Walked in to wait for my pick up order. I watched the food prep girl sneeze twice without covering her mouth or remaking the food she probably sneezed on. She didn't turn away, just pointed it downwards on the food. Absolutely disgusting. read more

Not all Starbucks are alike! Good and bad, but it's just nice to have one (or a few) available on post. And, this one is open every day of the week! Weekends have an earlier closing time, so keep that in mind. I almost missed today, but they happily served me ten minutes before closing time! No brewed coffee left and only cold brew or espressos were offered. Cold brew it is! Why not... it's only 46 degrees outside which is above freezing - not cold at all ... for some folks. This gal needs at least 60, no, I think 70 degrees outside to feel warm enough for cold coffee. Wah. Grabbed a couple mug ornaments to add to a collection and to give as a gift for my best friend. She loves them... and, they're so cute!! Wish they were on clearance like most after holiday stuff, but this is Starbucks! Lol Nearby is a splash pad and playground perfect for your littles to enjoy while you sip your coffee. The summers are more crowded, of course! We will be back for sure. I can still earn Stars here. You can pay with your MilStar Card and save 10%. I'd give 5 stars, if I could order ahead and also redeem my rewards at this location. But, I get it. Can't have it all. Just glad this community has one at all here! read more

I love how nice everyone is there, I go almost every week I get my cheese danish and my caramel crunch, it's a very calming and relaxing experience. The service is fast. read more

Craving a coffee mid-day so visited this Starbucks on base. COVID protocol means everything is to-go and seats are all pushed to the side. The staff was very friendly and drinks came out hot and in a timely manner. It's exactly what you expect from a Starbucks. I'll be back when I need coffee! read more

Starbucks - Inside - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Fort Campbell, Kentucky

This specific Starbucks is located on Fort Campbell and as such they do very well in following protocol and making sure the cleanliness of the restaurant is clean and up to standards. Although a bit small in size, the staff make up for it with their friendliness and calm demeanor, while fulfilling all customer's requests. read more

Beautiful and clean Starbucks. Both servers were nice and informed me of the Star Card Deal for free coffee and sales. Ashley helped me in showing Starbucks merchandise. Quiet ambience and outdoor seating for sunny days. I had the Cafe Verona, a very dark and rich coffee. They had a new black coffee metal tumbler in matte black so I got it. Perfect for a cold day! read more

I walked in at 3:30p.m and all the workers stopped and just stared at me making me feel super awkward. I asked if they were open still just by the way they were looking at me. My daughter went to grab a chocolate milk and they looked at her like she isn't aloud to grab it. I don't care for their attitudes at all but I ordered a venti pink drink and it was good. EDIT** SO I just got home and looked at my drink and they gave me rotten strawberries in my drink.. read more

Starbucks - Rotten strawberries in my pink drink - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Fort Campbell, Kentucky

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. The ladies in there today were very friendly and even made suggestions, which I appreciated. The toasted white chocolate mocha with egg nog was delicious! I also went in twice and they even remembered me. The second time I forgot my mask and they were very nice and asked if I had one. It is mandated here on post and I had simply forgotten but they were great about it. read more

Excellent Starbucks!! Everyone here is so nice! Glad my husband has served his country so that family can enjoy a beautiful taste of coffee! They have benefits, if you have the military star card. Definitely will be back! read more

Typical on-base Starbucks. The staff is pretty friendly and engaging. As a licensee of the brand, AAFES has kind of hamstrung the establishment. They don't have the scanner, so using your Starbucks App requires hand-typing in your number. Additionally, the point-of-sale system is different so you can't redeem free drinks unless it's with the postcard. I spoke to the District Representative and while he thinks AAFES may eventually come on board, he has no idea what the timeline looks like. AAFES... we're there for you... as long as it's on our terms. read more

Went in at 3:28 and was greeted with a "What do you want?" Then I ordered my two drinks and one of them was cold. Their microwave oven shuts off an hour prior to closing so they can't heat up food. If you're trying to get Starbucks avoid this location if possible. read more

Worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks!! I remember when my husband told me we would live near a Starbucks on Post, and I was completely stoked about that. I'm a huge lover, so what could be better?! First things first, The hours are TERRIBLE, they are NEVER open when they say they will be! It's ridiculous that Starbucks allows this! I came from Colorado Springs and even though I didn't live in post, when I did go to Peterson or Carson, their Starbucks were great and open the hours stated. Second, their drinks are in the verge of horrible and absolutely not consistent. I haven't had 1 good drink here and I've given them 3 attempts. But I have had my absolute worst drink here. And three, their service is awful, not friendly in the least. If I was Starbucks, I would be embarrassed and ashamed to be linked with this particular store. I think they should just close, this store is pretty worthless! read more

First time visiting Fort Campbell. I have to have my almost daily fix of Starbucks. My order was made correctly and with a smile. The store was clean and unfortunately due to Covid I was unable to sit inside. But that's a great feature to this Starbucks. They have many out door tables to sit and enjoy your food or beverage and take a break from work or life. I'll be back. read more

