Not all Starbucks are alike! Good and bad, but it's just nice to have one (or a few) available on post. And, this one is open every day of the week! Weekends have an earlier closing time, so keep that in mind. I almost missed today, but they happily served me ten minutes before closing time! No brewed coffee left and only cold brew or espressos were offered. Cold brew it is! Why not... it's only 46 degrees outside which is above freezing - not cold at all ... for some folks. This gal needs at least 60, no, I think 70 degrees outside to feel warm enough for cold coffee. Wah. Grabbed a couple mug ornaments to add to a collection and to give as a gift for my best friend. She loves them... and, they're so cute!! Wish they were on clearance like most after holiday stuff, but this is Starbucks! Lol Nearby is a splash pad and playground perfect for your littles to enjoy while you sip your coffee. The summers are more crowded, of course! We will be back for sure. I can still earn Stars here. I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. The ladies in there today were very friendly and even made suggestions, which I appreciated. Went in at 3:28 and was greeted with a "What do you want?" Then I ordered my two drinks and one of them was cold. Their microwave oven shuts off an hour prior to closing so they can't heat up food. If you're trying to get Starbucks avoid this location if possible. read more

Typical on-base Starbucks. The staff is pretty friendly and engaging. As a licensee of the brand, AAFES has kind of hamstrung the establishment. They don't have the scanner, so using your Starbucks App requires hand-typing in your number. Additionally, the point-of-sale system is different so you can't redeem free drinks unless it's with the postcard. I spoke to the District Representative and while he thinks AAFES may eventually come on board, he has no idea what the timeline looks like. Worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks!! I remember when my husband told me we would live near a Starbucks on Post, and I was completely stoked about that. I'm a huge lover, so what could be better?! First things first, The hours are TERRIBLE, they are NEVER open when they say they will be! It's ridiculous that Starbucks allows this! I came from Colorado Springs and even though I didn't live in post, when I did go to Peterson or Carson, their Starbucks were great and open the hours stated. Second, their drinks are in the verge of horrible and absolutely not consistent. I haven't had 1 good drink here and I've given them 3 attempts. But I have had my absolute worst drink here. And three, their service is awful, not friendly in the least. If I was Starbucks, I would be embarrassed and ashamed to be linked with this particular store. First time visiting Fort Campbell. I have to have my almost daily fix of Starbucks. My order was made correctly and with a smile. The store was clean and unfortunately due to Covid I was unable to sit inside. But that's a great feature to this Starbucks. I'm rating this good because every time I go I don't have a problem, yeah their "microwave" (which isn't a microwave and if someone on these reviews had a brain they'd know that) is shut off an hour prior but that's because they can't shut it off right when they close because it would be hot if they left home right off the bat and that's a fire hazard. That "rotten strawberry" on the reviews isn't actually rotten it's actually freeze dried... anyways.. They know what I order every time, it's either a iced coffee with almond milk, a blonde shot with cinnamon dolce, and white mocha or a dragon fruit with light ice and water with lemonade. Best place around. Baristas will give you a 100% and if something is wrong with your drink they'll remake it with no problem. There secret menu is the best with changes every month. If you love Starbucks this definitely a great place to go. read more

Very disappointed in the service I've gotten the two times I visited this place. My friend and I were the only customers who ordered drinks and we still had to sit down to wait for our drinks. There were four people behind the counter, but our drinks didn't get started until after a minute or two from paying. Facial expressions and body language from the employees, to me, looked like they were not getting along with each other. No teamwork. There's one worker there who isn't full of attitude every time I go. They're always complaining and not personable at all. They almost always screw up my order, and when I ask to have it fixed they roll their eyes and start talking to each other about me. I used to work for Starbucks back in California. When I found out we had one on base I was so happy! Sadly this store does not live up to Starbucks standards. I gave this store many chances to change my mind. I work at gate 7 and was visiting at least 3x's a week. Staff was consistently rude. Would take extra time to make basic drinks. Food was served partially frozen or burnt. Asking for it to be replaced was turned into a interrogation. I'm sure they don't get the same customer service training like other corporate Starbucks store but that doesn't excuse common curtesy. read more

I come here often for coffee and breakfast if I have time before work. Today is the first time I actually have a complaint; what kind of business/employee burns a customer's order and gives it to them anyways??? Sad thing is I think it was the manager who heated up my spinach square, a bearded guy. And now I don't have the time to go and get something else for breakfast. The staff today were very very very rude and what a disgusting attitude to argue with a customer the way they did..... My husband ordered my drink as I stood next to him and it was made wrong I very nicely asked if my drink was stirred in which it was requested that it not be.....
