Pull to the window and two associates are busy tickling each other. Sat waiting for them to stop and take my payment. Got my food, wasn't asked about sauce, and none in the bag. Was going to go back through but the drive through filled up. I know times have changed. I was in restaurant management for 20 years. My husband and I went through the drive thru, in our order we had asked for plain soft tacos with only meat. As always we made sure it was made as asked because of certain allergies. When we saw they weren't made correctly, my husband went in and explained the issue to the woman at the counter. The lady was very rude but my husband didn't get upset he just explained again that we have a child with allergies. I understand that they were busy and fast food always gets rude people, but he was not rude at all. We could have came in wanting to speak to a manager and make it bigger then it was.
