It's very strange, like someone just stopped unpacking halfway through. The woman working was not friendly at all- she seemed annoyed we were there. The coffee was not good, nor mixed so there was just burnt espresso with syrup hanging down at the bottom. Two coffees and a burrito took 35 minutes, so definitely factor that in. I'll probably try one more time to see if it was just a one off.

My normal go-to for coffee is Dunkin Donuts, if only for the reason that it's familiar and pretty consistent. But I have to say that after my visit today, I may have a new favorite. Walking in, you immediately get hit with a homey feeling. There are some seats near the electric fireplace (which I'm sure runs during the winter) towards the entrance and the booths along the side wall are cozy and private feeling; great for reading or studying in peace. The two baristas that were there were both very pleasant and asked if I was military for the appropriate discount. I ordered a medium caramel iced macchiato and a muffin for a total of a little over $7. As someone who used to frequent Starbucks a lot back home, this was a great price in comparison for a similar quality. I'll definitely be back again in the future!

My mom got frozen mocha with whip cream. Hers also was powdery and she got no whip. She let the girl know and was told with attitude that next time she would have to charge. As they fixed it she says oh yeah you did say they you wanted whip. While we had waited in line every person in there including the drive-thru was having issues with orders being wrong. When I told her about my order turning out badly she yelled at me tha it was because I put mocha in it. When I tried to tell her that they put butterscotch in it she yelled that I was rude. This was my first and last experience here.

Weekends have an earlier closing time, so keep that in mind. I almost missed today, but they happily served me ten minutes before closing time! No brewed coffee left and only cold brew or espressos were offered. Cold brew it is! Why not... it's only 46 degrees outside which is above freezing - not cold at all ... for some folks. This gal needs at least 60, no, I think 70 degrees outside to feel warm enough for cold coffee. Wah. Grabbed a couple mug ornaments to add to a collection and to give as a gift for my best friend. She loves them... and, they're so cute!! Wish they were on clearance like most after holiday stuff, but this is Starbucks! You can pay with your MilStar Card and save 10%. I'd give 5 stars, if I could order ahead and also redeem my rewards at this location. But, I get it. Can't have it all.
