I'm not sure how we lived here this long and didn't know about this place! This is tucked in right off of Ft Campbell Blvd with a gravel lot. The reason why it's getting four stars is we stopped in on a Monday around 11, and didn't get our tacos until 11:45, so just factor that in. Not only is his food amazing but he's the one manning the restauraunt and his customer service is above and beyond amazing!!! If you're new you're greeted by him with samples and suggestions. Let me tell you I haven't had shumai as good as his since China town in San Francisco and they're just as big as those and home made. He also had a green Thai tea that was simply amazing. TL should be the chipotle killer restaurant for Clarksville. Service is legitimately the best I've ever had; if it's your first time there, they give you samples of their most popular bowls. They are always so friendly, patient and just exude positive energy. The food is always fresh and never tastes like it sitting there for a while, their menu is so unique, and all of the options are incredible. This place is always great from the time you walk up and smell the seasoned meat on the grill. I always get the bowl and just try different ones each time. I did add shrimp on my last order but later it wasn't worth adding 3 shrimp to pay for a $15 bowl. The flavors are always on point. They are more like a premium to go spot for lunch. The staff is very friendly. It was our first time visiting. So they gave us free samples of the Loco sauce on some steak, the Mango drink and the Sorrel. Let me just say the Sorrel is sooooooo delicious. I wish I could buy it by the gallon. You can try their tacos or bowls. This place is seriously amazing. I've been back I think 4 times in a week. Today I tried the bowls rather than tacos. OMG. AMAZING!!!! The bowls come with rice, beans, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and the other toppings from your meat choice.
