Stopped by while in the area for work to pick up a drink. The customer service was very quick and friendly. The restaurant looked very clean and well staffed. Overall, no complaints and what you'd expect from a good McDonald's. read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

I know fast food can be challenging but these employees need some training. Simple things like refilling receipt paper and keeping the nuggets and fries coming would increase efficiency tenfold. I waited over thirty minutes for two Happy meals and a large fry. It was busy but not chaotic, but yet I'm standing here with the same four customers. One guy returned his Big Mac for the third time because it still had lettuce, one woman is still waiting on drinks, and I'm listening to an employee yell "still waiting on a six piece". I rarely order fast food. Now I know why. read more

I have never experienced disrespect by a bunch of teenagers, making up a crew in my whole life. The entire crew mocked me and called me names like pathetic and laughed and made jokes because I returned a milkshake. I will never go to this restaurant again. This is actually my second Bad experience. The teenagers that work at this restaurant at night are absolutely out of control. Whoever runs this store is a terrible manager. After reading all the reviews here whoever's in charge of this restaurant at a higher level is terrible as well. I don't understand how it's still in business. read more

I ordered through the app during breakfast my order was placed at 8:14 before I left my house in Clarksville and I didn't receive it until 8:44..... I was meeting a coworker at the gas station and didn't even fathom the idea that it would take THIRTY minutes for a chicken McGriddle and a hash brown so not only did I make said coworker wait forever I was also late for work and there wasn't an option to cancel my order. read more

my drink was halfway full and THEY DIDNT HAVE GOLD SAUCE. They looked at my cup before they gave it to us knowing damn well it wasn't full all the way and still gave it to us. Outrageous. I'm mad. Not good service at all. read more

If zero, stars was an option, that is what I would've chose. Hands-down the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Not only are they slower than a snail they are not friendly, and are brewed at can be. Shame on the franchisee that owns this for not giving a rats butt about how customers are treated or served. I ordered two McRib meals large as you can see from the pictures. The fries were filled halfway they had been over cooked and they were not hot. They weren't even room temperature. Then the next rest we're not even hot. It's like I had ordered DoorDash and it took it in 20 or 30 minutes to get to my house but in reality I had just went through the drive-through. I am going to email McDonald's corporate office not that it will make a difference because obviously they could care less. But I'm hoping this review will keep people away go the extra distant and go to a decent McDonald's. One thing is for sure I will never go back to this location. read more

McDonald's - Cold fries somewhere so Chris can use. It was obvious that they have been reheated yet still cold - Fast Food Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

I had ordered a big Mac with extra mac sauce no pickle they still put pickle on my big Mac didn't realize till I took a bite. I called the store, asking them to remake it due to them messing up my order because of the fact my mother is allergic to pickles and I have a mild allergy to pickles. The dude then proceeded to tell me well how many pickles are on there? Why can't you just take it off why do we have to remake it. I put on my mobile order what I did and didn't want on it but yet they failed to make my order completely read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I've lived in lots of places. Came here around midnight to get a quick burger. Or what I thought would be quick. I waited in line for 25 minutes before it was even my chance to order. I had to repeat my order 5 times before the manager gave the excuse of "training a new girl". Sat in line for another 20 minutes after that just for my food to be ice cold. Every time we've come here it's been awful. Terrible service, food isn't fresh etc. Just stay away. read more

This place is always hit or miss, which is a bad sign for an establishment who's business plan has been successful since 1955. Putting together fast food is one of the easiest things in the world yet 70% of the time this place messes it up. Tonight the drive through forgot half our order so we had to wait, then they forgot sauces and straws. We got home and realized they didn't give us the discount for our coupons. Then I take a big bite of the burger and it is not cooked at all. We call to get a refund and the manager is rude as fuck. She refused to do a refund over the phone and said we'd have to bring the burger back to her for a refund. This is such a ridiculous concept since the point of getting drive through fast food is to save time and effort. We bring this community college hero the burger to get the refund and she doesn't even apologize for the inconvenience or even acknowledge that they made a mistake. I got food poisoning from this trip and as a result will not eat at this particular McDonald's again. read more

Yeah, I was just there went to order was told to wait. Another truck pulled up. They took their order and made me wait in their place. I think all the staff there need to be fired including all of management because that's unacceptable. You know you work a 12 hour shift and you get off in the morning and you just want something to eat and you're told to wait so you wait and then they hot and then they hop in and ask somebody else. You're lucky you got one star cause I didn't wanna give you any. This place is completely and utterly pathetic. The staff is untrained. A year later, nothing has changed. So I had the late night food cravings so I hit mickies up from the road I sign the dam line, I'm like no biggie maybe it will move fast, nope. Totally ghetto workers...they claim to be open 24/7 but I came here at 12am and some terrible manager I guess...said she's only taking uber eats and door dash orders because they're understaffed...I was the only car in the drive thru and they couldn't make me 2 mcchickens? Went to grab something quick to eat after work (12am) since they're "open 24hr". They take my order, wait in the drive thru for 40 minutes just to get to the window and the manager tells me "we're closed". If you're not 24 hour then change the hours. And definitely don't take someone's order while you're "closed". read more

Super rude service, messed up our order, and forgot our drink we paid for. Then they wanted us to wait in the drive thru line all over again to get the drink. We pulled up to the extra pick up window instead (this whole ordeal already took half an hour, not going to wait in line again!) And called to let them know we were there, got HUNG UP ON and rudely shoved our drink to us without a word. Traaaaaashy people! read more

Nasty Nasty store with greasy floors I almost fell when I walked in. Ordered 2 teas. They won't let you make yourself but if you get soda you can? Why? So I expressly said to fill one to the top with ice and one with no ice. Idiots basically not 10 pieces of ice. Nasty old tasting tea. Filthy counters. Wonder if it's the same owner as Dover. I went through the drive through on a Tuesday afternoon at roughly 8pm. Was told they only had 5 individual nuggets, 1 burger patty, and no fountain drinks. Regardless of what time and day. They still manage to give out a disappointment. Brought a southwest salad, no corn, no beans, just the greens and a chicken. Also got a sandwich, dried up bread. waited almost an hour in drive through before I could even order. Then another 10 minutes to actually get my food. Only to get my order messed up. It's 8:00pm on a Wednesday night. The drive thru is slammed. After sitting in it for five minutes and not moving I back out and park. My 12 year old goes in to order his Egg McMuffin, two hash browns, and mango smoothie. The inside is practically empty. Shouldn't be long, right? Wrong! It took 20 minutes to get his food. 20. The lady hands him his order without even a "sorry." I look at the receipt to be sure it took that long and I'm not being unreasonable. I call the supervisor number on the receipt and there's a mumbled name with a recording saying they aren't available. I call the store number and get the manager, Wesley. I explain my dissatisfaction, describe the scenario, and he finally admits they forgot about my kid's order. I asked him what he could do to make the situation right. He said he didn't know! It's called a refund, kid. That was my advice to him. My advice to you? Don't go here. Look at the other reviews. Clearly there is zero accountability for this location. Where is the general manager, the franchisee, anyone who cares? I'm done with that place. read more

Oh my gosh. The way that I was served today had me all the way befuddled. I ordered online on my phone and decided to go to curbside and wait for my food. I waited for almost an hour and that's not even exaggerating. When i finally got my food It was cold, the fries were soggy.
