If zero, stars was an option, that is what I would've chose. Hands-down the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Not only are they slower than a snail they are not friendly, and are brewed at can be. Shame on the franchisee that owns this for not giving a rats butt about how customers are treated or served. I ordered two McRib meals large as you can see from the pictures. The fries were filled halfway they had been over cooked and they were not hot. They weren't even room temperature. Then the next rest we're not even hot. It's like I had ordered DoorDash and it took it in 20 or 30 minutes to get to my house but in reality I had just went through the drive-through. I am going to email McDonald's corporate office not that it will make a difference because obviously they could care less. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I've lived in lots of places. Came here around midnight to get a quick burger. Or what I thought would be quick. I waited in line for 25 minutes before it was even my chance to order. I had to repeat my order 5 times before the manager gave the excuse of "training a new girl". Sat in line for another 20 minutes after that just for my food to be ice cold. Every time we've come here it's been awful. Terrible service, food isn't fresh etc. Just stay away. read more

This place is always hit or miss, which is a bad sign for an establishment who's business plan has been successful since 1955. Putting together fast food is one of the easiest things in the world yet 70% of the time this place messes it up. Tonight the drive through forgot half our order so we had to wait, then they forgot sauces and straws. We got home and realized they didn't give us the discount for our coupons. Then I take a big bite of the burger and it is not cooked at all. We call to get a refund and the manager is rude as fuck. She refused to do a refund over the phone and said we'd have to bring the burger back to her for a refund. This is such a ridiculous concept since the point of getting drive through fast food is to save time and effort. We bring this community college hero the burger to get the refund and she doesn't even apologize for the inconvenience or even acknowledge that they made a mistake. Yeah, I was just there went to order was told to wait. Another truck pulled up. They took their order and made me wait in their place. I think all the staff there need to be fired including all of management because that's unacceptable. They take my order, wait in the drive thru for 40 minutes just to get to the window and the manager tells me "we're closed". If you're not 24 hour then change the hours. It's 8:00pm on a Wednesday night. The drive thru is slammed. After sitting in it for five minutes and not moving I back out and park. My 12 year old goes in to order his Egg McMuffin, two hash browns, and mango smoothie. The inside is practically empty. Shouldn't be long, right? Wrong! It took 20 minutes to get his food. 20. The lady hands him his order without even a "sorry." I look at the receipt to be sure it took that long and I'm not being unreasonable. I call the supervisor number on the receipt and there's a mumbled name with a recording saying they aren't available. I call the store number and get the manager, Wesley. I explain my dissatisfaction, describe the scenario, and he finally admits they forgot about my kid's order. I asked him what he could do to make the situation right. He said he didn't know! It's called a refund, kid. That was my advice to him. My advice to you? Don't go here. Look at the other reviews. Clearly there is zero accountability for this location. The worst McDonalds in the entire area. Orders are always wrong, customers are always waiting at the pick up counter for very extended periods of time. When you inform the staff that your order is wrong, they get an attitude with you and take more time to fix the issue. I have will no longer give this McDonalds a chance.
