Will not be going back to this location. The individual who made my ice cream handled it without care. The ice cream was melting as the employee was making it, which suggests that the location's temperature is off. The employee handed me the ice cream in a bowl that had melting ice cream running down the sides and intentionally did not wipe or attempt to clean it up. It was a mess. I usually don't write bad reviews, but this location is highly unprofessional and distasteful. I should've asked for a refund, but decided to give the employee the benefit of the doubt. However, after much thought, and because of my disgust with the mishandling of something as simple as ice cream, this needed to be vocalized. read more

HORRIBLE service. Sent my kids to pick up our mobile order which said would be ready at 8:01pm my kids arrived and the workers said they never received the order. My daughter then asked for a refund which they said they couldn't do due to no manager being on shift. My kids showed the workers my confirmation email after they said no refund and although it was made in the 5 minute drive back to the house it was MELTED. I called and let them know I would be heading back up to the store. I gave them the melted ice cream and asked for a manager and there was in fact a manager on shift. I told him my problem and he took my information to issue a refund tomorrow, but Zack, you are truly appreciated! This was our first time at this location and we had been looking forward to our favorite ice cream place. We bought 2 everybody's a dough for it and a doughlightful peanut butter. The dough for it came almost perfect but was missing sugar crystals. We weren't told if they were out of that topping or not so we expected it when we got home. The doughlightful peanut butter came with only peanut butter. It had an abundance of it. And again it was not mentioned if the other toppings were out so that is unknown to me why both orders were missing toppings. By the time they were done with my ice cream about a quarter of it had melted away on the stone. I stopped by for some Coldstones in the late afternoon and was not a fan of the experience. There was a line, which I didn't mind, but the store was quite crowded in the small amount of space available for standing. I noticed none of the employees were wearing masks when preparing the food. One of the employees was chewing gum. They ran out of the cake batter ice cream, so I ordered the coffee ice cream with peanut butter mix - in, instead. The great thing about this place is they do give you large portion of ice cream. However, there was peanut butter covered all over the spoon the employee handed to me. Which was sticky and kind of disgusting. The coffee flavor of the ice cream taste bitter and burnt. So it was not delicious. They have a large variety of pre-made ice cream cakes in the fridge, easy to grab and go. The employee who helped me was nice and friendly. There is alot of parking in this shopping center shared by other businesses. Overall, maybe I went in at a bad time. I think the icecream is a little expensive, but I still love the product. My chief complaint about the place is it's arrangement and or lack of size. Sitting at the tables during a rush is uncomfortable for me. The line to get your icecream starts at the back and goes to the front. Thus means that everyone waiting in line has to make room for the people being served. That puts them right at the tables where others are trying to enjoy their dessert and company. There was a line of about 15 people when we walked in, but it moved quickly...very efficient staff! The only real downfall is the lack of seating.
