able to get some lettuce. At the location the manager on duty told me that he could not do anything with "that mess" because it was ordered on DoorDash. I also had pointed out to him that the item details printed on the lid stated specifically that lettuce was included in the salad. He told me that "he could read". Not once during the exchange was I apologized to for the mistake or offered any kind of solution. According to the manager the fact that I had ordered the food on DoorDash meant that I was completely out of luck and would not be getting the lettuce for my salad, or any kind of apology. It shouldn't be necessary but I'd like to point out that DoorDash doesn't make the food. Chipotle does. It was not the mistake of the delivery service, it was the mistake of the restaurant and accordingly I will continue to use DoorDash, who does have great customer service but I can guarantee I will not be eating at or ordering from Chipotle again. I have noticed that the quality of the meat has been declining and overall Chipotle is just not near as good as it used to be, but I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed this time, not by the quality of the food but by the lack of customer service and complete disregard of my customer experience simply due to how the food was ordered. If Chipotle doesn't want to treat DoorDash customers the same as they treat customer's who eat in the restaurant then it seems to me that maybe they should not contract with DoorDash at all. I am very disappointed with Chipotle and will no longer be a customer. I wanted to share my experience though because it should matter to the bottom line and the people in charge that customers who use DoorDash ARE STILL Chipotle CUSTOMERS. And if the experience they have is this awful then they will be losing customers as quickly as they are losing quality. Sincerely a dissatisfied former customer.

3 Stars I am a…read morelongtime fan of Culver's and especially enjoy the frozen custard. I frequently visit the Murray, Kentucky location and have consistently had great experiences there. Today, while in Clarksville, Tennessee on business, I stopped at this location and ordered three scoops of the Flavor of the Day (dark chocolate) through the drive-thru. After paying, I was given a number and asked to pull forward into one of the waiting spaces. I understand that many restaurants now use this system to keep the drive-thru line moving, but in this case it created a problem. I waited approximately 7-10 minutes while multiple vehicles that had arrived before and after me received their orders. When my custard was finally brought out, it was already half melted. Since my entire order was simply three scoops of frozen custard in a dish, it would have made much more sense to bring it out immediately rather than letting it sit while other orders were completed. I had planned to park and eat it anyway, but by the time it reached me, I ate part of it with a spoon and ended up drinking the rest. The custard itself was delicious, which is exactly what I expect from Culver's. My concern is with the process. Food that melts should be served as soon as it is prepared. I don't believe that's an unreasonable expectation. I still enjoy Culver's and will continue to visit, but I hope management will reconsider how frozen desserts are handled when customers are asked to pull forward and wait.

The place has a casual, welcoming vibe -- clean, well‐lit, with a layout that works for both dine‐in and takeout. What I liked: 1. The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful without being overly greasy. We got the Golden Original and Soy Garlic. The Golden Original has a kick to it but nice flavor. The Soy Garlic was a bit garlicky you can taste the powdered garlic. Nice balance of sweet, savory and salty. 2. The sides were fresh and well‐seasoned -- the pickled radish had a nice balance of tang and sweetness. 3. Staff were friendly and he was on his phone most of the time wasn't attentive at all. What could improve- the staff at the counter. There was a guy waiting on his food his food came out and was ready but the staff just stood there on his phone and didn't check. Good thing the guy was cool and didn't complain. Final thoughts If you're in the area and craving good fried chicken with a laid‐back feel, this is a solid pick. It may not be perfect, but it delivers. I'd go back -- and next time I'll try one of the spicier options.

My husband and I used to frequent the bb.q chicken location in El Paso so when we moved to TN…read morenaturally it was one place we were missing greatly. We were happy to see there was one not too far from where we live, it is still a bit of a drive though. Hour and a half to be exact but we figured we really liked their food so it would be worth the drive. First off I will say that I do think these are franchises so each location is ran different. I've also been to a couple locations in Cali and those were very different from one another as well. Some of them are set up like a restaurant where you are sat at a table and served by a waiter. But others, like this one, are more in between being a restaurant and a fast food location. Here, you order your food, they give you a number and bring your food to your table when it is ready. I'll go with the bad first: My husband and I were super excited to get their cheesling fries. It was literally our favorite menu item when we were in TX. Unfortunately here they drench the fries with some kind of sauce that really ruined it for us. I don't know why they do it that way but I think the cheesling fries taste 100 times better without a sauce. Also, we ordered their kimchi fried rice because it's an item other locations don't offer so I wanted to try it. It's very oily. So off-putting for me. We ate a little of it but ended up not wanting to take the rest home. I highly do NOT recommend it. And if you order the cheesling fries then I strongly recommend you ask them NOT to cover it in sauce. As for the good: their chicken is like the standard bbq.q chicken that my husband and I are used to. HUGE pieces and very crunchy and moist! My favorite flavor is the honey garlic and my husband likes the cheesling. Definitely the highlight of our meal! The service was great too! The gentleman working the register was friendly. My husband thought it was strange that he was dressed in sweatpants, a sweatshirt and a beanie with Bear ears but I figure maybe this location doesn't really have a dress code. Although there was a gentleman working right next to him that was dressed professionally in a polo and slacks. But despite their dress code, the man was great with taking our order and bringing it to our table. Not really sure we'd make the hour and a half drive back to this location. I gave them 4 stars but honestly I think it's more like a 3.5 because those cheesling fries with the sauce really ruined my meal. I was looking forward to it so much and was just bummed the way they prepare it. Maybe they should update their menu to say it included a sauce on it because other locations don't make it like that and it's SO much better without. But yea, I'll be nice and give 4 stars even though it was closer to a 3.5 for me. Chicken was delicious and customer service was good.