I'm rating this good because every time I go I don't have a problem, yeah their "microwave" (which isn't a microwave and if someone on these reviews had a brain they'd know that) is shut off an hour prior but that's because they can't shut it off right when they close because it would be hot if they left home right off the bat and that's a fire hazard. That "rotten strawberry" on the reviews isn't actually rotten it's actually freeze dried... anyways.. They know what I order every time, it's either a iced coffee with almond milk, a blonde shot with cinnamon dolce, and white mocha or a dragon fruit with light ice and water with lemonade. It's kinda hard to remember all that if you ask me ‍‍ some of y'all don't even know the difference between a microwave and an actual countertop oven. read more

Great coffee, friendly service, and nice atmosphere. You won't be disappointed! The shop is small but very clean, and service is super sweet. They always heat the food when asked and always make suggestions on drinks if you're not sure. read more

This place isn't bad. You can get your Starbucks fix fixed before work. Weekdays around 0900 it's not too terribly crowded. The staff generally works fast. There's no drive through, so come on inside for a sit down coffee. read more

The address/location of this starbuck's should be made more clear. The Starbucks is your regular run of the mill choices. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. What this place has that no other starbucks I have been to is a HUGE and BEAUTIFUL park behind it. Ah-Mazing!! A mom's dream! read more

Many, Many thanks to Starbucks at Fort Campbell, KY, and to Ms. Campbell for helping me so much with catering my Welcome Home to Bravo 2-44 Company from recent deployment! Ms Campbell was very supportive and friendly and went out of her way to provide menu suggestions, prices and help for me here in Texas to accomplish this celebration for my special troops. I would recommend Starbucks and Ms. Campbell for anyone wanting help with honoring our troops at Fort Cambell and I will definitely be planning more surprises for my friends there! read more

The staff at the location this morning is super rude. They are not smiling they acted mad about something. Just plane rude. Come on people put a smile on and be nice to your customers. I just spent 5 bucks on a drink and there was no have a good day, how are you, nothing and they didn't even ask me if I wanted cream.... I will not be back.... if you hate your job quit and find something else.... read more

Very disappointed in the service I've gotten the two times I visited this place. My friend and I were the only customers who ordered drinks and we still had to sit down to wait for our drinks. There were four people behind the counter, but our drinks didn't get started until after a minute or two from paying. Facial expressions and body language from the employees, to me, looked like they were not getting along with each other. No teamwork. I'll definitely be going to Gate 10 shop even if it is across the post from me. read more

I'm tired of the employees here. If you go into any Starbucks anywhere you get prompt service; here, it's like they're in their own word. The only good thing about this place is the product...but all factors taken into account and judged against other franchise locations? Not so great. read more

I live close to this location so it is convenient to stop by.(as I did yesterday afternoon) Sadly the service and quality of my coffee are never consistent. At any other Starbucks they always make it the same. However every time I come here it is done poorly or just plane incorrect. The employees are always having social hour and are talking about people, not something I like to hear when I am trying to get my coffee on ! The Starbucks cooperation is being represented very poorly at this location read more

There's one worker there who isn't full of attitude every time I go. They're always complaining and not personable at all. They almost always screw up my order, and when I ask to have it fixed they roll their eyes and start talking to each other about me. Maybe if they did their job correctly the first time they wouldn't have that issue. read more

Great Starbucks and very convenient for soldiers on post. Can be hard to find though and some of the staff can be rude.

I used to work for Starbucks back in California. When I found out we had one on base I was so happy! Sadly this store does not live up to Starbucks standards. I gave this store many chances to change my mind. I work at gate 7 and was visiting at least 3x's a week. Staff was consistently rude. Would take extra time to make basic drinks. Food was served partially frozen or burnt. Asking for it to be replaced was turned into a interrogation. I'm sure they don't get the same customer service training like other corporate Starbucks store but that doesn't excuse common curtesy. read more

One of the best ever! Service was fast and it's not just because the Starbucks is on an army base that they took care of as well, but it was because the staff genuinely cared. the furniture is very eclectic and the lighting is perfect read more

I come here often for coffee and breakfast if I have time before work. Today is the first time I actually have a complaint; what kind of business/employee burns a customer's order and gives it to them anyways??? Sad thing is I think it was the manager who heated up my spinach square, a bearded guy. And now I don't have the time to go and get something else for breakfast. Very disappointed, especially since the services here have alwats been excellent previously. Guess I'll start checking my order before I leave from now on. read more

I've been visiting this location for well over a year and am almost always impressed with the Baristas. I will say that the manager is the only person who always messes up my drink and/or is rude. Which seems extremely counterproductive. read more

This place is right by my house and I love it! Everyone is so nice and my drink comes out quick every time!!!

The staff today were very very very rude and what a disgusting attitude to argue with a customer the way they did..... My husband ordered my drink as I stood next to him and it was made wrong I very nicely asked if my drink was stirred in which it was requested that it not be..... The blonde barista with glasses said yes ... I explained that it was not to be stirred the cashier than proceeded to argue and the blonde threw up her hands at me and was saying that they have no problem re making it very very rudely! read more
